Noelani 109 is an oceanfront remodeled 1-bedroom, 1-bath condo with a new split air conditioning system for you to enjoy (installed 10/28/22). The gorgeous panoramic ocean views, cool tropical interiors, and access to fantastic amenities are a few of our favorites. Dine al fresco on your private lanai or take your meal inside where the tropical finishes will keep you feeling at ease. Enjoy cooking in this fully equipped kitchen featuring new, full-size appliances, granite countertops, and everything you’ll need to make all your meals in-house.
Unit 109 can accommodate up to 4 guests with a serene and tranquil bedroom featuring a comfortable Queen size bed, ample storage, and a large flat-screen TV for your entertainment. The convenient bathroom is beautifully remodeled with a luxurious walk-in shower featuring custom tile work. The living room sofa converts to a Queen size bed for your additional guests. Pack light because this unit has a washer and dryer for your convenience.
Noelani is located in a highly desirable area, between Kapalua and Kaanapali with close proximity to many of Maui’s top beaches, restaurants, and shops. This exceptional property sits atop 1.4 acres of well-maintained tropical landscape grounds with two pools, a jacuzzi, and barbecue grills – all oceanfront!
Since Noelani is a small resort, there is only 1 parking stall per condo allowed. There are no resort or parking fees. Please note this unit has no elevator access. We will provide a complimentary starter set of natural Maui-made shampoo, conditioner, body soap, and lotion. Beach towels, beach chairs, and a cooler are also provided.
Standard Cancellation Policy:
If cancellation notice is received 30 or more days prior to the check-in date, a 100% refund will be refunded within 5-7 business days from receipt of written cancellation.
If cancellation notice is received at least 14 days prior to the check-in date, 50% of the booking will be refunded within 5-7 business days from receipt of written cancellation.
For a cancellation notice received after 14 days prior to the check-in date, a refund will not be issued other than the departure cleaning fee.
