Noelani 116 is a Studio condo located on the ground-floor featuring amenities such as panoramic ocean views, an oceanfront lanai, and air conditioning. The condo can accommodate up to 3 guests with a queen-size bed and a queen sleeper sofa in the living room. The spacious main living area includes Hawaiian-themed furniture and a large flat-screen TV.
Unwind and cool down with a queen-size bed and air conditioning. The remodeled bathroom features a large vanity and a luxurious walk-in shower. This unit features an oceanfront lanai with a dining table for 2. Access the pool deck directly from the lanai. Dine al fresco on the lanai while enjoying the stunning ocean view. A dining table for 2 is equipped in the unit so you may enjoy the view from inside with large sliding doors and windows. The fully equipped kitchen features beautiful blue countertop and full-size appliances.
The Orchid Building includes a complimentary, shared laundry facility on the ground floor. There are no elevators at this low-rise boutique resort. Please note that there is only 1 parking stall per unit and there are no resort or parking fees.

This is a great place with a great location. Well stocked studio with a wonderful view of the water. The mattress was comfortable, but very soft. Easy access to the pool, hot tub and BBQ grills and a very short walk to the the adjacent beach. I would definitely stay here again.

This place is a hidden gem in paradise! Love the quiet atmosphere at Noelani. The unit had all the comforts of home while staying on Maui. The hot tub, two swimming pools and three BBQ grills just feet from the unit were so convenient. Just can't beat the sunsets from this side of the island. Love being able to watch the turtles and whales from the lanai while listening to the waves.

Waking up right on the beach, right in the middle of all of the beautiful parts of Maui.
Not near the Lahaina fires area & is completely intact. That's what we're worried about.
Perfect stay!! No complaints but definitely should buy stuff from a grocery store early in the day before they close, since everything closes pretty early

We really enjoyed our stay at Noelani #116. It was a perfect study big enough for a couple with all the amenities of a regular size condo. The cost is unbeatable because you literally have ocean front for the price. You can’t beat it. The entire place is well taken care of and we enjoyed our stay there and will go bac.

I absolutely LOVE this place. I love how we can hear the waves while we are inside the unit and it’s just feels good sleeping at night. They have an amazing view from our patio. Very friendly staff and accommodating. Walking distance to the beach which is not far away at all where you can see the turtles. It’s very slide to a lot of food places / lunch trucks / gas station and stores. I will definitely book here again in the future❤️❤️❤️

Noelani 116 is a nicely appointed unit with wonderful views towards Molokai. It was equipped with beach equipment, cooler, umbrella, two beach chairs, boogie board, two beach towels and one set of snorkel equipment. It was very handy to have free laundry facilities at the condo complex, especially for drying towels and suits. We would definitely like to return to this unit for future vacations.

The condo was absolutely perfect! The view from the balcony was stunning! The unit had everything we needed including beach chairs, beach umbrella and a little cooler to tote! Noelani #116 was an awesome spot for our 6 night stay. Beautiful location and super easy check-in. everything was clean and felt like home. The bed was super comfortable, and there was plenty of closet space as well as a nice bathroom/dressing area. We chose this spot because of the location. Such a bonus having the pool and beautiful ocean just a few steps outside the back door. Would definitely stay here again...in fact, I'm looking forward to planning another trip to Maui as soon as I can.

This place has the perfect location! Parking lot was right next to the units and never had an issue finding a parking spot. The lanai opened up right to the swimming pool area. Gorgeous sunsets every night. I'm always weary of cleanliness of Airbnb places but this was great. Some rust in the freezer and a couple bugs when we showed up, but that's expected in a tropical climate. Overall very clean and comfortable. The mattress was a little on the soft side for my husband, but I like it softer, so not a problem for me. I would definitely stay here again.

Great location and view! Literally a 1 minute walk from a small little sandy beach. You can even snorkel around this area. The water can be a little rough, but the waves stay small. My 11-year-old son enjoyed it. Perfect view of the sunset in July (even from your sliding glass window). It was great to just hear the waves crashing right outside. Also, you are really close to the 2 pools (1 of them is heated) and jacuzzi (kind of small; 3-4 people max). Also, 3 grills outside overlooking the ocean. Perfect time to grill while the sun is setting. And a special little location to view sea turtles. Usually around 2-2:30pm. The most turtles we seen at one time was 5. Very cool. Would stay here again for sure! Great memories.

This was the perfect place for us to stay, right on the west side of the island near some awesome shops, beaches, and restaurants but in a quieter neighborhood right next to a small beach and a small cove that turtles take naps in every afternoon! This place made our awesome Hawaii vacation even better!

The check in process was very easy and friendly. Parking was close and lots of extra spaces. The photos online were very accurate -- it's right on the ocean and close to the pool for easy access to your room for bathroom, drinks, etc.

Beautiful views to wake up to each morning. The small beach beside the condo was so nice and convenient to walk to. The beach chairs, umbrella and cooler were great and much appreciated that we were able to use. The washer and dryer was also convenient for towels and everything else…. Thanks!

Just as advertised. Fantastic location and scenery. We had a ground level which gave us immediate access to the pool/hot tub and eye level with the ocean. Very reasonably priced for being literally steps from the water. Highly recommend

This is the perfect spot to stay! The view is amazing, it was super clean and comfortable! It had all the amenities you would need. The location was perfect…you have a beautiful beach literally outside the door and then you get to witness the turtles up close on a private little cove. Candy in the office was so nice and helpful. We had a wonderful stay at Noelani! The view is SPECTACULAR from room 116. We saw so many whales breaching directly from our room's lanai. The room was clean and was well-stocked with cookware, towels, and linens. We will absolutely stay at Noelani again!

Perfect spot. Quiet. Loved the beach next door. The room was clean and the kitchen had everything you need to cook your meals. I was in my happy place for sure!!
