Nestled within the tranquil Napili Ridge community, unit D13 beckons you to experience the essence of Maui living. This cozy yet spacious 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom retreat accommodates up to four guests, making it an ideal choice for a romantic getaway or a small family vacation. 

One of the standout features of this property is its private lanai, where you can start your mornings with a cup of coffee and bask in the partial ocean view, or unwind with a glass of wine as the sun sets over the Pacific Ocean. The lanai is your personal haven, a space where you can relax and savor the beauty of Maui's landscapes.

Inside, an open-concept design seamlessly connects the living area and kitchen, creating a welcoming and communal atmosphere. The fully equipped kitchen provides all the amenities you need to prepare delicious meals at your convenience. A queen-size sofa bed in the living area offers additional sleeping space for your guests, ensuring everyone has a comfortable place to rest.  While the unit does not have air conditioning, the condo was built Hawaiian style so the Hawaiian breezes flow naturally through the unit and allow you to immerse yourself in the island's natural beauty and tropical climate.

The bathroom has been thoughtfully renovated and features a convenient walk-in shower, enhancing your comfort and convenience during your stay. The bedroom boasts a touch of luxury with a king-size canopy bed, promising restful nights and a sense of opulence.

It's worth noting that this unit is situated on the second floor and does not have an elevator. While this may mean a few extra steps, it also affords you the opportunity to enjoy the tropical surroundings and the tranquility of the Napili Ridge community.

Nestled above the majestic Honokeana Bay, at Napili Ridge you will enjoy views of the islands of Moloka’i and Lana’i in the distance. A short walk from this unit is the sandy crescent beach of Napili Bay. Napili Bay is well known for its golden sand, great snorkeling, gentle surf, and wonderful sunsets. During the winter months, whales can be seen swimming by the bay. If the beach does appeal to you, you can sit by the resort pool and enjoy some time in the sun in one of the pool lounge chairs.

My Perfect Stays will provide beach chairs, beach towels and a cooler as well as a complementary set of Papaya Noni shampoo, conditioner, body lotion and body soap and a starter essentials can be found upon arrival.

Standard Cancellation Policy:
If cancellation notice is received 30 or more days prior to the check-in date, a 100% refund will be refunded within 5-7 business days from receipt of written cancellation.
If cancellation notice is received at least 14 days prior to the check-in date, 50% of the booking will be refunded within 5-7 business days from receipt of written cancellation.
For a cancellation notice received after 14 days prior to the check-in date, a refund will not be issued other than the departure cleaning fee.
