Paki Maui 105 Description

Air Conditioning

Paki Maui 105 is a 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom oceanfront condo located on the first floor with wonderful unobstructed ocean views from your lanai and floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors, bringing natural light into the condo. The condo does not have air conditioning. Enjoy preparing meals at home with a fully equipped remodeled kitchen. The master bedroom features a comfortable King bed with a spacious ensuite bathroom with a shower/tub combo. The second bedroom features two twin-size beds and the guest bathroom is in the hallway with a large walk-in shower.

Paki Maui features an oceanfront pool, hot tub, BBQ grills with picnic areas, and a coin-operated laundry facility. There are no resort or parking fees at the resort. Paki Maui is a five-story oceanfront resort located on the West side of Maui between Ka’anapali and Kapalua areas. Paki Maui is an oceanfront property with seasonal shoreline conditions. Direct sandy beach access may vary throughout the year depending on tides and surf. Guests will also find nearby beaches within a short walk for swimming and beach activities. Paki Maui is in the neighborhood of Honokowai with shopping, restaurants, and beach rentals across the street. Within a short drive check out Whaler's Village Shopping Center where you can enjoy many dining options and entertainment. There are golf courses and putting greens available in Kaanapali and Kapalua.

Phenomenal patio view

Our family of five stayed for a full week and had a wonderful experience. The best part is the back patio view. We sat at the patio table morning and evening watching the waves of the ocean and looking for whales. Although there is a wall to protect the grassy area, the tide would go out a few times a day and it was wonderful to walk on the beach or snorkel a little right from the condo. The owner made sure we had enough of the basics to be comfortable and we could easily cook in the small kitchen. The grills by the community pool were in great shape and allowed us to grill burgers multiple nights. The only small drawback was the community washer and dryer that required an app to use. The units were clean and easy enough to use but our cell reception near the facility was poor so caused challenges. We would stay here again and recommend it to others. Ideal for four people but we made it work for five with the fold out couch in the living room.

Amazing time!!

What a beautiful place! Right on the water, with a green lawn area that was perfect for watching the sunsets each night or playing with the kids. The pool is perfect and very family friendly. There’s also a connecting hot tub that was a real bonus. In the mornings we’d go snorkeling down at the beach before the tide got higher, and saw turtles swim by each day around noon! The condo was lovely and had everything we needed for our stay including beach chairs and a boogie board. The view was just magnificent. Close to lots of restaurants and coffee shops, and a public beach right next door. Really recommend!! Had the best time.

Semi Private Beach Is Priceless!

Some reviews mention the outdated condo. However, the semi private beach is priceless!! I would recommend packing water shoes or buying some at the local grocery store (much cheaper than buying at Whaler’s Village). Also, bring snorkeling gear. Staying here means no need to purchase a snorkel excursion. We saw and swam with plenty of different fish and sea turtles during our stay. Very cool.

Fantastic location on the beach!

Fantastic location on the beach. This unit faces the ocean on the first floor and we left the slider open day and night to hear and see the ocean. The condo is clean and the kitchen was nice. They supplied quite a few items for going to the beach (Chairs, mats, cooler, etc.) and fans in each room to circulate the air. The beach was accessible both at the property and the public park next door. There was plenty of parking. You can walk to the ABC store next door or another block or two to the restaurants and food trucks. We would recommend this place for your trip to Lahaina and we will stay here again.

A lovely stay at Paki Maui!

We enjoyed the whales leaping in the water...we loved the views of Molokai and Lanai. It would have been absolutely perfect if we had figured out the tv.....but we are used to not being able to work tv's! We would happily book 105 again! (And they did send someone to help us with the tv, so they tried!!)

Wonderful View and Location

We have stayed here multiple times. We love the location, as it is near great places to eat and walking distance to Kaanapali beach. The view of the ocean from the lanai is fantastic. You can sit there all day watching whales go by or sea turtles swimming. The unit has been nicely updated. We thing think this is the best value in Maui.

Great Location

Great location. Swimming in the ocean in front of the unit was important to us. We were able to do this with caution since there are rocks/reefs. It was nice to have two beach chairs and some sand toys in the unit for use. Place was tight with four adults and children. I will say there were plenty of drawers and storage to put your things. Any concerns we had were addressed immediately. There are fans in the rooms which made it comfortable, no AC. You can hear the waves crash from both bedrooms. Pool is not deep and on the smaller side, the plus side is you can watch your kids in the pool and see the ocean in the background. Parking was close and not a problem. We saw a TON of whales from our balcony. This was extra special to witness breached whales so close. Overall, I would say again but with less people.

Tranquility at the beach

We had the perfect 6 days at Paki Maui this last week. Starting with our accommodations which were clean, decorated and appointed nicely and the absolute perfect location for experiencing beautiful sunsets and close up whalewatching from the balcony of Number 105. The kitchen was well stocked with the appliances we needed for cooking and mixing those special Hawaiian cocktails. The master bed was a dream and we both slept so well with the fan and ocean breeze lulling us to sleep each night....the location to the great fish market across the street and wa simple walk to Duke's restaurant were added pluses. We can't wait to return next year.

View From the Deck was Perfect

We really enjoyed our stay. The unit was very clean and in a great location. All of the amenities were easy to use. If the overall facility had a few more BBQs, it would be great. There would be some lines to cook some nights.

Check In / Check Out Was a Breeze

Unit 105 was beautiful. We were a group of six. so the space was a little tight. But the views and location made up for it. The condo was stocked with all the basic amenities. They even had beach chairs. cooler and sand toys for a comfortable beach day. The views from the balcony were amazing....everyday we woke up to beautiful sunrises and ended the day with great sunsets. We watched so many whales from our unit that we lost count. Checkin/checkout was a breeze. The property is also at a great location...the food truck park next door and all the shops nearby are a great plus.

Absolute Paradise

I never write reviews, but I just couldn’t stop myself from writing a 5-star review for this condo. This condo was absolute paradise. I have only ever stayed in hotels in Maui, but this condo was a game changer. I felt so relaxed here without the hustle and bustle that comes with large hotels. It was incredibly peaceful being able to hear the sound of waves from the living room – and being able to make coffee while looking out in the ocean was a dream. This place was also walking distance to food trucks, coffee shops, restaurants & even a grocery store. The location was unbeatable too – we were right in the middle of Lahaina and Kapalua, so we never had to walk or drive too far to adventure out. We have already told all of our friends that they need to stay here when they visit Maui. I still cant stop thinking about that ocean view!

Unit 105 is always clean and well stocked. The sand chairs and ice chest are a nice touch. The view is amazing!!! Looks like the new facility management is active and engaged. Did I mention that the view is amazing!!!

The location and view was perfect for our family. The stairs beach access on property is blocked off which was not communicated, I asked the lady at the front desk and she said it had been that way for a couple months. The beach area is pretty rocky but still enjoyable. Communication with the property management was good. I did forget some clothing items in a drawer and when I reached out once I got home I was told that no one found anything which is a little disappointing.

Our stay was great, the location and the view worked out perfect for our family. The stairs to the beach are closed off which was not mentioned prior to our arrival and when I asked the lady at the front desk she said it had been like that for a couple months. Not having an AC was a bit rough on some of the hotter nights. After checking out I accidentally did not empty one of the drawers in the master bedroom, when I got home and realized I left some clothing behind I reached out to see if they had been found by the cleaners but unfortunately I was told they were not there.

Awesome Vacation

Wonderful Condo!! I stayed seven days and it was gorgeous. The grounds are well kept and the staff was friendly. The condo is beautiful and THE VIEW! The view was amazing. Every night you watch the sun set from the beautiful balcony. I highly recommend Paki Maui.

We have rented this place for the passed 2 years. It is a great location with a beautiful view from the condo lani. The beach facilities and pool are good. The only drawback was the spa jets were not working but it was heated. Highly recommended!!!

This place was WONDERFUL!!!! Extremely clean upon arrival, easy check-in, breathtaking view! My perfect stays was very quick with their communication and provided useful and easy guidelines for check out. The place had two beach chairs, a mini cooler, and beach towels which we used during our trip and were glad we didn’t have to buy from a store! 100% will recommend this place to anyone and would stay here again!

excellent place in paradise

Was lucky to stay at this place in paradise. The view is amazing (we were able to catch some whale-watching and a turtle right in front of the property), when you plan on staying in Maui, do yourself a favor and check the property. It's close to great beaches, restaurants and many activities to make your Maui stay, one of a kind! Condo is fully equiped so all you need to do is sit, sip and relax.

A piece of Paradise

This place is such a nice getaway for a couple who enjoys savoring a meal while watching the waves lap against their beachfront view. Spectacular spot to also enjoy whale watching. The location is great for access to food, groceries and across the street from a local fish market. You can walk to Dukes restaurants and Westin facilities such as their spa facilities. Hikes are just a short distance away. But the beach, pool, hot tub and barbacue are all right in front with ocean views, so no need to really go anywhere...just relax and enjoy the view right on your patio here. Loved this quiet spot.

We enjoyed this two bedroom unit with a beautiful view of the ocean. The kitchen was equipped with everything you would need. The king bed was super comfortable and lots of closet space. This condo was close to great dining and activities. Would definitely stay here again!

Maui Paradise

The location and condition of this unit could not be better. The views are amazing, the lawn is the perfect lounging area and watching the sunset from the spa and pool is perfect! I've stayed at the big resorts which are fun but Paki Maui 105 gives the perfect relaxing Maui vibe. Close enough to the action if you'd like but peaceful and uncrowded. We will always use this unit going forward.
