For added convenience a washer and dryer is located in the condo, so you can pack light and keep your beachwear fresh. While there is air conditioning in the unit, the condo’s open design and refreshing ocean breezes keep the space comfortable, offering a true island experience. 

*Annual Pool Maintenance: Sugar Beach pool is closed 2 weeks each September for repairs and maintenance.. During this time, the pool area—including the dry sauna—will be completely closed to ensure guest safety.

Sugar Beach Resort is an oceanfront property located on Maalaea Bay's longest stretch of uninterrupted shore, Sugar Beach. This property is just steps from Sugar Beach’s walkable five-mile stretch of soft, sandy shoreline, ideal for morning strolls, sightseeing, and water activities. In addition to grass and beach areas to relax on, in the provided loungers, Sugar Beach Resort includes; a beautiful beachfront saltwater pool, hot tub, dry sauna, and BBQ area for guests. With its central island location, it is close to the best shopping, dining, and outdoor activities across the island. There are no resort or parking fees.

Standard Cancellation Policy:
If cancellation notice is received 30 or more days prior to the check-in date, a 100% refund will be refunded within 10-14 business days from receipt of written cancellation.
If cancellation notice is received at least 14 days prior to the check-in date, 50% of the booking will be refunded within 10-14 business days from receipt of written cancellation.
For a cancellation notice received after 14 days prior to the check-in date, a refund will not be issued other than the departure cleaning fee.
