Effective November 11th, 2025, through December 19th, 2025, Papakea Resort will undertake an extensive plumbing project. Standard work hours for this project will be from 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM, Monday through Friday, unless authorized for weekend work. Contractors may be present on the property to commence preparatory tasks as early as 7:00 AM. Non-working holidays are already included in the schedule. To minimize disruption, any excessively loud work will not commence before 10:00 AM. Dates are subject to change. Not all units will be affected at the same time.
This beautifully remodeled two bedrooms, two-bathroom condo is perfect for a family or a group! With a king size bed in the master bedroom, one queen size bed and one twin size bed in the second bedroom, and a queen size sleeper sofa in the living room there is plenty of room for everyone!
The main living area is an open concept floor plan where natural light pours in to reveal a tropical paradise. This freshly decorated condo boasts Smart TV's throughout along with a window AC unit in the main living area to help keep things cool on those warmer Maui days.
This unit also comes equipped with a gorgeous kitchen featuring all new cabinets, counter-tops, and appliances providing the comforts of home! The main difference though is that you can enjoy your meals while taking in those cool ocean breezes and one of a kind Maui sunsets!
Papakea J105 is a ground floor condo that sleeps 7 and is just steps from the ocean, pool, putting green, koi ponds, and so much more. You will love the convenience of walking out to the ocean or pool BBQ without having to use the elevator!
This condo is stocked with beach towels, beach chairs, cooler and more! The condo also includes a washer and dryer, ceiling fans in every room, WiFi, and cable.
Papakea Resort is located at North Ka'aanapli Beach and features 11 acres of lushly landscaped grounds, freshwater koi ponds, 2 swimming pools, 2 large jacuzzi's, 12 gas BBQ's, 2 putting greens, 2 shuffleboard courts and 3 lit tennis courts, complimentary concierge services, and a 24-hour front desk with plenty of open parking. The condo is located within walking distance to restaurants, grocery stores, farmer’s market, snorkel gear rental shop, gift shops, and an ocean-side park.
Each evening, tiki torches light up the property for an exquisite Hawaiian tropical ambiance. There is a sandy beach just steps from the condo. Beach sand levels can vary depending on the conditions. Enjoy swimming, snorkeling, turtle spotting, boogie boarding, paddle boarding, and whale watching (during whale season) from this ultimate Maui property.
Our on-island team also provides dish soap, laundry soap and dryer sheets, in addition to a complimentary set of Papaya Noni shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, and body soap.
This condo is managed professionally by My Perfect Stays, an on-island property management company.
**Papakea charges a $17/day facility fee for your first 10 consecutive days in a 30 day period. The fee includes a parking permit, Wifi throughout the resort, cable and local calls during your stay. Additional vehicles are $5 a day. This is collected by the Front Desk upon arrival.**
Standard Cancellation Policy:
If cancellation notice is received 30 or more days prior to the check-in date, a 100% refund will be refunded within 5-7 business days from receipt of written cancellation.
If cancellation notice is received at least 14 days prior to the check-in date, 50% of the booking will be refunded within 5-7 business days from receipt of written cancellation.
For a cancellation notice received after 14 days prior to the check-in date, a refund will not be issued other than the departure cleaning fee.
