You'll enjoy Papakea Resort A305’s amazing oceanfront location! This lovely 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom condo offers some of the best views from Papakea Resort that is suitable to accommodate up to 4 guests. This west-facing condo will provide unobstructed oceanfront seats to Maui’s incredible sunsets and views of the majestic islands of Molokai and Lanai. Unwind on your private lanai where you’ll be able to spot sea turtles and whales breaching during the winter months.

Papakea Resort A305 is on the 3rd-floor featuring a tropical interior and more! Inside you’ll find a relaxed Hawaiian-inspired atmosphere with cool tile flooring, tropical-themed furnishings and décor, and plenty of natural light. Stay cool with spilt A/C units located in the living room and the bedroom. The sofa not only has an ocean view but converts into a queen-size sofa bed to accommodate additional guests. In the bedroom, you’ll enjoy a king-size, bed and a relaxing place to rest after a day in the sun. Just around the corner is the bathroom which includes a large vanity space and a walk-in shower. Enjoy your meals and unwind on the private lanai with a dining table for 4. The fully equipped kitchen includes full-sized appliances and granite countertop seating for 2 with a dining table for 4.

Papakea Resort offers lush tropical landscaping, koi lagoon ponds, oceanfront saltwater pools, hot tubs, shuffleboards, golf greens, pickleball, and tennis courts! It is located just North of the famous Ka’anapali Beach. Walk to nearby local shops, cafes, restaurants, and grocery stores. It is a quick drive to Whalers Village and many of Maui's top beaches like Kaanapali, Napili Bay, and Kapalua Bay.

Parking is free for one vehicle; additional vehicles are $5/day. This fee is collected by the Resort's Front Desk staff upon arrival

Papakea Resort is completing property improvement projects. Guests should expect construction noise during daytime working hours. Dates and work areas are subject to change due to weather, tides, or field conditions. Please contact our office for more details on these resort improvement projects.

Seawall Repair Project (Phase 2): Dates 10/12/26 to 7/31/27. Scope of work: Replace rocks along the ocean side of the seawall and backfill the sinkholes that have developed adjacent to the seawall. General Construction hours: 8am to 5pm Mon-Fri. Oceanside rock restoration schedule depends on daily tide and ocean conditions. Construction will begin near the Molokai shuffleboard area and is expected to continue there into early 2027. Work is expected to proceed towards Building L until complete.
Traffic Coating Walkway Project as of 9/16/26: Units A109-A105 (elevator) 1/11-1/14/27, Units A104-A101 1/18-1/21/27. There will be no access to the ground floor walkways or access to the front entry door during the walkway coating application 8am to 7pm. Ground floor occupants must use their lanai doors to enter and exit their units. Papakea staff will be stationed on the lanai side of the building to help screen access to occupied units. One stairwell will remain open for upper-floor occupants during this work.
Posted 9/24/26: The Lanai putting greens will be closed for maintenance from 9/29-11/10/26. The Molokai putting greens will be available during the Lanai service maintenance.

For a cancellation notice received after 14 days prior to the check-in date, a refund will not be issued other than the departure cleaning fee.

Great Oceanfront Condo!

We really enjoyed our stay at Papakea A305. The condos kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed. The view was outstanding and just what the pictures showed online. The 2 ac units and ceiling fans worked well and kept us cool. The king sized bed was a little lumpy /soft / showing it's age but we still slept well. The beach chairs and cooler were nice to have, it would have been nice to have a beach umbrella to go along with them. Overall everything was great and we'd stay here again if /when we come back to Maui.

What a view! We saw whales from the balcony! Clean and lovely with everything you need. The resort has pickleball, tennis, pools, hot tubs, walking distance to dining, food trucks and grocery shopping. We had an amazing trip!

Great location, right on the water, short walk to the beach. Comfortable beds (best pull-out we’ve slept on), linens were soft and clean, and plenty of soaps (clothes, dishwasher etc). Some of the utensils could use a replacement, and a set of plastic/deck plates would be nice. Whole complex was well maintained, enjoyed partaking in the offered activities. A great place to stay if you are in Maui!

Great ocean view from condo lanai!!!

This condo is nicely updated, well equipped, and conveniently located. We went to Maui for whale season, and saw plenty of whale activity every day from our lanai. The Papakea property offers plenty of amenities and the acreage is beautiful.

Great ocean view from condo lanai!

This condo is nicely updated, well equipped, and nicely maintained. The ocean view from the lanai cannot be beat. We came for whale season, and saw whale activity every day from our lanai, as well as a green sea turtle who seems to live in front of Papakea. Papakea is a beautiful development with great amenities, located conveniently to all we needed.

Absolutely Stunning

Perfect location, the sound of the ocean throughout the property was incredible and relaxing. Looking at whale playing from our lanai was priceless. Easy access to restaurants, and direct access to connecting resorts. We Had New Year's Eve dinner at Kaanapali beach club which was a short walk away from our condo. We snorkeled behind the property. It was magical.

Perfect View

We loved the location of this property just North of the more crowded resort area of Kaanapali but very walkable. Including a Food Truck Park, Farmers Market, Gift Shops, Coffe Shop, Beach and more. It maybe a little tight for 4 but was perfect for 2 and the best of Papakea given that it was Ocean Front which was key. The unit was well equipped if you did want to cook which we only did 1x - The washer & dryer a great feature along with beach chairs and umbrella. We will definitely love to come back to beautiful Hawaii and this unit in the future

Fantastic Ocean View!

This ocean view from this condo is breathtaking -- we even were able to see a (probably reef) shark swimming in the clear water. The condo itself is adequate. We have stayed in many Papakea units -- this one is not as updated as some and could be a bit better stocked (e.g., with more kitchen things, boogie boards, and books on Hawaiian flora and fauna) but it was very clean, and the bed was extremely comfortable. With the fans provided in the bedroom we didn't need the AC. Overall, a great place to stay.

Perfect location

I absolutely loved this property! It has well-appointed kitchen and amenities, is clean and comfortable, and has an absolutely unbeatable view. Plus swimming and snorkeling is just outside your door, with the stairs at the end of the building. There was a small maintenance issue during our stay - we called the property manager and it was fixed immediately without us having to be home! We’ve stayed at the Papakea resort a number of times and this was our favorite condo. We will definitely be back!

Wonderful stay in A305

We have stayed many times at the Papakea resort. This was one of the best units we have stayed in. The view was spectacular, the unit updated and well-stocked with everything you may need- including beach chairs and beach towels. The kitchen had everything one would need for cooking. The linens were good quality. We appreciated the welcome gift with a coupon from Kimo’s for a free slice of Hula pie. We enjoy being away from the crowds at Kaanapali and the more laid back feel of Papakea. The location is great- close to many great beaches, shops, groceries. You can walk to the ABC store, Bad Ass Coffee, the Cruzin Cafe for breakfast sandwiches/coffee. The food trucks around the corner were handy but they do get crowded so go early! We loved our stay and would be happy to return to A305.

Amazing condo with a beautiful direct ocean view. The condo was well-stocked with all the comforts of home. We appreciated the beach chairs and towel and the kitchen had everything we needed. I had to reach out to My Perfect Stays for a small issue and they were very quick to respond and helpful. I would highly recommend this unit and hope to return myself.

My husband and I loved our time in Maui! Papakea is in a great location and A305 is perfect. The unit is beautifully furnished, comfortable, and has a great bed!(😊) You absolutely want for nothing! You wake up, look out the window, and the vast Pacific welcomes you with the soothing sound of the surf and the sunshine beckons you. Whale watching from the lanai was a delight. We sampled delicious island food, shopped some, did some sightseeing,but mostly relaxed right there on the beautifully maintained grounds of the Papakea. You’ll love it!

This place was the perfect place to stay on my week in Maui. The oceanfront view was 100% worth this place. I woke up every morning, made myself a cup of coffee, and watched the whales breaching just a few yards away. The most charming and relaxing set up and it was the perfect size, especially with that pull out couch. I will be back to Maui, and when I am, I will ben staying in A305.

Wow, wow, wow...Papakea A305 has the million dollar view and will not disappoint!! From the moment we booked My Perfect Stays made everything easy and from the time we arrived, we were unbelievably grateful for the opportunity to sit and enjoy the 180 degree view of the ocean, watching whales spout and breach from the comfort of our living room!! No need to go whale watching while staying here...we saw at least 100 throughout the week!!!

Mike and I just spent two weeks in our Papakea unit. Of course, we think it is wonderful and loved seeing our new furniture for the first time, but what we really want to say is how Covid safe we felt on Maui. Restaurants and stores are open but they limit capacity and do a very good job of keeping people separated. As always, the weather and beaches were fantastic.
