**PLEASE NOTE that Papakea Resort requires a $17/day facility fee for your first 10 consecutive days in a 30-day period. The fee includes a parking permit, Wi-Fi throughout the resort, cable and local calls during your stay, yoga, water aerobics and other classes, complimentary use of tennis racquets, putting, and pickleball equipment. Additional vehicles are $5 a day. This is collected by the Front Desk upon arrival. **
Standard Cancellation Policy:
If cancellation notice is received 30 or more days prior to the check-in date, a 100% refund will be refunded within 5-7 business days from receipt of written cancellation.
If cancellation notice is received at least 14 days prior to the check-in date, 50% of the booking will be refunded within 5-7 business days from receipt of written cancellation.
For a cancellation notice received after 14 days prior to the check-in date, a refund will not be issued other than the departure cleaning fee.
