Effective June 18, 2024, through July 29, 2024, Papakea Resort will undertake an extensive plumbing project involving this unit. There will be additional noise from surrounding work on Building A through September 13, 2024. Standard work hours for this project will be from 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM, Monday through Friday, unless authorized for weekend work. Contractors may be present on the property to commence preparatory tasks as early as 7:00 AM. Non-working holidays are already included in the schedule. To minimize disruption, any excessively loud work will not commence before 10:00 AM. Dates are subject to change. Not all units will be affected at the same time.

Two comfortable sofas not only boast views of the ocean but convert to Queen size sofa sleepers to accommodate additional guests. Pour your glass of wine at the separate bar area, complete with a mini fridge and wine fridge.
In the master bedroom you’ll enjoy a King size bed and a spacious place to rest after a day in the sun. Just around the corner is the master bathroom which includes dual sinks, stone countertops and a walk-in tile surround shower. The guest bedroom also features a King size bed and access to the main bathroom, featuring a walk in shower. Pack light! This unit has a washer and dryer for your convenience.
Papakea Resort offers lush tropical landscaping, koi ponds, two salt water pools, spas, shuffleboard, putting greens, tennis and much more! It is located just North of the famous Ka’anapali Beach. Just walking distance from the resort are many shops, restaurants and a grocery store. It is a quick drive to Whalers Village and many of Maui's top beaches.
* Papakea charges a $25/day facility fee. The fee includes a parking permit, Wi-Fi throughout the resort, cable and local calls during your stay. Additional vehicles are $5 a day. This is collected by the Resort's Front Desk staff upon arrival. Our on-island team provides: Dish soap, laundry soap and dryer sheets, in addition to a complimentary starter set of Papaya Noni shampoo, conditioner, body lotion and body soap. We also provide beach chairs, beach towels and a cooler for your stay.
This condo is managed professionally by My Perfect Stays. Complimentary concierge service is available to all of our guests.
Standard Cancellation Policy:
If cancellation notice is received 30 or more days prior to the check-in date, a 100% refund will be refunded within 5-7 business days from receipt of written cancellation.
If cancellation notice is received at least 14 days prior to the check-in date, 50% of the booking will be refunded within 5-7 business days from receipt of written cancellation.
For a cancellation notice received after 14 days prior to the check-in date, a refund will not be issued other than the departure cleaning fee.
