Effective August 15, 2024 through August 21, 2024, the B building at Papakea Resort will undertake a fumigation project. Effective September 6, 2024 through October 9, 2024, the B building at Papakea Resort will undertake an extensive plumbing project. Standard work hours for this project will be from 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM, Monday through Friday, unless authorized for weekend work. Contractors may be present on the property to commence preparatory tasks as early as 7:00 AM. Non-working holidays are already included in the schedule. To minimize disruption, any excessively loud work will not commence before 10:00 AM. Dates are subject to change. Not all units will be affected at the same time.

Papakea B403 is a three-bedroom, three-bathroom condo with excellent views of the Pacific. The fully equipped and updated kitchen features beautiful cabinets, stainless steel appliances, and granite counter tops. A split air conditioning system provides cold air to all rooms! The master bedroom has a King size bed. The second bedrooms offers a Queen size bed and the loft bedroom has two Twin beds and an en-suite bathroom (a unique floor plan featuring three bathrooms!)
A $75 extra guest fee applies to any guests over 6. This fee (per person) is applied per day and paid as part of the reservation total.
The living room has a spacious sleeper sofa and a flat screen TV. Entertainment includes free cable and WiFi. All bathrooms have been beautifully remodeled and feature walk-in showers. The condo also includes a washer and dryer. It is stocked well with beach towels, beach chairs cooler and more!
Papakea Resort is located at North Ka'aanapli Beach and features 11 acres of lush landscaped grounds, fresh water koi ponds, 2 salt water swimming pools, 2 large jacuzzi's, 12 gas BBQ's, 2 putting greens, 2 shuffleboard courts and 3 lit tennis courts, complimentary concierge services and a 24 hour front desk with plenty of open parking. The resort is located within walking distance to many shops and restaurants. Each evening, tiki torches light up the property for an exquisite Hawaiian tropical ambiance. There is a sandy beach just steps from the condo. Enjoy swimming, snorkeling, turtle spotting, boogie boarding, paddle boarding, and whale watching (during whale season) from this ultimate Maui property.
Our on-island team also provides: Dish soap, laundry soap and dryer sheets, in addition to a complimentary set of Papaya Noni shampoo, conditioner, body lotion and body soap. Complimentary concierge is available to all our guests.
**Papakea charges a $17/day facility fee for your first 10 consecutive days in a 30-day period. The fee includes a parking permit, Wifi throughout the resort, cable and local calls during your stay. Additional vehicles are $5 a day. This is collected by the Front Desk upon arrival.**
Standard Cancellation Policy:
If cancellation notice is received 30 or more days prior to the check-in date, a 100% refund will be refunded within 5-7 business days from receipt of written cancellation.
If cancellation notice is received at least 14 days prior to the check-in date, 50% of the booking will be refunded within 5-7 business days from receipt of written cancellation.
For a cancellation notice received after 14 days prior to the check-in date, a refund will not be issued other than the departure cleaning fee.
