From the moment you walk in you’ll experience vaulted ceilings, cool breezes, and stunning tropical views that can’t be beat! Beautifully decorated, this condo sits on one of the prestigious Wailea golf courses with ocean views. With an open concept floor plan, you’ll enjoy relaxing in the living room with plenty of seating as well as an expansive lanai with breathtaking views. The couch converts into a Queen-size bed with a memory foam mattress for extra guests. A perfect spot to relax and watch a movie on the brand new 55" smart TV. Enjoy some home-cooked meals in the fully equipped and beautifully remodeled kitchen! There’s seating for 4 inside or you can dine al fresco on the large lanai. Enjoy the scenery of humpback whales breaching in the winter months; there are 3 total lanais! In addition to the main living area, there is one in each bedroom.
Step into the master bedroom which offers a pillowtop Cal-King size bed sitting on a new bedframe. Watch the sunrise from bed or on your second private lanai off the bedroom. Enjoy the beautiful en suite bathroom with a walk-in shower, fully remodeled! There is also a mini-split AC unit to help keep you cool on those warmer days. Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit auf Maui. Die Unterkunft war sehr gepflegt und gemütlich. Als Willkommensgeschenk gab es Schokolade mit Macadamia Nüsse und Kaffee, was wir sehr schätzten. Wir hatten Sicht aufs Meer und den Sonnenuntergang. Der Strand war 30 Minuten entfernt. Die Klimaanlage war sehr willkommen und leise. Das „guest service“ war freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir können die Unterkunft nur weiterempfehlen.
Translation: We had a great time on Maui. The accommodations were very well-maintained and comfortable. As a welcome gift, we received chocolate with macadamia nuts and coffee, which we really appreciated. We had a view of the ocean and the sunset. The beach was 30 minutes away. The air conditioning was very welcome and quiet. The guest service was friendly and helpful. We highly recommend the accommodations.

Great beachy property with Ocean Views. Comfortable, Clean, super comfortable beds and fully stocked kitchen for cooking. Appreciated the small details like the Vitamix and hand mixer! Also enjoyed the welcome basket with local snacks for the kids. Complex was well manicured and we loved that the pool was right across the street.

We just returned from a wonderful 11 day trip to Wailea. This was our first time being with My Perfect Stays and we definitely wouldn't hesitate to recommend or book on a future trip with this company. Our experience was very positive. The unit was clean and exactly as described with lots of great bonus features (snorkelling equipment, beach chairs, sand toys, one of the most well-equipped rental kitchens we've ever been in), great communication and very responsive. Highly recommend.

Best communication of anyplace I've stayed. Once I arrived it was easy to ask questions via text, the response was alway fast. Great area and neighborhood. Close to a lot of great beaches. You can see the ocean from the balcony. The unit had beach towels, coolers and chairs to borrow during your stay. The pools on property were nicely kept. The unit had everything you need for eating/cooking in if you choose. If you want to spend time at the two resorts below the property (four seasons and Grand Wailea, find the little surf shack in between and they rent chairs on the beach for the day. You will not have access to the pools at the resorts. I did find the bed a little hard and they Brought a mattress topper and delivered same day. Thank you to Larry for doing that! Thank you for making our stay so lovely.

Overall we had a really great experience booking with My Perfect Stay and enjoyed the condo. I do a lot of research when it comes to travel and places to stay and have pretty high standards, especially when paying a higher amount. We loved the location of the unit, as we prefer staying in the Wailea area. We were walking distance to coffee shops and restaurants and a few really beautiful, less crowded beaches. The condo has great amenities, especially the beach gear (umbrella, chairs, snorkel gear, towels) that we used every day. The unit is very clean, quiet and comfortable, and best of all has an amazing view from the balcony. We sat out there every morning drinking coffee and it was a great way to start the day. I honestly cannot think of anything negative to say about this place!

Very nice condo in the best part of the island. I’ve visited Maui dozens of times, and I prefer the pace and peacefulness of Wailea to the west side of the island. This property is very well-appointed—it had everything we needed for a meal or two at home, and is very close to great restaurants in Wailea and Kihei. The room a/cs were sufficient to keep the property cool in the middle of summer, and this place was VERY clean. Most places on Maui all have disclaimers about not being surprised about encountering local critters (cockroaches) but we didn’t encounter a single pest. Check-in and out were effortless—door codes were provided and we didn’t have to see anyone to get in. We would strongly consider this property again for our next Maui visit. This location is up the hill from Wailea Shopping village and the best two beaches on the island—Ulua and Mokapu beaches which have limited public parking.

Property was nice, good amenities, kitchen stocked, only issue is that we had some ant but overall was good neighborhood and especially loved the location was close to many of Maui's best beaches and restaurants.

Cozy condo & convenient location. Comfortable space for our family of 4 (two adults and two children under 10). Close to several great beaches (within a few minutes of driving). Appreciated it being so close to our parking spot and the pool too! Lovely view! Must visit the Monkeypod which is in walking distance.

We Had a Great Stay

We had a great stay at this condo! We had two young boys with us and 4 adults and there was enough space for us all. When we arrived the microwave wasn't working but we called and were provided with a tabletop replacement quickly. MyPerfectStays was very responsive. One of the A/C units was loud in the smaller bedroom, but most of time we used the fans and opened the doors and it was cool enough. This unit is very close to one of the pools, which was great for the kids, although we didn't encounter many other young kids during our stay, mostly couples/older adults. The complex was very clean and quiet. It was great to have a coffee shop that was right on the same lot! The beach was not really close enough to walk, especially with kids, but it was a very quick drive and we never had issues parking. Great shops and restaurants at the nearby Shops at Wailea and we loved the MonkeyPod restaurant--we went back a few times :) This was our first time in Maui and we LOVED it, this was a great place to stay and we plan to be back :)

This is a great unit. While it’s not on the beach it has a lovely water view, the pool is great and the place is well decorated. There are tons of great beaches within a short drive. Wailea is quite expensive for restaurants and shops but more casual Kihei is close by too so it was nice to have options. We loved falling asleep to crickets and waking up to the birds. Would stay here again for sure.

Great property just as the photos represent. Great views from the balcony including a sunset view over the ocean horizon (maybe only certain times of the year). Walking distance down an internal path to shopping and coffee. Immaculate area of Maui.

Lovely condo in a wonderful and quiet location. We were able to take our long morning walks from the condo as well as walk to restaurants and shopping. The condo is well appointed with everything we needed. A highlight for us was watching beautiful sunsets from the lanai.

They helped us book an activity and provided coolers and chairs for us to use while at the condo:) only note: keep in mind that you will need a car to get to the beach from this condo. Other than that, we had a great time!

The cleanliness, location, and overall stay was very good. There were a couple of things that could have been better. Checking in was very difficult because the door code didn’t work. There was only one set of towels for four people. One of the beds in the second bedroom with the two beds was really off balance and had a weak frame. There also were several different insects that were in the condo. We understand that insects are in that environment, however, there was nothing in the home to take care of it. Finally, the shower in the master wets the entire floor. Everything else was good and the cleanliness was excellent.

Incredible Stay in Wailea

This was one of the best home share rentals I've ever done. The house is in excellent condition. The balcony looks down onto the water below across a beautiful grass and palm tree slope. This is an extremely idyllic property. The house comes with the beach essentials, 4 chairs, an umbrella, a cooler (or two, I think there was a big one we didn't use), and two sets of snorkeling gear. We took these to Big Beach and found the most scenic beach we had ever visited. Checking in, we got a little lost, because the GPS takes you to an address one road west of the actual street. We spent some time trying to find it initially, but otherwise the entire stay was excellent.

The house is in excellent condition and comes with all the beach essentials (4 chairs and an umbrella) as well as two sets of snorkeling gear. The balcony has a beautiful view down to the ocean. Our favorite part was finding Big Beach, probably the best beach I've ever been to.

Good rental home in Waimea with ample parking - looks identical to the pictures and is in a good location. Check-in was smooth and easy and no issues. Good recommend!

Beautiful spacious place! Loocaion is about 3 minute drive from gorgeous beaches, shopping center and restaurants. Ready to cook kitchen, community grill 2 min walk away. Great lanai, with an amazing ocean view. Nice bathrooms, window air conditioners, beach gear. Beds were clean and comfortable. Great place for our family of 5!

A clean, homey, well appointed condo stocked with all of the home-based and beach supplies that we needed. It’s in a beautiful location, walkable to shopping, pizza and a dive shop for rentals. Each morning I sat in on the lanai looking at the ocean, smelling the plumeria and listening to the songs of the many exotic birds. It was the perfect way to feel the Aloha. The management company, “My Perfect Stay” had great communication before and during our stay, providing everything we needed, including booking excursions. A few suggestions for the guest book: 1) Maps- a map of the property with pools, garbage, hose for cleaning off beach supplies. As well as a map for walking to the small center with the pizza place, Wailea shopping and restaurants that are walkable and the beaches that are close by. 2) Food Delivery services information We are already looking at the calendar to book again! Thanks for making it such a lovely experience, we will be back!

Great location, beautifully remodeled and clean. Loved the welcome kit! But it is the little things… would appreciate more than enough coffee for one pot. Owners need to make the ice maker work, having to get Ice for cocktails (or ice trays?) is unacceptable at this price. Need to make the audio visual stuff work... Satellite never worked. Dead batteries in remotes? What a hassle for your guests!That should all be in working order Fees are out of hand, $450 for cleaning? No, that way too much. Three stars, with attention to details it could have been five.

We had some trouble finding the location, but Zac was on the line and able to provide us with directions. Building (Phone number hidden by Airbnb) is listed on (Hidden by Airbnb) maps and that would've been helpful for finding the place. Besides that the place was great, nice view of the water and everything we needed to enjoy Maui

We loved our stay! All the resorts in the area are beautiful, but really appreciated having the extra space, kitchen, and laundry - all well worth it! Very close to everything in Wailea including beaches, shopping, restaurants, and resorts. Also really loved having a pool on site just steps away from the condo. A bit of a drive to West Maui and North Shore, but nothing that some planning can’t take care of. Highly recommend!

The location of the condo is great. We loved walking down to the coffee shop in the morning down the pathways and enjoying the different places to eat close by. Having the pool a stone’s throw away was a big plus, too. The condo is well appointed and has everything you need to enjoy your stay. Kitchen is well stocked with appliances etc. and place was very clean throughout. We highly recommend it!

Loved this property! We stayed with our three teens and were very comfortable. It is a short walk to the beach with expansive grounds and a nice pool. The condo was very clean with a well stocked kitchen with everything we needed. They also provided beach chairs, a cooler, fluffy beach towels, a beach umbrella, and other beach gear. We will definitely come again!
