My Perfect Stays

At My Perfect Stays our goal is to provide the perfect property at the perfect price for the perfect guest.

Through our advanced technologies we are able to deliver world class service. This includes thorough and personal arrival instructions, independent inspections after every clean, a welcome gift for every guest, a check in call by a live representative to ensure customer satisfaction and an additional personal call at the time of departure. We are based on Maui and have a 24/7 support staff for any issues or questions that may arise.

We also include all natural, Hawaiian made toiletries, we clean each condo with Green cleaning supplies and we provide all linens that are 540 thread count or greater.

We are available to assist guests by providing recommendations on restaurants and activities. We are Maui locals and are happy to share where the locals go.

What makes My Perfect Stays so unique is our management team. Combined we have over 50 years of business experience and we know that a great team makes for a great company.

David Eseke

Owner

With over 40 years of experience in various successful businesses and nearly 20 years of experience as a vacation condo owner on Maui, David’s vision for My Perfect Stays was to create a property management company that was “Owner minded”. David brings a wealth of knowledge and personal experience to property management while creating a culture of process and execution to ensure fantastic results for our condo owners and guests.

Heidi Eseke

Partner

Heidi is a native Washingtonian, having grown up in the Tri Cities. She attended Cornish Institute of Allied Art in Seattle where she met David and worked under his tutelage for several years. In 1986 she married David Eseke. Heidi is a versatile and creative person who has held many positions in the companies owned by her and David. She was a stay at home mom from 1998 to 2007. She started a 501c3 called Taste of Hope in 2008 with a group of women and a refugee named Saba and set out to raise funds and awareness for the needs of Ethiopia through putting on Ethiopian dinners in private homes. She has traveled and served on multiple missions to Ethiopia and South Africa. In 2010 she started a company called Dye Ties and manufactured the greatest hair tie known to the world of fashion. She sold the business in 2014 and moved to Maui for another adventure in life and business. Her passion is serving Jesus, encouraging women in their faith to be all God’s called them to be and spending time with her family and friends. Oh and she loves to surf every morning at Launiupoko.

CIO

As Chief Intelligence Officer, Tori oversees various software and technology tools. From troubleshooting to training, ensuring programs are running smoothly and being used effectively and efficiently by the entire team is her primary role and goal!
