This two bedroom, two bathroom condo is situated on the 4th floor with elevator access. Unit 421 is tastefully decorated with tasteful Hawaiian décor and furnishings. Pride of ownership is evident from the minute you walk through the doors! Dine al fresco on your private lanai with a front row seat to spectacular ocean views! Stay cool with the magical Maui breeze, but this unit also comes with A/C to help keep things cool.
The fully remodeled kitchen features granite countertops, custom white cabinets and beautiful stainless-steel appliances. Buy fresh fish at the market and grill on the resort’s rooftop BBQ grill area.
The master bedroom features a comfortable King size bed with ocean views. It’s the perfect spot to kick back and relax after a long day in the sun. The master bathroom is remodeled with a fresh and clean vibe and features a large walk in shower. The guest bedroom features 2 Twin size beds and has access to a convenient bathroom featuring a tub/shower combo. For additional guests, the living room offers a Queen size sleeper sofa. Pack light! There is a washer and dryer in unit for your convenience.
This home comes equipped with a TV, cable, and free Wi-Fi. My Perfect Stays provides a complimentary starter set of natural Maui made shampoo, conditioner, body soap and lotion. Beach towels, beach chairs, and cooler are also provided.
Menehune Shores is located directly onshore of an Ancient Hawaiian fishpond. This makes for great swimming, and perfect for families with children as the break wall keeps the waters inside nice and calm. Guests can enjoy an oceanfront pool, beautiful grassy areas and shuffleboard courts. Catch breathtaking panoramic views from Kaho'olawe and Molokini Crater, to the West Maui Mountains and Haleakala on the rooftop deck, which features BBQ grills with picnic tables and tiki torches. Head to the ground-floor where you will find an Indian restaurant and full bar, or walk next door to take a tour of the Hawaiian Islands Humpback Whale National Marine Sanctuary.

Standard Cancellation Policy:
If cancellation notice is received 30 or more days prior to the check-in date, a 100% refund will be refunded within 5-7 business days from receipt of written cancellation.
If cancellation notice is received at least 14 days prior to the check-in date, 50% of the booking will be refunded within 5-7 business days from receipt of written cancellation.
For a cancellation notice received after 14 days prior to the check-in date, a refund will not be issued other than the departure cleaning fee.
