This Hawaiian-inspired condo comfortably sleeps 4 guests with the living room sleeper sofa. In the master bedroom, you’ll find a comfortable king-size bed, with plenty of closet and drawer space along with an en suite master bathroom featuring a bathtub shower combo! Don’t feel like eating out? Stay in and enjoy cooking a meal or two in the fully equipped kitchen. Enjoy on your private lanai or indoor countertop bar. There is also a washer and dryer in the condo for your use.
The fully remodeled kitchen and bathroom feature custom cabinetry, spectacular Lumerian granite countertops and modern finishes. With its superior location within the resort, you’ll enjoy the views but not the afternoon heat!

- Papakea Resort is performing a property-wide extensive plumbing project and you may hear some noise during this time. Work in this unit will begin February 16th, 2026, with an estimated completion projected on or around March 16th, 2026.
- Standard work hours for this project will be from 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM, Monday through Friday unless authorized for weekend work.
- Contractors will be present on the property to begin quieter preparatory tasks as early as 7:00 AM.
- To minimize possible disruption, louder tasks will not start before 10:00 AM.
- Dates are subject to change. Not all units will be affected at the same time.
- We have been notified that the project is pending completion around June 2026. We have decreased rates during these dates to compensate for any inconvenience. ***
* The Resort Fee of $25 per day at Papakea includes one parking permit with each additional vehicle will be charged an added cost of $5 a day. This is collected by the Resort's Front Desk staff upon arrival and is not associated with My Perfect Stays.

It is a quick drive to Whalers Village and many of Maui's top beaches like Kaanapali, Napili Bay, and Kapalua Bay.

_The kitchen will have olive oil, salt & pepper, pans, coffee maker, dishware, and flatware.
_Linens: 1 set of sheets per bed, 1 set of bathroom towels per guest (face, hand, and bath towel)
_A starter kit of necessities such as dish soap, a few dishwasher pods, laundry pods, dryer sheets, paper towels, and bathroom tissue paper.
_A starter set of shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, hand and body soap
_Wifi provided by Spectrum (between 100-200 Mbps)
_Complimentary concierge service by an on-island specialist
Standard Cancellation Policy:
If cancellation notice is received 30 or more days prior to the check-in date, a 100% refund will be refunded within 5-7 business days from receipt of written cancellation.
If cancellation notice is received at least 14 days prior to the check-in date, 50% of the booking will be refunded within 5-7 business days from receipt of written cancellation.
For a cancellation notice received after 14 days prior to the check-in date, a refund will not be issued other than the departure cleaning fee.
