Located oceanfront and at the center of the resort, Papakea F306 is a comfortable one-bedroom, one-bath condo that sleeps four guests. New stainless steel appliances, cabinetry, lighting and furniture. New bamboo laminate flooring, whisper-quiet ceiling fans, and those wonderful ocean breezes. The bathroom features Kohler fixtures with high-end tile, a spotless walk-in shower and new pocket door for privacy. Entertainment includes new smart TVs in both living area and bedroom, equipped with cable and complimentary 5G WiFi.
You’ll stay cool with a new split AC in both the living area and bedroom, with iWave-M technology that kills mold, bacteria and viruses. Let the sound of the waves lull you to sleep in the comfortable King size bed with a new mattress. A pull-out queen-sized sofa sleeper is available for additional guests.
Papakea Resort is located at North Ka'aanapli Beach and features 13 acres of lush landscaped grounds, fresh water koi ponds, two heated oceanfront pools, 2 large hot tubs, 12 gas BBQ grills, 2 twelve-hole putting greens, 2 shuffleboard courts, 2 lighted tennis courts, 2 pickleball courts, complimentary concierge services and a 24 hour front desk/security service as well as plenty of open parking.
The condo is located within walking distance to restaurants, food trucks, grocery stores, farmer’s market, snorkel gear rental shop, gift shops and an ocean side park. Papakea is just a short drive to both Ka’anapali and Kapalua world class golf courses.
There is a cool, grassy lawn just outside the unit, along with beautiful beaches within walking distance. Enjoy turtle and dolphin spotting and whale watching (during whale season) from this ultimate Maui property. Each evening, tiki torches light up the grounds for an exquisite Hawaiian tropical ambiance.
NOTE: We also own a studio (F207) in the same building if additional space is needed for family or friends.
This condo is managed professionally by My Perfect Stays. Our on-island team provides: Dish soap, laundry soap and dryer sheets, in addition to a complimentary starter set of Papaya Noni shampoo, conditioner, body lotion and body soap. We also provide beach chairs, beach towels and a cooler for your stay, along with a brand-new washer/dryer combo. Complimentary concierge service is available to all My Perfect Stays guests.
**PLEASE NOTE that Papakea requires a $17/day facility fee for your first 10 consecutive days in a 30-day period. The fee includes a parking permit, WiFi throughout the resort, cable and local calls during your stay, yoga, water aerobic and other classes, complimentary use of tennis racquets, putting, and pickleball equipment. Additional vehicles are $5 a day. This is collected by the Front Desk upon arrival.**
Standard Cancellation Policy:
If cancellation notice is received 30 or more days prior to the check-in date, a 100% refund will be refunded within 5-7 business days from receipt of written cancellation.
If cancellation notice is received at least 14 days prior to the check-in date, 50% of the booking will be refunded within 5-7 business days from receipt of written cancellation.
For a cancellation notice received after 14 days prior to the check-in date, a refund will not be issued other than the departure cleaning fee.
