For the stacks that are affected, please note that lanai access will be strictly prohibited for all individuals until the project is complete. It is important to be aware that these dates are subject to change. Not all units will be affected at the same time.

This condo is managed professionally by My Perfect Stays, an on-island property management company. A complimentary set of Papaya Noni shampoo, conditioner, body lotion and body soap as well as starter essentials can be found upon arrival. Complimentary concierge is available to all our guests!
Standard Cancellation Policy:
If cancellation notice is received 30 or more days prior to the check-in date, a 100% refund will be refunded within 5-7 business days from receipt of written cancellation.
If cancellation notice is received at least 14 days prior to the check-in date, 50% of the booking will be refunded within 5-7 business days from receipt of written cancellation.
For a cancellation notice received after 14 days prior to the check-in date, a refund will not be issued other than the departure cleaning fee.
