E Komo Mai “welcome” to Kahana Manor 701! This beautiful Kahana Manor condo is located between Napili – Honokowai and Kaanapali, in one of the most popular areas in West Maui. Less than fifteen minutes from Lahaina, this beautiful condominium’s location is the perfect mix of resort life and local vibe. It’s ideal for a romantic getaway, as well as the family looking for kid-friendly beaches and all the comforts of home amenities.

Kahana Manor 701 has central A/C, is a luxurious two-bedroom, two-bathroom Penthouse that can accommodate up to 4 guests. Please note that while this complex does include elevator access, you must climb one flight of stairs to access this penthouse unit. Dine al fresco on your spacious, private lanai, a great place to enjoy an evening Mai Tai while watching those epic Maui sunsets. This top floor condo has a great open-floor concept with the main living area that sees into the bright, airy and spacious kitchen design. Kick back and relax on the large sectional sofa while enjoying the flat screen TV that swivels into view. The kitchen is a real stunner with white cabinets and full size appliances. The extra large kitchen island doubles as a great place to meal prep and gather, with bar seating all around. Just bring groceries! 

Step inside the tropically decorated master bedroom, you will find a comfortable King size bed, large mirrored closets and a flat screen TV. You have access to the bedroom’s private lanai, a great place to sip your morning coffee. The ensuite master bathroom is nicely appointed and features a large walk-in shower. The guest bedroom features a Queen size bed and access to the convenient guest bathroom with a shower/tub combo. Pack light! This unit comes equipped with a washer and dryer for your convenience.

Kahana Beach, a short walk from your condo, is the quintessential Maui beach – soft, white sand, no rocks to dodge and peaceful. It’s a great beach for swimming, with smaller waves and crystal blue water. There’s even a rock outcropping on the south side of the beach and reefs to the north that are perfect for snorkeling. And, with the rental shop located on the ground floor of the complex, you can easily rent your snorkel gear and head out to the reef to get a closer view of the sea turtles, eels, dolphins, and many beautiful tropical fish.

Kahana Manor is steps away from popular restaurants, shops and transportation. In fact, Miso Phat Sushi, is located on the ground floor of Kahana Manor. There is also a grocery/liquor store, sports bar, water sports equipment rental store, children's and baby rental/supply store and even a salon to get a manicure/pedicure. The Sands Restaurant, Maui Brewing Company, and concierge services for your island outings is a short 3-minute walk. If you prefer a day trip to Lahaina, which is less than 15-minutes away by car/bus, you can access public transportation within steps of the condo as well – and it operates every hour!

Important to note that some things around the resort are not ADA friendly and require steps, including the resort pool.

We set up each of our condos with an essential starter-kit of dish soap, laundry soap and dryer sheets, a mini starter set of Papaya Noni shampoo, conditioner, body lotion and body soap.

Complimentary concierge service is available to our guests. Our team of professionals are located on Maui to provide our guests with exceptional service. In addition, we have after-hours emergency dispatchers to assist when needed.

Standard Cancellation Policy:
If cancellation notice is received 30 or more days prior to the check-in date, a 100% refund will be refunded within 5-7 business days from receipt of written cancellation.
If cancellation notice is received at least 14 days prior to the check-in date, 50% of the booking will be refunded within 5-7 business days from receipt of written cancellation.
For a cancellation notice received after 14 days prior to the check-in date, a refund will not be issued other than the departure cleaning fee.
