Noelani 105 is a 1-bedroom,1-bathroom condo featuring amenities such as panoramic ocean views, a washer/dryer, and a ground-floor lanai. The condo can accommodate up to 4 guests with a King-size bed in the bedroom and a queen sleeper sofa in the living space. The spacious main living area includes Hawaiian theme furniture with tropical decorations and a large flat-screen TV. Ceiling fans are furnished throughout the unit to help stay cool.
The tropically decorated bedroom includes a king-size bed and a washer/dryer. A portable A/C unit is available in the bedroom for your stay. The bathroom features an updated walk in shower. This ground-floor unit features an expansive lanai with a dining table for 4 and 2 lounge chairs. Dine al fresco on the lanai while enjoying the stunning ocean view. A dining table for 4 is equipped in the unit so you may enjoy the view from inside with large sliding doors and windows. The fully equipped kitchen features full-size appliances and ample counterspace for easy meal prepping.

I can't say enough good things about Noelani!! It's beautiful, clean, the most perfect location ever and all of the people working there are wonderful!! From the turtles right in your backyard, to the gorgeously manicured grounds and the perfectly placed pools and hot tub, to being so close to all the best food and necessities, it is THE BEST getaway! I can't imagine staying anywhere else and will definitely be coming back! The manager also jumped through hoops to get something back to me when I forgot it in the unit when I left.

Always love to stay here. The patio is perfect to sit on with morning coffee or sunset glasses of wine. Sounds of the ocean are wonderful and I sleep on the pullout couch just to listen to the ocean at night. I also love the quiet small feel of the resort.

Exceeded our expectations! This was truly the perfect stay and we felt very comfortable here. This place also has great amenities, two pools, a hot tub, gas grills, and snorkeling/beach gear within the unit. This place is quiet, laid back, and right next to a great beach. The property is very well managed and we couldn't be happier we chose this place. We will be back!

Our second time staying in this particular condo. Love how it is decorated. The kitchen is stocked with everything you need to make meals and relax amid the surrounding beauty. Short path to greet the turtles (but absolutely not closer than 10 ft)and a short walk the other direction to the beach and ocean entry. Two pools to choose from and surfers to watch. I don’t think I could ask for anything more. Wonderful!

Wonderful and magical place to stay

Wonderful and magical place to stay. From the butterflies and geckos all over property to the turtles on the property beach, so many special moments were created. This unit is fantastic with a great view of the ocean. We so enjoyed the sound of the waves every day. The staff were all super friendly and kind also. Shout out to Lauren, she’s amazing. For things to do we HIGHLY recommend the Old Lahaina Luau just ten minutes away. And the Maui Butterfly Garden just 25mins away. But we hit every part of the island. And the best banana bread is ACTUALLY at Honolua Farms right outside the jungle path to Honolua Bay, although Aunt Sandy’s was good too.

Awesome waterfront!

We had a wonderful time at the Noeloni in March! We were on the bottom floor - away from the pool facing the ocean. The complex has locked gates so we felt very safe and we were glad that we were on the bottom floor and could access the grassy area, beach and pools very easily. We enjoyed sitting on the lanai daily watching whales, turtles, surfers, foil surfing, and kite surfers. There is a wonderful little rocky beach to the left of the complex that has turtles resting on the rocks. One day we counted over 20 of them. We could also see them swimming right in front of the unit. The pools were wonderful to swim in as well. Sitting on the ocean front has its pros as well as cons. It can be sometimes very loud from the waves and a bit windy. But if it becomes too much, you close all the windows and doors it is MUCH quieter and feels much calmer. The bedroom is located at the front (by the parking lot) and you can still hear the waves if the windows are open. The street traffic is calm and not loud to sleep. The waves in front are much too strong to swim/snorkel and there are large rocks, but there is a small beach within a 2 minute walk to the right and another one another 2 minutes away that is quite nice to swim at. We will definitely stay here again.

We loved our stay in condo 105. The bed was extremely comfortable and the in room air conditioner was a plus. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook fresh fish from the Fish Market down the road. We were pleasantly surprised to find the turtles resting on the rocks and spent our sunsets viewing them each day. Super clean and well maintained. We hope to return.

Stayed here 2 years ago and like it so much stayed at the same unit again this year. We love this time of year for the weather, turtles and whales that you can see from the unit or pool. It's a lot less touristy and very peaceful and calm and the touristy areas are only a mile or two away in both directions anyways if that is your preference. We love how well stocked the place is and it's perfect for people with a few kids to be able to cook and make snacks and have a small washer/dryer. The best way to enjoy Hawaii and not be overwhelming by tourist aspects. Going to say again!

This place is amazing!! Great views of the ocean, two pools, grills, hot tub, beach access, and steps away from seeing sea turtles! The space was super clean and had everything we needed. We are already planning our next trip to Maui and want to stay here again! The location was amazing, and the condo was everything we imagined and more! The ocean is right outside the back door, and about 100 feet away is a secluded beach that is often covered in sea turtles! If you are planning in staying on the West side of the island, you couldn’t go wrong with this location.

We absolutely loved our stay at Noelani! The breath taking views and location were perfect. We really enjoyed being close to down town Lahaina but away from crowds. The little beach next to the condo was actually our favorite beach the entire trip! We were able to swim, surf and snorkel all right there! Pools, hot tub, grills were awesome and very convenient and clean. Would definitely stay again!

We loved everything about condo. Clean, comfortable and quiet, but that's not even the best part. The ground floor lanai was perfect for relaxing, sunset gazing, and quiet meals. Walking distance to a sandy beach, beautiful pool and hot tub and quiet walks along the shore. The best part was the sea turtles basking on the beach and quick access to snorkeling the reef! Convenient access to grocery store and fresh fish shop and to the sights of West Maui. It was perfection on every level!!!

Fantastic stay with a gorgeous views of Lanai and Molokai and great location! Nice and clean with great amenities: WiFi, front office onsite to help, plenty of towels and washcloths, beach chairs, boogie board, AC unit in the bedroom, portable fans for the other spaces, well stocked kitchen, coolers and ice packs, two gated pools (one 8ft deep, one 6ft) and spa (which is actually nice and hot), convenient keypad entry, and nearby 3 minute walking distance through the property beach access. We loved it here. Only 15 minutes from downtown Lahaina, with plenty of other shops and grocery and food trucks a few min down the road. Unit is clean and the onsite management was phenomenal, very prompt and helpful. Would definitely stay here again!

Spacious, in close proximity to multitude of wonderful public beaches and many being toddler-friendly, which was especial plus for my family. Wonderful staff and super-easy check-in process. This was our first time staying at Noelani and I would certainly recommend. From the easy check-in, to central location, to convenient parking, it allowed us to truly focus on relaxing and enjoying the vacation as a family. Our stay at the Noelani was everything we could have asked for. The condo was super clean and well stocked with supplies. It was a very comfortable stay and we felt right at home. The view was incredible from morning to night but the sunsets were to die for. The property is fantastic with pools and bbqs right on the ocean and there is beach just steps away. Also the turtles were a magical sight to see everyday- just please remember to give the turtles their space and not stress them out while they are trying to rest. Thank youuuuu for a truly epic visit, can’t wait to return!

Location in Napili-Honokowai was excellent. Check-In/Check-Out was super simple. My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this rental. Parking was always adequate, and the facility was well situated for all activities in Lahaina, and the greater island of Muai.

All the details were taken care of to get us through a week; dish soap, towels, utensils, laundry detergent, etc. You can't ask for better value with this view and location on Maui. Would definitely come back!

We enjoyed our stay at Neopoli Rentals. Our first impression was that the condo was extremely dated which felt a little unclean. However, it was clean and my sensitive nose was just fine. As the days went by we were so happy with our rental. We spent much of our time at the pool or the beach, so the condo was just a base for showers and sleep. We had two adults in the bedroom and two high school seniors on the not so comfortable foldout sofa. Both beds had just a sheet and thin cover, so I did recommend to the staff to stock more linens. The view was incredible and the lanai was a favorite place to sit since we didn’t fold up the sofa each day. The pool area was amazing and we watched the sunsets on the water from the hot tub. The whole condo complex was not busy or crowded. We could walk to the end of our unit and find a little private trail where many sea turtles were hanging out. The staff we dealt with were pleasant and helpful. So in the end we thought less of the outdated condo and enjoyed everything else. Would stay again. It was a great value.

The condo was clean and exactly as it looked online. Fantastic oceanfront view with turtles and whales to watch while relaxing on the lanai. The option of two different pools (one heated, one not) was great along with the hot tub option. Plenty of seating around the pools and BBQ area as well. After we were heading to the airport we realized that we left some valuable and sentimental pieces of jewelry and we could not get back without missing our flight. We contacted Zac at Myperfectstays and he contacted someone on the property who was able to locate the items. Zac personally took the items down to have them sent to us via FedEx. He went above and beyond and we are so grateful for everyone involved, Would definitely stay here again!

We stayed here in early February. The view from the room was just spectacular! We could see whales leaping, sea turtles swimming, surfers surfing. There's a little cove just steps away from the room where Hawaiian sea turtles take a nap. We saw 17 of them on one day and someone said he saw 33! It's close to shops and restaurants yet very quiet. The only thing you hear is waves crashing. The wifi was super fast, I had no problem doing video calls. (It was a "workation".) The staff were friendly and efficient. There's everything you need for the stay. Highly recommended, book it before someone else does!

Can’t recommend this enough! Perfect centralized location! Loved the beach - could walk for miles. Bed was heavenly. Everything we needed was available in the kitchen. No wants for anything. Beach chairs and cooler was appreciated. Loved the quietness of the place. Highly recommend!
