This spacious condo can accommodate up to 2 guests with a king-size bed. The spacious main living area includes Hawaiian theme furniture and tropical decorations with a large flat-screen TV. There is also a couch for you to lounge on. There are no elevators at this low-rise boutique resort.
Unwind with a king-size bed and a split A/C unit. The bathroom features an oversized walk-in shower. This unit features a private Lanai with a dining table for 2. Dine al fresco on the lanai while enjoying the stunning ocean view. A dining table for 2 is equipped in the unit so you may enjoy the view from inside with large sliding doors and windows. The fully equipped kitchen includes full-size appliances.
The Orchid Building includes a complimentary, shared laundry facility on the ground floor. There are no elevators at this low-rise boutique resort. Please note that there is only 1 parking stall per unit and there are no resort or parking fees.

If you're looking for a quiet, more remote Hawaiian experience instead of a big touristy resort, Noelani is the perfect place for you! The bed was very comfortable, and the small but quaint kitchen had everything I needed to cook my simple breakfasts and enjoy them on the lanai every morning.
The lanai was absolutely perfect for relaxing while enjoying views of one of the pools and the ocean. The location was also ideal — within walking distance to Dollies Pub (I highly recommend their Caesar salads and pizzas!), Captain Jack's Island Grill and close enough for my daily morning walk to Hawaiian Village Coffee.
I truly loved the peaceful atmosphere and would absolutely stay again. Five palm tree! 🌴🌴🌴🌴🌴

Aloha, we stayed here in number 113 from Monday, September 22 through Wednesday, September 24. We live on Oahu, but we are expecting our first baby (little boy) in February. We decided to fly over to Maui for a few few days for an early baby moon. We have had a wonderful time exploring the island, snorkeling, shopping, and of course, our amazing Hawaiian sunsets on the beach! We are thankful for this time and this place has been an amazing spot that we will probably stay against someday with our little boy. Room was great, perfect, cozy, and any questions were quickly responded to. Also shout out to the perfect water pressure.!! thank you for making this a wonderful stay! We will be back!

My husband and I celebrated our anniversary at Noelani. The studio condo was a perfect space for our stay. Our room had a gorgeous ocean view. The property was immaculately maintained. It was a quiet space with many amenities-grills, 2 pools, hot tub, new laundry facilities (laundry pods included) use of beach chairs and coolers. We loved watching the green sea turtles basking on the private beach. We also thoroughly enjoyed snorkeling off “S curve” beach directly adjacent to Noelani. We swam with dozens of sea turtles. We will recommend Noelani to all of our friends and family!

Our room from Noelani was super comfortable and very well manicured for our stay. They had snacks and beach items ready for us when we arrived, everything was very clean and organized, and our check in and check out were flawless. Very nice view from the balcony of the ocean and Molokai and perfect for a good sunset there or at the community pool. Could not have asked for a better stay for our honeymoon, and we highly recommend for any couples looking for a nice place to base yourselves as you explore Maui!

All the positive reviews were accurate. Very relaxing place away from major hotels and crowds. Can understand why turtles pick this area for napping. Plenty of restaurants to the north or to the south in less than 5 minutes of driving. We will definitely consider this place first if available.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! This condo was in a beautiful and quiet area right on the water. There was plenty of seating around the pool, but we especially liked the private trail that led to the water -- perfect place to watch the sunsets! Our condo met all our needs, and the easy-to-find laundry facilities were perfect (and our host provided a few TIDE pods which we appreciated). Our two priorities when traveling is to have some privacy, (we love to get away from the crowds) and to have a good-sized, comfortable bed. The KING sized bed was wonderfully comfortable! There are many screens where you can enjoy the ocean breezes. The bathroom was nice - very good hot water! All of the appliances we needed were provided. If we ever return to MAUI, we would not hesitate to book this AirBnB again. Dan and Nancy

Well equipped unit with a beautiful lanai view out over the pool area to the ocean and out to the island of Molokai. 2 pools, hot tub, outdoor kitchen area with 3 gas grills, ice machine, books and more. Kitchen is small, but has everything you will need. Took advantage of the boogie board, beach chairs and cooler provided. A small beach area just a few yard to the north with good snorkeling (swimming with the sea turtles), a turtle cove a few yards to the south with dozens of turtles that sun in the afternoon on shore. Parking is a little limited; a few evenings we had to search for a while to find a spot. There is a key to get in and out of the pool area and the 2 coves (feels like you are opening gates a lot).

This was a surprise! Oceanside views and sounds were fabulous. Watching the whales breach while having breakfast on the deck. Well kept landscaping, 2 pools and a steaming hot tub to warm up in after snorkeling at the beach just steps away. The turtle beach was right there. No need to pack the car to see most of what Lahaina side beaches have to offer.

This unit was beautiful and perfect for our vacation. Really felt like a little home away from home. The resort was in a more private and quite location which we loved. Great views from our balcony and had a a beach right next to the complex and very close to other bigger beaches. Walking distance to a great sushi restaurant and saw turtles right on the grounds. Definitely would return.

We had a wonderful time. Check in was a breeze, we always had a parking spot, the pools were amazing and never crowded. And what a great place to be for the sunsets! The space was perfect for the two of us. We used the grill and appreciated the ice machine! We were close to shops and restaurants. We would absolutely stay there again!

Fantastic condo with easy parking, two pools, a hot tub, and a turtle beach on site and a public beach very close by. A few nearby restaurants that were excellent. Great views of surfers and whales from the lanai (probably winter-specific).

Beautiful, albeit small, condo. We loved the view of the ocean, surfers, and cabana area. It was amazing to have access to a sea turtle cove, a beach, two pools, a hot tub, and shared laundry room. The location is also great: just off of Highway 30 halfway between Laihana and Napili.

Great location with beautiful views and close to many activities. Parking is very tight. Check-in was easy, but they do require you to come to the office to sign some items, and they have limited hours. We ended up having to cut one of our days short so that we could return to the place and complete the check in. I would recommend putting these items online or leaving them in the room and allowing guests to return them to an office mailbox at their convenience. There was a lot of drilling/maintenance going on one of the days when we were trying to rest, so that was definitely not ideal. They do have free laundry, but no detergent. With laundry being offered, that would have been a good thing to include since most guests probably don’t travel with detergent. Overall, the place worked well for us and was better priced than most local resorts.

This place checked all of the boxes! Nice and clean, no hidden fees, great views, easy access to everything including walking to coffee and drinks. A nice pool and BBQ area and great grounds that are very well maintained. Did I mention turtles? There are over a dozen that hang out in the evening at one end of the property, so cool!

Such an awesome place to stay in Maui. Our condo overlooked the ocean. The view was just breathtaking. The pool and hot tub were perfect. Within walking distance to a few restaurants. On one side of the complex there was a Turtle beach where we had that chance to see 9 sea turtles basking in the sun (remember to stay at least 10ft away and do not touch). On the other side of the complex was a little mini beach. Actual room was cozy, cute, clean and had everything we needed. The AC was A+++ and the staff was super friendly. Would definitely recommend.

If you want to be in west Maui this condo is the perfect location! There is a perfect little beach literally steps away and it’s full of cute shells and tons of turtles. Also very close to some really amazing restaurants. Both pools were great too!

The condo was great! The complex had great views and amenities with the pool and hot tub. The location was close to other restaurants and the beach. We really enjoyed our time here and it was a much better value than a hotel.

Everything was perfect. This was our first time vacationing on Maui. While here, we got married on a nearby beach. The staff was present on the condo premises and attentive to our needs. The condo was clean. The views of the ocean from our backyard porch was spectacular. The grounds, pools, and hot tub were clean and trash free. We will come back to Noelani next year.

My husband and I stayed at Noelani 113 for 6 nights & it was delightful. Laurie went above and beyond to make our check in great. The unit was the perfect size for us, and we really enjoyed being able to do some light cooking in the room in the mornings. The beach chairs & snorkel were much appreciated. We never had an issue with noise at the pool, parking, or towels like other reviews mentioned. We also used the laundry room 2x during our stay. Efficient machines in a secure space. The pool was wonderful, the views were even better, but the turtles resting on the beach really stole the show. Highly recommend & hope we can stay again in the future.

This location is the best. Low key guests, quiet, clean and well maintained. View is PERFECT! We will be back! Room comfortable and nice. We were very happy!!!

Beautiful views at this complex, I really enjoyed the pools and the Lanai. The space could use a little updating and the bed was too hard for my comfort level. I do wish there was a walkable beach out front but being that there is one not too far away that problem was easily solved. I would highly recommend assigned parking spaces for the units. It is frustrating to return at the end of a long day and struggle to find a parking spot.

Typically guests are able to park in the main parking lot without issue, but if it is full, there is also a secondary lot located at the north end of the property. The location was perfect! Only 10-15 min from town and right on the water. You have the option of pool or beach right next door so you have everything you need right there!
