Here, location is king, nestled along the prized Kāʻanapali coast, home to some of the most beautiful beaches in the world. Please note: This condo has one window A/C unit, located in the living room only. Other rooms do not have air conditioning. Because the building sits close to the road, guests may also hear some street noise.

Back at Maui Sands Seaside, the intimate setting of our 20-unit building creates a warm sense of ‘ohana, Hawaiian family and community. Enjoy the shared barbecue area, ocean-view sun deck, and lush tropical gardens that surround the property. Reserved guest parking is conveniently located near the entry, and for your use, we provide surfboards, boogie boards, snorkel gear, sand toys, and games.

Standard Cancellation Policy:
If cancellation notice is received 30 or more days prior to the check-in date, a 100% refund will be refunded within 10-14 business days from receipt of written cancellation.
If cancellation notice is received at least 14 days prior to the check-in date, 50% of the booking will be refunded within 10-14 business days from receipt of written cancellation.
For a cancellation notice received after 14 days prior to the check-in date, a refund will not be issued other than the departure cleaning fee.
