3rd-floor 2bd condo, newly remodeled kitchen
Step into Papakea J303 a 2-bed, 2-bath condo situated on the 3rd floor and features a private lanai with ocean views, brand new furniture, and a split AC system in the living area. This condo can accommodate up to six guests. There is an elevator for easy access to the unit. The master bedroom has a king-size bed and offers a flat-screen TV. In the en suite bathroom you will find an oversized walk-in shower with seats for added accessibility. In the second bedroom you will find a queen-size bed, twin-size bed, and a flat-screen TV. The second bathroom is beautifully remodeled and offers another walk-in shower. In the living room you will find a comfortable queen-size sleeper sofa and flat-screen TV. The condo also includes a washer and dryer, free WiFi, DVD player and cable. There are ceiling fans throughout the condo and bedrooms.
The fully equipped and newly remodeled kitchen features new cabinets, stainless steel appliances, tiled back splash, new counter tops, and custom lighting. In addition, both bathrooms and all of the living areas have been recently remodeled and updated with new furniture.
*** Notice of Property Plumbing Project:
- Papakea Resort is performing a property-wide extensive plumbing project and you may hear some noise during this time. Work in this unit will begin November 12th, 2025, with an estimated completion projected on or around December 18th, 2025.
- Standard work hours for this project will be from 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM, Monday through Friday unless authorized for weekend work.
- Contractors will be present on the property to begin quieter preparatory tasks as early as 7:00 AM.
- To minimize possible disruption, louder tasks will not start before 10:00 AM.
- Dates are subject to change. Not all units will be affected at the same time.
- We have been notified that the project is pending completion around June 2026. We have decreased rates during these dates to compensate for any inconvenience. ***
* The Resort Fee of $25 per day at Papakea includes one parking permit with each additional vehicle will be charged an added cost of $5 a day. This is collected by the Resort's Front Desk staff upon arrival and is not associated with My Perfect Stays.
Papakea Resort offers lush tropical landscaping, koi lagoon ponds, oceanfront saltwater pools, hot tubs, shuffleboards, golf greens, pickleball, and tennis courts! It is located just North of the famous Ka’anapali Beach. Walk to nearby local shops, cafes, restaurants, and grocery stores. It is a quick drive to Whalers Village and many of Maui's top beaches like Kaanapali, Napili Bay, and Kapalua Bay.

_2 beach chairs per bedroom, 1 beach towel per registered guest, and a cooler
_The kitchen will have olive oil, salt & pepper, pans, coffee maker, dishware, and flatware.
_Linens: 1 set of sheets per bed, 1 set of bathroom towels per guest (face, hand, and bath towel)
_A starter kit of necessities such as dish soap, a few dishwasher pods, laundry pods, dryer sheets, paper towels, and bathroom tissue paper.
_A starter set of shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, hand and body soap
_Wifi provided by Spectrum (between 100-200 Mbps)
_Complimentary concierge service by an on-island specialist
Standard Cancellation Policy:
If cancellation notice is received 30 or more days prior to the check-in date, a 100% refund will be refunded within 5-7 business days from receipt of written cancellation.
If cancellation notice is received at least 14 days prior to the check-in date, 50% of the booking will be refunded within 5-7 business days from receipt of written cancellation.
For a cancellation notice received after 14 days prior to the check-in date, a refund will not be issued other than the departure cleaning fee.
