A big, big thank you to you and all at My Perfect Stays for responding completely and quickly to my earlier call. Folks from the facility came by, listened to what the rain water is doing (as the rain volume ebbs and flows) and are placing protective barriers at both the front door and the back sliding glass door. But for your handling of our concerns our anxiety level would not have abated. While no one can control Mother Nature, the intelligent and simply steps to be taken will hopefully lessen and possibly eliminate any rain water from coming into our lovely unit. Again, thank you for being concerned about our well being and comfort.

We love this property, and this unit didn't disappoint - it is lovely inside and has a great view! Napili Shores is at the south end of a great beach, with the Gazebo restaurant onsite. We love this region, enjoying walks on the Kapalua trail, dining at SeaHouse, Sansei, and in Whaler's Village. We are close to snorkling (a bit rough and surgy this week) at Napili, Kapalua and Honolua Bays. The property management was easy to work with and great at communication. We look forward to coming back.

The unit was lovely and really equipped with a couple of very small issues, one being the lack of coffee maker filters, and the other the lack of a paper towel holder. Those were very, very small issues. Overall, the unit is tastefully decorated, and of course, the location is ideal at oceanfront. I would definitely stay again in that unit given the chance.

I have been to Maui many times before and am very familiar with the areas and accommodations available to different types of tourists. I prefer vacations that have an unhurried pace and quiet convenience. Napili Shores is a very special property and the I-building is in the best location of all. Our ground-floor oceanfront studio unit was well-appointed and new. Everything worked as expected. Arrival after 5pm and driving the Road to Hana on our first full day meant we had lots of interaction with hotel security staff the first couple days- Jarrett, Sissa, Bobby & Angel made the check-in process as painless as possible on us. When we spent time at I-174 during our week in Maui, it was usually on the lanai. Coffee and breakfast while we watched the ocean in the morning, then, dinner and drinks while we gazed at the ocean during sunset. The view from this unit made the most impact overall. My only minor lament is that we would get all set up on our lanai chairs for sunset and then less-considerate people from other buildings would arrive at the last minute and position themselves between our unit and the sunset for an unobstructed view (for them) adding unwanted silhouettes to my photos for the sake of theirs. All 7 sunsets. It's not a deal-breaker, but I hadn't considered it when booking the ground-floor unit and couldn't stomach doing the same thing to anyone else. As a photographer, I'm considering an upstairs unit next time around to avoid this minor but recurring frustration. Will definitely be back though!

My husband and I have been to Maui many times over our 50 years of marriage....and this is the best place we stayed. We love the low key feel of Napili Shores....having two restaurants on the property is fabulous. Many nights we planned to go into Kanapali and just ended up sitting on our porch and watching the incredible sunsets and than walked up to the restaurant...which was great. The sunsets and rainbows are not to be missed. We've already booked again for next year -- even staying longer. The staff at the resort and all the People at My Perfect Stay were great through the whole process of booking, arrival and departure. I would give it a 10 if I could.

Absolutely gorgeous place. The view cannot be beat. Has been recently updated and even better than the pictures. Bed was super comfy, water pressure was great, and a/c was perfect. Super quiet and serene. Parking was close and easy every day. Loved how small the complex felt, not overwhelming like a big resort stay. But has a great breakfast place and restaurant. Super close beach next door to snorkel or swim. We swam with turtles. Wish we could've stayed longer!

We loved this unit at Napili Shores. We've stayed at several units on this property and while they're all good, this is one where we really just wanted to sit and enjoy the view especially during whale season. It was perfect for 2 adults and our teen son with a bed for us and a pull out twin for him. There were enough beach chairs and umbrellas and coolers for us to use on our outings which is always appreciated. There were some spices and seasonings available which is also appreciated. Buy some aluminum foil if you plan to cook anything in the oven as there aren't any cookie sheets, but other than the frozen pizza for our teen, who really wants to be oven cooking while on vacation:) Plenty of pots, pans and utensils provided. Love the Brita pitcher provided so we didn't have to buy bottled water of any kind - just filled up our re-usable water bottles that we brought from home. Appreciate the little box of snacks - they were nice to have on a hike. We had one question for the management company, and they were very responsive. Would most definitely stay again in this unit.

My wife and I were very pleased with our recent stay in Maui at Napili Shores. Our ocean front studio offered the privacy we seek and incredible views of ocean/ beach/ sunsets & the occasional whale breach! The ground level unit had a good sized patio which we utililized to enjoy a cup of coffee or cocktail while taking in the view and enjoying the sound of crashing waves- so relaxing! The size of the studio was ideal for the two of us and having a fully equipped kitchen was a must. We really enjoyed our time at the beach and being able to walk there in 3 min was a very nice feature. We plan on returning again, hopefully sooner than later!

We loved the location of this condo! You are steps from the Gazebo Restaurant and pool and parking was a breeze. The view—dynamite! For all these reasons the price is well worth it. However, some very minor things need dialing in since it is a higher end unit. First, the wifi was problematic the entire time. The toilet paper situation was awful. We were left with two clearly half used leftover toilet paper rolls for five days with three people. We had to buy more which is pretty annoying given the price of the condo—provide TP!! The towel situation—five or six body towels for three people for five days is again, a tad shy of ideal. The lighting...the kitchen light randomly came off and on at all hours of the night and you are forced to choose between the fan and crazy light or no fan and no crazy mind of its own light. Additionally, the vanity light in the bathroom is so dim and so hard to see in that every morning I did my contacts and make up in the kitchen because the light in the bathroom was soooooo bad. Lastly. The bedding. Why do so many condos all across Hawaii have sheets and bedding that don’t properly fit the mattress? Every day we had to pull the sheets super tight and attempt to tuck in all the mattress pads and sheet toppers so the sheets wouldn’t ride up all night long or you wouldn’t feel the ripples all night long. All these things are minor and can easily be overlooked given the view and the location. But again, given the price and the view and all the things that make this unit top notch, to command this level of price these things need to be addressed. They can easily be overlooked. However, if they were better tended to and addressed, this would be a premier unit. It would elevate the experience tenfold. Thanks so much for allowing us to visit! Mahalo!

The grounds, our condo, the area, ALL PERFECTION. The location of the condo was the best in the entire place. The condo had every single thing we needed and then some! We ate breakfast from the GAZEBO every morning on our patio, what a way to start our days. The other restaurant on the resort grounds was also very good (sorry the name escapes me at this moment). The personal touch of providing information on local places to eat was great and much appreciated. Honestly, this is a place that you can spend your entire vacation without having to leave if that's what you want to do. Or, it's conveniently located to shopping, many restaurants, tourist favorites and such if that is your thing. It has it ALL! I will definitely be back...I'm already looking at the calendar! Ideal location for snorkeling and sunset without having to get in your car. The room is great for 2. Full kitchen with indoor and outdoor dining table options. Awesome to find nice beach chairs, towels, boogy boards, and a cooler available in unit. Also found a hairdryer on our last day. The Gazebo restaurant is really good, but plan for over an hour wait even if in line by 7:15 am. The take out side is an excellent option. Will definitely be back!

Just what we were looking for

This condo was just what we were looking for when we visited Maui for our vacation. The location is great! Sunset views were so perfect here. And when we needed anything, My Perfect Stays responded quickly. We had breakfast from The Gazebo three days during our trip, very convenient since it’s right next to the condo. I was concerned it might be loud in the morning since it’s next door and the lines are always long, but this condo was off to the side a little and noise was never an issue. We also had dinner at the other restaurant on the resort, which served really good chicken katsu and traditional Hawaiian food. $1 mimosas in the morning, too! Would definitely stay here again and are recommending it to our friends and family!

Wonderful location! MyPerfectStays also was very responsive. The second day of our stay the battery for the door lock failed, and our card key wouldn't get us in. We called MPS and they arrived in about an hour and took care of the problem. We also told them that the kitchen was not equipped with a single pan. Again, they took care of that within an hour. We appreciated that level of responsiveness.

Firstly, we loved this area. We visited many areas of Maui and this was my favorite. The resort is beautiful, parking was ample, anything we needed was within a very short walk. The room was perfectly adequate but the view was the most amazing view I’ve ever had in my entire life. All you have to do is pull the sliding glass door curtain open and there it is, incredible! I originally thought having to walk down a short path to get to the beach would be a negative but I quickly realized it was a positive because that incredible view you get from your room and lanai doesn’t include people! My biggest regret is that we originally booked an entire week here but later shortened our stay here by two nights and stayed two nights in Hana (we HATED driving to/from Hana, I do not recommend it to ANYONE), I wish we had just stayed here the entire week. We CANNOT WAIT to return here.

beautiful place. unbeatable views and lovely sunset right from the porch. so close to napali bay which has great snorkeling. had some issues with check in and never got a response about where laundry detergent was. would definitely stay again though and it's a great value!

Amazing spot! The most beautiful views right outside the sliding glass door, a nice patio to watch the sunset, steps away from Napili beach, a short drive to the main Lahaina shopping/dining, such a nice space! We will definitely be back!

We had a wonderful stay here- the sunset views are simply unbeatable!! We loved eating our meals (homemade or takeout from one of the restaurants on the property) on the patio, and having a gear rental shop on site is super convenient. We had a little trouble with the A/C controls, but were still comfortable during our visit. Otherwise, we really appreciated the fully stocked kitchen, plus the nice beach towels and chairs. We hope to stay in this unit again soon, it's a dream!
