We loved our stay at Nohonani. The location is central to everything in West Maui, walkable to cute shops, an excellent little beach and a quick drive to anything else we wanted to do in West Maui. We always had a parking spot and the pool was a nice little place to relax when we needed some down time. My favorite part was waking up and drinking coffee on the lanai and whale watching and turtle spotting every morning.

The location was perfect and beautiful! The bedroom with the ocean views was amazing, loved listening to the waves crash as we drifted to sleep. The condo was peaceful and quiet, just what we needed. The welcome basket with Hawaii treats was a nice surprise. Having the cooler and other outdoor accessories was a bonus. Thank you for the beautiful memories ❤️ can't wait to come back.

Our stay was absolutely magical. The condo felt like home and had everything we needed. It was amazing to be so close to the water. The crashing waves were soothing and the sunsets were stunning. You can watch the sunset from the balcony or the pool. The pool was very clean and a nice comfortable temperature. This is such a fantastic location as you are only minutes away from some of the best beaches on Maui. Plus there is an awesome bakery within walking distance. The welcome gift was lovely and check-in / check-out was very easy. I would highly recommend staying at Nohonani. We can't wait to come back!

The condo was so cute upon arrival. There was Hawaiian music playing, the windows were open with a warm breeze throughout the place showcasing a breathtaking view of the ocean through the window's and patio doors. The table had 2 baskets of snacks, 2 boxes of chocolates, a bottle of wine and a sweeeeeeeeeet card congratulating my husband and I on our 10th anniversary! I loved it so so so much! The condo is decorated nice, not fancy but traditional Hawaiian decor and the bedroom looked like a spa when I walked in, airy and white linens with the amazing backdrop of the ocean.
The view is incredible, and completely unobstructed. We saw so many turtles, whales, jumping fish and beautiful sunsets. The room size was perfect for my husband and I. It had almost everything we needed, with the exception of the lack of comfort of the pillows, bed and couch. We bought a mattress topper to use while there and a softer pillow and it helped, a lot, and we hardly used the couch.
I love the little beach footsteps away to play on and the amazing shallow ocean full of coral reef thats great for snorkeling. The warm pool was nice at night, very relaxing once the hustle and bustle subsided. This area is family friendly so if anyone is looking for quiet, maybe it's not the right place for them, however most people respected the quiet hours. There is one grill but we never used it. The condo has beach chairs, snorkels and alot of extras that you can use.
The parking was always available. And close by. It was easy to get in and out. And it's nice that there is an elevator nearby to haul luggage up and down.
I love the sounds of the ocean... and here it's all day and night. But the crashing waves on the seawall at night had me sleepless the first night. We bought earplugs which helped tremendously otherwise I would not have gotten a wink of sleep. It's so loud at night! And not in the peaceful lulling way it is during the day.. more like a obnoxious destructive way haha. However it's the ocean and it was storming... obviously it's not anyones fault... its out of our control. Closing the windows and doors does help, but then you lose that cool breeze since there's no AC.
Temperature wise, I was comfortable in the condo but my husband was always warm, it was extra humid from storming so that didn't help. We've stayed in Maui MANY at different times in different areas and both of us agreed that it felt much hotter than usual for this time of the year. But idk... I'd rather be here than at home in Arizona's scorching heat so 🤷🏼♀️
The condo is pretty clean, with the exception of the curtains and some nooks and crannies that you only notice while laying in bed with nothing else to think about lol. It's an older unit in warm humid place, so it's not going to be perfectly brand spankin new but for what it is, I think it was pretty good. At the price point we got it, and the views and convenience of the location I give it 9/10. I'd definitely recommend and I'd absolutely return!

This condo gets five stars due to it's beautiful ocean front location. We saw whales every day from our Lanai, turtles in the water and on the little beach, and even a Hawaiian monk seal swimming by! The condo was we equipped and My Perfect Stays was a helpful host, especially when accidentally locked ourselves out of the condo. The chaise on the lanai has seen better days, the fan in the bathroom doesn't work, and light right outside of the front door to the condo was out, but other than that, it was a perfect stay!

This was a great condo and stay! Communication with the team was very quick and efficient. I had to contact the team for a dishwasher issue and Amelia answered my text messages quickly. That person was awesome and sent Richard to the condo to look at the problem. He was also super nice and efficient. At the end of our stay, I received a text from Alohilani to thank us for choosing My Perfect Stays. Excellent team! Along with the Cleanliness of the unit: the unit was spotless.

We had the pleasure of staying here for a week in June 2024. The corner location in the condo made for a great view with some privacy. The sound of the waves crashing at night were soothing. The views were amazing. The only way the room could have been better was if there was air conditioning. Opening the windows and turning on fans helped, but this NW couple are not used to the heat at night.
Mornings were an absolute joy on the lanai. We drank our morning coffee watching the turtles in the surf. We enjoyed snorkeling the reefs just steps from the room amd swam with the fish and turtles 🐟 🐠 🐢 yes, we respected the marine life. Sunsets from the Lanai were also amazing. Best sunset views for sure!
The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. It was nice having seasonings readily available as we did a fair amount of cooking. The condo also had beach chairs and gear. We brought our own snorkeling gear, but they had that too.
The directions and check in were seamless, as was the communication from my perfect stays. Thank you for the welcome gift and amazing room. I highly recommend Nohonani room 203 for your stay on Maui.

Beautiful view of the ocean from the balcony. The beach that the condo sits on is not large, but it is more than big enough for the building residents, and the snorkeling is fantastic. Our daughter loved the heated pool as well. My Perfect Stays were very responsive hosts. When we realized that the blender in the condo was not functioning they brought us a brand-new one within a few hours. My single issue is that all of the furniture is quite dated and old feeling with the lone exception of the flat-screen TV. I'd guess the age of the couch, curtains, etc to be at least 25 years old.

Location was great, beach was beautiful, balcony is where we spend most of our day time. The surf is right under your bedroom and wonderful but can be loud at night if you are not used to it (earplugs are good for this). There is no AC, but know it can be humid in the area depending on the time of year. The fans work great.

Wonderful location. Having the Pacific right by the Lanai is something very special. I don't think we could get this at any resort for this price range. House had all the amenities, entire building is non-smoking and such a peaceful experience overall. Nearby, there is an awesome farmers market , there is the idyllic Honokawai children's park, plenty of food options including food trucks and many more places to visit. Would love to come back to this place for our next trip to Maui.

This apartment is a great location with surrounding beaches and restaurants (10 mins north and 10 mins or less south driving). It offers a stunning beach-front view with constant sounds of the ocean. It is a family-friendly vibe/experience as opposed to a couples/luxury experience.

Wonderful place to stay right on the beach. We were blown away when we walked in the front door at just how close the water was. It was perfect for watching sunsets. There is a decent sized beach that is nice to relax on and snorkel. The unit is updated and clean. We loved it and highly recommend it to anyone looking to stay right on the water.

The view is beyond a dream!

I don't even know where to begin! The view is beyond a dream! We saw turtles swimming and even one point a turtle was sleeping on the sand early in the morning which we got a front row view from the lanai/balcony. Countless sunsets and the waves were calming. If you're a light sleeper, high tides make it a bit noisy even with everything closed but there's numerous fans to keep you cool. Kitchen had everything we needed to cook (I even grilled a steak!) and plenty of dishes. They even provided complimentary dishwasher and laundry pods. It was a dream come true for our honeymoon and we will never forget it. Book this place immediately before we do! We will be back!

Had a nice stay at Nohonani! Everything matched the pictures - views (and the breezes) were wonderful! Saw quite a few turtles playing on the coral and even a few whales in the distance! Condo was great - nice location and could walk to coffee and food trucks. Overall a great stay!

Loved our stay and the view was incredible and our host left us very nice recommendations. We loved seeing the sea turtles almost every day. Only complaint was the late check-in time (4pm). We landed in the morning and after we drove across the island, we discovered there were no restrooms available to us until our room was ready hours later. Otherwise our stay was perfect!

Rent this condo for the view! We enjoyed many hours on the lanai-listening to the ocean, watching the waves, turtles and whales and eating meals. Kitchen was adequate. Living room was great. We couldn’t figure out the TV system…but not really a loss since we had sufficient technology with us. Master bedroom/suite was good. Bathroom was fair-toilet and shower spaces were small; single sink with barely any counter space. No AC. No washer/dryer in unit. Management company was great and easy to work with. I’d use them if I had a condo there. The view…phenomenal!

Perfect spot right by the water with a view of Molokai and lana’i.. sea turtles like to feed right out front, my partner loved it for that reason. I also loved being able to hear the ocean at night, which helped me fall asleep each night after a long day of adventure. We will stay here again for sure!

Better whale watching than on some of the boats!

I love this condo because it is about as close to the water as you can possibly get, there are honu (turtles) in the water in front and on the beach below, it is very comfortable, and it has a well-stocked kitchen for cooking. Plus the whales! I went on a whale watch boat out of Lahaina for the first time ever, and, while I did see some whale activity, I actually saw better displays of whales playing from the condo lanai (balcony) than I did from the boat! Nohonani is a very friendly, small community - numerous guests gather on the pool deck for sunset and watch together. I am definitely coming back and staying in this unit again!

Amazing experience for the whole family. Views can’t be beat - we could feel the ocean spray on our face while standing in the lanai and saw whales and turtles multiple times during our stay. The unit was very well furnished and we found everything we needed in the kitchen and home as a whole. Would love to visit again

this unit is right on the beach - no long walk, no elevators. the views are spectacular as are the sunsets. the kitchen is fully stocked with any implement you might want. the beds are comfy. good coffee and good take out food just a 2 block walk across from a beautiful park. we loved staying here!

Well equipped condo in a spectacular location

I loved my stay at Nohonani 203. The unit is situated on the corner of the building about as close to the beach and waves as you can possibly get (and closer than any other unit on the property), with great views of the ocean, beach, pool, coastline, other islands, turtles sleeping on the beach (there were four in one week), pods of dolphins swimming by (twice) etc. It is very nicely furnished, including furniture on the lanai that is much higher quality than many condos. The kitchen is extremely well stocked for a rental unit, which made cooking and storing food very easy, and the closet has lots of beach gear. The unit was in great shape when I arrived, with one of the nicest welcome gifts I've seen in my numerous experiences renting condos on Maui. Definitely planning on returning to Nohonani 203 on my next trip to Maui!

We recently stayed at Nohonani 203 for our anniversary and let me tell you the location was absolutely amazing!! The condo was perfect it was clean, it had all the amenities and felt like home. We loved sleeping with the windows open listening to the waves crash at night. The private beach at the condo has amazing snorkeling where we saw sea turtles every day. This condo also is in great location to restaurants, coffee shops, ice cream, snorkel gear and other good beaches. We are already planning our trip for next year and will absolutely book this condo again!

203 at Nohonani is simply delightful. The master bedroom is, obviously, on the ocean side of the room and the couch's fold out bed is entirely comfortable. The 3 of us were perfectly satisfied. The kitchen is well stocked and has a great footprint. The shower is terrific! Mahalo.

wonderful location right on the water! Loved having the option of the pool or the ocean. Watching the turtles was a lovely bonus! There are many condo complexes in a row, so the voices of noisy families and friend groups traveled far, but most people were super respectful, especially in during the early mornings and at night.

Could not recommend staying here more! We had an incredible week at Nohonani which served as the perfect home base for a week of adventures. Comfy bed, incredible ocean views, lots of amenities to help us settle in, plenty of windows and fans and you will 100% see turtles! Loved exploring Lahaina and all of the neighboring areas. An amazing area and an amazing home :) Just book it!

I wanted to rest and listen to the ocean all night and couldn’t have asked for a better condo or closer waves. Absolutely perfect from the organized kitchen to the amazing bed and as Jeff Picoli would say “tasty waves”. If I had known what I was in for I think I would have stayed for a month, not a week. My husband and I stayed here for 11 days for our honeymoon and the apartment could not have been more perfect for our vacation! The check in and out process was seamless and My Perfect Stays made everything very easy by being communicative and accessible. The apartment was very clean and stocked with absolutely everything we needed to feel right at home and had amenities we didn’t even expect such as a blender in the kitchen, spices in the pantry, beach chairs and umbrellas, beach towels, several coolers, and snorkel gear! If you’re looking to be directly on the water as we were, this place is absolutely the place to book. You feel like you are floating above the beautiful Hawaiian ocean and the sounds and breeze coming from the balcony and into the bedroom lulled us to sleep each night. We watched the gorgeous sunsets from our balcony before heading out to dinner almost every night and they were spectacular! There’s no air conditioning but it was not needed at all, the breeze was lovely at all times and there were several fans in each room provided. The location was also great - perfect for having a bit of privacy away from the resorts, which is what we were looking for. The complex is located away from but in (long) walking distance of the main Ka’anapaali resort area (you can walk there using a combination of the beach and sidewalks depending on the tide), a short drive to the Lahaina town, and in close range walking distance to a couple of great restaurants and shops that we frequented throughout our trip such as Bad Ass Coffee, the food truck park, and the Farmers Market. The beach and pool area in front of the complex was beautiful and well kept and all the other vacationers we met were extremely friendly. Also a huge perk is the reef right off the beach in front of the complex, where there was multiple sea turtles swimming around at almost any time of day! We can’t say enough good things about this place! It was our first time in Hawaii and we absolutely will be back!! Thank you My Perfect Stays!

You will not be disappointed with a stay at Nohonani 203. From the well stocked kitchen to the feeling that you are sleeping on top of the water, this condo is pure bliss. I spent 10 nights here and did not want to leave. I watched whales breach all day long (March 1-10) while sitting on the lanai, enjoyed the view of the pool and beach area, and listened to the waves crash in and out ALL DAY AND NIGHT LONG. I slept like a baby every night. I also enjoyed watching the beautiful stars each night and often fell asleep on the lounge chair. It was magical. The kitchen at Nohonani 203 is well stocked with a coffee maker, blender, plenty of plates and dishware, as well as some spices and cooking utensils. There are also a few beach chairs, cooler, ice packs and wine glasses. Come ready to relax. This community is family friendly, but is also very quiet and low key. A wonderful getaway for solo time, couple time, or a small family. The owner and management are also very responsive and accommodating. I hope to be back at some point in the near future! Aloha!

We were looking for a casual Maui vacation- it was just that!! We had turtles on the beach with us two days and watched whales breach each morning while drinking coffee. We slept to waves crashing on shore. The condo is within walking distance to beaches, great local restaurants, coffee shops, delis, and a grocery store.

We have enjoyed our stay a lot with my perfect stays.
The check in was easy, the apartment spotless clean and exactly how the pictures showed online.
The bed was comfy and we had all the nice utensils, towels and kitchenware we needed.
Especially the extended cancellation policy during corona was a plus! Will definitely book again!

When we initially arrived, we thought the condo property looked a bit tired and dated. After a day there, we realized what a true gem we had. Yes, the condo property and décor was a bit dated, but the set up and location were perfect. The pictures shown are a good representation. The notes left by the owner for restaurants and activities were very helpful. The larger size lanai was heaven. Each morning we had our coffee and breakfast outside while we watched the whales. It was so incredible. We found the location ideal, close to so much without all the resort crowds. There were several days when we had the small beach on the condo property to ourselves! Would definitely consider staying here again, thanks for all that was done before and during to make this a memorable stay.

We loved staying at this condo at Nohonani in Kahana. The view from the lanai is fantastic and watching the whales every day really made my day. It was the reason I rented this condo and I was not disappointed. The sound of the waves all day is just so soothing. The kitchen was well stocked with all the cookware we needed. The unit is right next to the pool and I worried that would be a problem with noise, but it wasn’t at all. Definitely recommend the location and condo. Great place! Loved the balcony and beach facing windows - we ate breakfast out there each day. The turtles would climb up on the beach and nap each day for about 8 hours.

The location, views, and nonstop ocean sounds are the big attraction here. We had a fabulous time at the West Maui beaches by day and loved both seeing the sunset and stars from the lanai. We had some unseasonably hot nights, but the fans and breeze got the job done, and honestly, even if there was a/c, I would not have missed out listening to those hypnotic crashing waves all night through the open sliding doors. Sidewalk and running trails nearby, convenient to a bunch of restaurants (we liked Java Jazz for breakfast in particular), Ka'anapali Beach is fab -- minutes away -- but we also explored DT Fleming Beach (good beachfront burger place at the Ritz Carlton where we sat in our swim gear and had good cocktails and burgers on the ocean), Big Beach and our favorite out in front of the Grand Waimea resort. No hesitation recommending. Not a resort; not a resort price, either, and very private and quiet. Pool was better than pictured. I did not expect we would even use it, and we were lured down there for a quick swim one morning as it was very cozy with a nice patio.

Great location/view of the ocean. Can hear the ocean all night from bed. Loved the pool. Didn’t go on the beach or in water in front of condos, water was little too rough for me with all the rocks and beach is usually washed away by the tide. Great beaches near by though.

This place will surpass your expectations, it is what you see and can imagine but beyond that. The location couldn’t be better, local spots to go eat, grocery shop etc. The house had possibly everything you need from all kitchen needs to multiple snorkel gear. The decor is so cute and the place is quaint, and watching the sunset and falling asleep to the ocean was amazing with just enough privacy. It was worth it!!!

WOW! If it were possible to give 6 stars on location I would! The view is amazing. The condo itself was beautiful. We loved sitting on the balcony and watching the sea turtles graze on the rocks only feet away. The balcony was also a prime spot for sunsets and stargazing. The pool and beach are only steps from the condo and really bring things full circle. Although this condo doesn’t have A/C there really isn’t any need for it. All the doors and louvered windows are screened and can be left open all day which brings an amazing breeze through the condo. I recommend putting down the sun shades on the balcony in the late afternoon and raising to watch the sunset. At night, the sound of the ocean (which is about 10 feet from the window) puts you right to sleep. I highly recommend this accommodation. The staff as also very accommodating and recommended great places for shopping and eating. Look no further, this is the condo for you.

Unparalleled Views!

This is a great place to stay. The hosts are on the ball with excellent communication. Although we had no issues I am sure they would have been resolved right away. This condo is a great value for what you get. The views are unparalleled and the second floor really gives you the added height needed to experience the views of the whole beach and water. Super easy access from the elevator. The location is great, just minutes from several locations and the grocery store just a half mile away is super convenient. Loved staying here!

Oceanfront is an Understatement!

What a perfect location on the West Coast of Maui. Beautiful building that is directly on the ocean. Nice and quiet with a beautiful private sandy beach area. Beachfront BBQ and dining area.Pool was perfect. The Condo itself was spotless and well appointed. Waking up to the sound of the waves rolling in was so peaceful. Unbelievable views of the ocean, Molokai and Lanai. Whales everywhere. We will definitely be booking this unit again.

This is one of the most romantic and cozy places I've ever been. Its location on the beach is unbelievable. From the balcony which lends itself to the smells and sound of the ocean to its location within walking distance to the fish market and other quaint local spots. The evenings here are remarkable with the front row seat on your own balcony to some of the most spectacular sunsets you'll ever experience.

Maui Oasis!

This place is fantastic and very romantic. I loved the size for two people, but there is room for two more as the couch converts to a comfy bed. The location is great with lots of local restaurants (some with live music) and shops to walk to, including a great farmers market three days a week. The view and sunsets are sublime as you relax on the lanai sipping your favorite beverages and listening to the hypnotic waves crashing to shore. We saw whale spouts daily and giant sea turtles are residents of that beach area. It has amazing snorkeling right in front of the condo! You're so close, that those waves will wake you up sometimes, but then gently send you back to an incredibly deep sleep. This is just a wonderful place to relax, work remotely (if you so choose) and feel like a local while on vacation. WE LOVE THIS PLACE and definitely coming back!

Stunning one bedroom unit right on the ocean

Nohonani 203 is beautifully decorated condo that is as close to the ocean as you can get. From your lanai you can watch turtles swimming or sleeping on the beach right below you, or you can go snorkeling off that beach directly in front of the unit and see the turtles under water along with numerous tropical fish. I have stayed in numerous one-bedroom condos on Maui, and this is the only one where the bedroom is directly on the ocean, with a view of the ocean from the bed. All the others have the bedroom facing the street. Listening to the waves overnight and waking up and looking at the ocean without even getting out of bed is quite a treat! The unit is quite comfortable. The kitchen is very well stocked, which is a pet peeve of mine with many condos whose cabinets and drawers are bare of the things you need to actually cook. We hosted a dinner part for nine people at a table on the property about 10 feet from the ocean and everyone had a great time. We even had a friend over who slept on the hidabed and she reported a great night’s sleep on a very comfortable bed. I also love the Honokowai community. It is older, small, and quiet, and there are numerous great little holes in the wall that you can walk to for a meal. There is also an organic grocery store just down the street.
