Napili Point B34 Description

Napili Point B34 is a 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom condo featuring amenities such as oceanfront views, a washer/dryer, and air-conditioning. Located on the ground floor, this condo can accommodate up to 4 guests with a King bed in the bedroom and Queen sleeper sofa bed in the living space. The open-concept living room welcomes you with Hawaiian-inspired furniture and decorations, a large flat-screen TV, and a split A/C unit.

Retreat and relax in the bedroom with a King size bed and a split A/C unit. The ensuite bathroom features a large vanity space and a walk-in shower. Pack light, a washer/dryer is equipped in this unit for added convenience. This condo boasts a ground-floor lanai with an outdoor dining table for 4 and a lounge chair. Dine al fresco on the lanai while enjoying the unobstructed ocean view. A dining table for 4 is equipped in the unit so you may enjoy the view from inside with large sliding doors and windows. The upgraded kitchen features stainless-steel appliances and granite countertops. A stove-top is included in the kitchen. Please note: this unit does not have an oven. Ample counterspace makes meal prepping a breeze and provides counter seating for 2.

Nestled above the majestic Honokeana Bay, Napili Point is a 115-villa low-rise resort. Please note Napili Point does not have elevators. There are no resort or parking fees at the resort. Enjoy the oceanfront pool, landscaped tropical grounds, and BBQ grills with views of the islands of Moloka’i and Lana’i in the distance. A 3-5 minute walk along an ocean front path away from our resort, is the sandy crescent beach of Napili Bay. Napili Bay is well known for its golden sand, great snorkeling, gentle surf, and wonderful sunsets. During the winter months, whales can be seen swimming by the bay.

My Perfect Stays professionally manages this condo. Our team of professionals is located in Maui to provide our guests with exceptional service. In addition, we have after-hours emergency dispatchers to assist when needed.

Standard Cancellation Policy:
If cancellation notice is received 30 or more days prior to the check-in date, a 100% refund will be refunded within 10-14 business days from receipt of written cancellation.

For a cancellation notice received after 14 days prior to the check-in date, a refund will not be issued other than the departure cleaning fee.

Great Stay

The unit was as pictured but with a better view. We loved the low key, low traffic nature of the units yet near to so much. The unit was very well stocked and comfortable for myself and my 3 daughters. The management company was quick to respond when we needed to contact them. I would definitely rent from them again as well as rebook this same unit. Thank you for a great stay!

Sea turtle swimming/snorkeling everyday!

Great location with sea turtle swimming/snorkeling everyday. Great restaurants within walking distance and an easy drive to Kapalua and Lahaina. Napili grocery market blocks away made stocking up on food and drinks convenient. We will definitely be back.

Great location and value. We’ve stayed in this cove 3 years in a row and love it. MPS is a good management company with excellent responses. I was dissatisfied with the troublesome wifi which did not work while there despite multiple attempts to fix, lack of proper guest bed sheets (needed full size but only provided twin), and a washing machine which made our clothes smell worse. I will return to this area but would not select this owner’s unit.Great location and value. We’ve stayed in this cove 3 years in a row and love it. Great location and well stocked. Amazing views from the patio, overlooking a great snorkeling spot with tons of turtles. The TVs are pretty outdated but we didn’t use them that much. Market up the street has everything you need.

We really enjoyed our stay and loved the location. I know people have said it's outdated which it is but the pictures are accurate and we think for the price it is worth it. The location is everything and we felt like we could have just stayed within walking distance of the room if we needed to. Would definitely think about staying here again when we visit Maui in the future!

Our stay at Napili Point B34

We had a wonderful and delightful time staying at this condominium with the most awe inspiring views of the cove and the vast ocean with hues of blue and aqua colors. In the far horizon you could see the islands of Lanai and Molokai. You had this view from you living room and the lanai. The condo is neat and the kitchen is well stocked and we had no problems preparing our meals. The AC kept the condo cool and comfortable. The management team responded to all our inquiries and fixed the problems in a timely fashion. We wished we had planned to stay here longer as it was difficult to extricate ourselves from this heaven on earth. We watched the most glorious sunsets in the evening with fiery red and deep orange colors merging with molten yellow colors. In the silent mornings the simmering ocean greeted you as sipped your piping hot brew as you admired the lush well landscaped gardens and in the distant the colorful bougainvillea vines thrived exhibiting myriad exotic colors. This was a balm to our souls. Stop seeing your therapist; instead your money will be well spent at this Nirvana of a setting. By the way we were constantly entertained by the playful turtles bobbing their heads and partial torsos all day long. Mahalo

We enjoyed our stay very much. The unit is in a great location with a quick walk to the beach (take the road vs beach path if wanting to avoid the large rocks). It is also close to a few restaurants and a store. Our favorite part was watching the sunset from the lanai every evening. The AC kept us very comfortable. The unit was clean. We did have to purchase extra toilet paper and they only supplied 3 beach towels for 2 adults and a baby for a week stay.

Great place with turtles

Perfect views and all what you need is there. Location is awesome, and if you like to snorkel - you will enjoy short walk (2mins) and great place with turtles. We were glad that lawn in front of balcony had a guardrail, so our toddler was in safe and we didn’t afraid him to fall out.

we absolutely loved the location of this unit. the bay right outside of the property had better snorkeling than we experienced on a tour. it's a bit tricky to get down to with the rocks (and for our kids especially) but once you're there, the water was amazing. so many fish and turtles. there is a rental shop walking distance from the condo to rent snorkel gear if you wish. the unit itself is dated but clean, good value for the price. the kids loved seeing all the birds and lizards as we had breakfast on the lanai every morning! Napilli beach is a quick walk, easy and fun for our kiddos with lots of tide pools along the way. we would stay here again!

Relaxing and outstanding location. Condo was clean and common area was spacious. Loved having lawn access. Cannot beat the location - <10 minute walk to Kapalua Bay with great snorkeling. Very much appreciated the beach chairs, toys, etc. Would definitely stay again and highly recommend!

Perfect location. Amazing views. Great snorkling in the cove in front of the lanai. Very comfortable with all the amenities you will need for your stay. AC was great during the day but breezes cooled the unit nicely in the evening. Whale sightings non-stop in early February. Don't forget to pack binoculars!

Awesome condo

Awesome condo, sparkling clean and very comfortable. The resort is very quite. The location is great, very close to Napili/Kapalua, and Kaanapali beach is a 10-15 min drive away. The kitchen is fully stocked, the in-unit washer/dryer is very convenient. We love watching the sunset/rainbow from the lanai, and snorkeling in the bay. There are so many turtles out there! Will definitely come back:)

Like Staying in a Postcard

You can’t ask for a more picturesque location. This unit is perfect and has all the amenities for a great stay. Clean and convenient, but the view is the best part. You have a large Lana’i and the sun sets right in front of you over the cove and watching it while half a dozen sea turtles pop in and out of the water is incredible. You can’t beat Honokeana Cove for snorkeling on the island. We have taken multiple snorkeling trips to turtle town and Molikini, but none of them compare to the cove at this property. It’s truly the best! Napili beach is just a short walk as well. Can’t say enough good things!

The condo was in a nice, peaceful location. The condo was equipped with everything we needed. It was a short walk to Napili Bay Beach and a short drive to access the sites on the northwest side of Maui. I enjoyed having coffee in the morning on the patio and watching the waves roll in. Kapalua Bay Beach (short drive/long walk) was my favorite in the area due to the calm waves and wonderful snorkeling. I would stay at this condo again.

Great condo with an even better view!

The condo was very well equipped and comfortable. The view was even better than we expected. We really enjoyed our stay and would stay there again. The only down side is that there were a loud family with a toddler staying above us and it was a bit loud. This is completely out of anyone's control. Just know it could be an issue.

This location is PERFECTION! Just outside your back door you will snorkel with an abundance of sea turtles. The beach next door is quiet, safe, clean & paradise-found! The condo itself is clean, has great amenities and perfect for 2 people. Napili is gorgeous! We will be back!

Our family vacation in Maui was extremely satisfactory. And the decision we made to choose Perfect Stays in Napili Point B-34, was the best. It put us on the perfect spot to enjoy our wonderful vacation days. They provided a great service and a great accommodation with all the requirement equipment. Thank you very much.

Great place to stay in Maui. Prime location in regards to beaches and activities. Apartment had everything you would need for a road trip, a day in the beach or for a pleasant dinner at home. It’s as described in the AirBnB website. All family was very pleased with our vacation location and accommodations! Mahalo!

Unit was Immaculate!

The unit was immaculate and perfectly situated. When we had an issue with the washer someone was right away. We love Napili Point because it's perfect in location and the amount of other units, it is just right, not too many and not too little. Easy area to walk to other locations, restaurants, beaches and things to do. Would definitely go back again, this was our 3rd visit to Napili Point and the property never disappoints.

What a gem!

We enjoyed this condo very much. We were impressed with how clean it was (and grateful!). It was bright and airy; if you opened the front door (could keep the screen door locked) and patio door, a wonderful breeze blew through the entire unit. The kitchen was well-appointed, and we appreciated the full size washer/dryer. The sofa bed was comfortable enough, and with the AC on we slept well. We were impressed with the quality of the linens and attention to details like pillow and mattress encasements. The view was lovely out over a small bay adjacent to Napili Bay, and we enjoyed watching sunset from the lanai - so peaceful! It's not the most private, as people would occasionally walk across the grass outside the condo, but they were all friendly while they did it! The location was great for us, as we enjoy walking in Kapalua each morning and drive to our favorite beaches so we don't need a sandy beach right out our doorstep. You can walk down the lava rocks at the point and get in the water there to go snorkeling (this seemed popular - lots of families out snorkeling and paddle boarding). You can also walk around the point to Napili Bay (didn't look like you could walk all the way to the beach though). Would definitely stay here again, and hope we do!

Location is amazing! Great bay for snorkeling with turtles or just watching them from the shore. Clean nice condo with comfortable bed.

A very comfortable, well maintained condo in a prime location. We found it sparkling clean and all amenities were as described. Would definitely recommend and/or stay here again.

The condo is nice, quiet & private. The beds are comfortable. Having a washer and dryer in the unit is amazingly useful. The condo has great amenities, beach chairs, cooler, and beach towel. The down side is the proximity to the beach. The walk to the beach is inconvenient. The beach at Napili bay is steep and relatively small. The waves can get rough, and the water was cold the week we were there. However, the other side of the bay called Honokeana bay, is full of turtles. It is absolutely beautiful. Overall, we loved the condo and would stay there again.

Great Property In Napili

I have stayed at Napili point many times, and this unit was more welll appointed than most others i have stayed in. The apartment was well stocked and clean. My only issue was with the check-in process. We arrived several hours early and weren't able to check in for hours even though the cleaning had already been completed. Highly recommend the property and the location.
