Located on the fourth floor, this condo can comfortably accommodate up to 7 guests with a King bed in the master bedroom bedroom, a Queen bed and a Twin bed in the loft-style second bedroom, and a Queen sleeper sofa in the main living area. The open-concept living room features modern furniture with Hawaiian-theme decorations and a large flat-screen TV. Window AC unit and ceiling fan are provided in the living room for your comfort.
The serene master bedroom on the main floor features a King-size bed and a ceiling fan, but no AC. Down the hall is the updated bathroom which boasts a large vanity space and a walk in shower. Papakea Resort is completing property improvement projects. Guests should expect construction noise during daytime working hours. Dates and work areas are subject to change due to weather, tides, or field conditions. Please contact our office for complete details on the following resort improvement projects.
· Walkway Coating Project. Dates August–November 2026. Scope of work: Remove existing traffic coating, concrete repair and resurface preparation (including grinding), application of multi-coat traffic coasting system (each layer requires extended drying time). Work hours are 8am to 5pm Mon-Fri. During demolition, preparation, and repair work, walkways and the elevator will remain open to foot traffic. Occupants should expect construction noise and dust particularly during the grinding activities. During the walkway coating and drying time, AOAO staff will be stationed on the lanai side of the building to assist with screened access to occupied condos as the entry door will not be accessible. Work progression: Work will begin at the A building and work in building letter progression. Work on the D Bldg is slated for 9/1-9/11/2026. *Update as of 8/28/26 the walkway coating project for the D building has been postponed until further notice.
· Seawall Repair Project (Phase 2): Dates 10/12/26 to 7/31/27. Scope of work: Replace rocks along the ocean side of the seawall and backfill the sinkholes that have developed adjacent to the seawall. General Construction hours: 8am to 5pm Mon-Fri. Oceanside rock restoration schedule depends on daily tide and ocean conditions. Construction will begin near the Molokai shuffleboard area and is expected to continue there into early 2027. Work is expected to proceed towards Building L until complete.
Posted 9/24/26: The Lanai putting greens will be closed for maintenance from 9/29-11/10/26. The Molokai putting greens will be available during the Lanai service maintenance.
Posted 9/28/26: Please be advised that plumbing work will be performed beneath the concrete walkway fronting D103 and D104 10/19-10/23/26. Water will be shut off to the building on 10/21/26 between 8am and 5pm. The work will involve cutting the concrete slab and will generate construction noise during the workday. Any areas of the walkway that remain exposed at the end of each workday will be covered with plywood. Work hours (8:00 AM–5:00 PM).
