This unit offers central AC, flat-screen TVs, and tropical views and can accommodate up to 4 guests. The bedroom opens to the living room and offers a comfortable king-size bed equipped with its own cable TV. There is a king-size sleeper sofa in the living room area for additional guests. The living room features an open-concept layout with a dining area for four and tile flooring.
The bathroom features an updated walk-in shower. The kitchen is beautifully remodeled with custom cabinets, granite countertops, and full-size appliances.
Upon checking in at the front desk, Maui Kaanapali Villas has a $35 per day facility fee. This Resort Fee includes parking for 1 vehicle. Additional vehicles are subject to an extra $10 per day.
Maui Ka’anapali Villas features two pools, a child's wading pool area, hot tubs, and a beach activities center where they offer beach rentals such as stand-up paddle boards, boogie boards, snorkel sets, and more. The resort also features an onsite restaurant, Castaways Café, a convenience store, the Third Heaven Spa & Massage, and a state-of-the-art Precor fitness center with 24-hour access, yoga classes 3 times per week, and access to hospitality bathrooms for early arrivals and late departures. This is our 4th stay at MKV. Terrific location. Big clean uncrowded beach. Right on the beach walk that goes down to Whalers Village. Or take the free trolley there. Laid back Hawaiian atmosphere. Two minute walk to beach or pool. And a smaller quiet pool too. The condo itself was terrific. Very well equipped kitchen. We cooked about half our dinners. Spacious living and dining area. Wide private lanai where I enjoyed morning coffee and late-night relaxing. Never saw the neighbors on either side. Big bedroom with a comfortable king bed. Lots of storage in drawers, dresser, and in the closet. The many hangers were appreciated. Also provided were beach chairs, noodles, and a cooler. We will book again for 2026.

This was our second time at Maui Kaanapali Villas (MKV), and we enjoyed it even more than the first! Our unit (A210) was fantastic—spacious, well air-conditioned, and thoughtfully stocked. The little touches like boxed candy, a large water bottle, and bath samples were much appreciated.
MKV is located on what must be one of the most spectacular beaches anywhere. The water is calm, the sandy bottom makes it perfect for swimming, and the vibrant ocean colors are breathtaking. The views in every direction are stunning.
The on-site restaurant, Castaway Café, was a highlight—great food and drinks at reasonable prices for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The pool is also beautiful and adds to the overall resort experience.
We visited several nearby resorts and restaurants, but what stood out most about MKV was the peaceful, relaxed atmosphere. It was always easy to find a lounge chair by the pool or a cabana at the beach, making for a stress-free and enjoyable vacation.
My Perfect Stays was wonderful to work with—everything about the booking and communication process was smooth and professional. I’ll definitely be booking directly with them moving forward.
We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend MKV to anyone looking for a relaxing, memorable stay on Maui!

My wife and I stayed here for our first visit to Maui. The unit we stayed in was clean and comfortable, the location was central and was a great spot to walk to tons of great spots in West Maui. We loved the location because it was super close to the beach, not crowded, and in walking distance to Whalers Village. The condo was super clean and had everything we needed. We appreciated the use of beach chairs, umbrella, and small cooler. The Castaway restaurant located on the property was convenient when we didn’t feel like cooking or driving. We would definitely stay in this condo again.

What an amazing place! The Kaanapali Villas is a beautiful resort and community right on the beach. The apartment was excellently furnished and had all the amenities of a real lived-in home. Very clean, very walkable access to all of Kaanapali Beach Walk. Host provided lots of guidance and was very responsive. Would definitely stay here again, maybe for longer next time!

We're currently still on vacation in Maui, having left our stay here a couple of days ago, and for the remainder of the trip we're in an airbnb that clearly was not vetted, and it's just a totally different experience. Our spacious apartment at Maui Ka'anapali Villas really was perfectly prepared and attended too. I would recommend it in a heartbeat and would definitely stay here again. highly recommended!

This property had it all, anything you could need during your stay. The large patio and extra bathroom was an added bonus. The did a perfect use of space set up. And kids enjoyed sofa sleeper with foam mattress. Way better them most we have stayed in. We go every summer to MKV condos and this specific condo I would rent every time if possible!!

Our stay at the Maui Ka'anapali Villas was more than what we expected! The residence (Villa A210) was beautiful, comfortable and clean. We would love to stay there in the future. I highly recommend My Perfect Stays and Maui Ka'anapali Villas. Perfect Stays and the owner of the condo were very accomodating when we had questions as well as recommendations for restaurants, places to see and activities. The MKV was in a perfect location on the beach and had awesome amenities! I cannot say enough about this resort. I am sad to be back home.

Amazing location on a wonderful beach where you can do many different water sports. It is a resort where many people also own privately. There is a front desk for check in, check out, and getting beach towels. There is coffee and tea in the morning down stairs. There is a pool, hot tube, and restaurant on the property. They have Yoga 3 days a week. You also get a parking pass. This is the reason for the $25 daily fee on top of the booking reservation on Airbnb. It is all about location and this place has it in spades. Would definitely stay again.

Amazing place and a great location. The place came with amenities of comfort (plenty of clean silverware, glasses, coffee maker, light-dimming capability in every room, etc.), was very clean, and was beautifully decorated. We wanted to stay a day longer than our initial scheduled stay because of how beautiful it was, but unfortunately the owner did not respond to my stay-inquiry. Regardless of this, i would definitely recommend anyone to choose this place to stay during their stay in lahaina.

We really enjoyed this beachside location! It’s not really a walkable area for other things in Maui, but there is a cafe and a great beach right next to the resort. Would definitely recommend!

Only drawbacks are wifi is a little weak, coffee maker isn’t great and a bit of highway noise in the lanai (isn’t enough noise to be a real issue). Otherwise, the kitchen is well appointed, bedding is comfortable, pool setting is nice and very close to beautiful sandy beach.

Nice room at MKV

We live MKV and have stayed at this property since 2003. We prefer upper floors to reduce noise but one wasn’t available. This was beautiful one bedroom with a nice big patio for morning breakfast and to relax late evenings. It had every amenity you could want in the kitchen and was well appointed. Upstairs neighbors got a bit noisy early am and at night - but you can’t pick your neighbors!

My wife and I recently spent a week at this wonderful 1BR condo. Everything was perfect. The unit has all new appliances and has been remodeled. All amenities we needed. Just a short walk to the most beautiful and calm beach. The location is superb with great access to the Kaanapali Beach Walk and a short drive from Lahaina.

Absolutely phenomenal place! We loved everything about it. Lovely decor, gorgeous private balcony, fully stocked kitchen, spacious bedroom and bathroom… And the location was perfect! We fell in love with Kaanapali Beach and really enjoyed eating at the Castaway restaurant right next door. Easy access to grocery stores and so many magical outdoor destinations. This place checked every box for us and we hope to come back very soon!

Place was clean. We enjoyed the little gift and coffee left for us. The chairs and umbrellas in the room for the beach were a nice touch. Having two bathrooms was a huge plus specially since I was the only male in the group of my wife and two daughters. We enjoyed our stay and would come back.

We love this property, this is the second time we have stayed here, property is maintained beautifully and the location is great, close to Lahaina, Napili Bay, Kapalua Bay and you can walk to whalers village.
Beach here is gorgeous, tree lined for some shade and clear blue water. We will stay here again!

I stayed at the MKV 14 times now... this condo is the best by far!!! Beautiful, partial sea view, modern, very very clean! They provide everything you need for a great vacation so all that’s left to do is enjoy! My perfect stay management company was also great to deal with, they really do want to ensure your vacation is the perfect stay. I will only try and stay this condo at this property from now on as it fits our needs and expectations perfectly!

My wife an I stayed here on the first leg of our honeymoon and it was perfect. Close to everything we needed and plenty of amenities. The restaurant on site was surprisingly better than expected. Would love to come back to this rental in the future.

Fantastic location and very chill Hawaiian vibe at this resort condo. The ocean and beach right outside is the BEST for calmly swimming and great snorkeling is a few minutes swim if you head north. Loved the free daily tea/coffee in the lobby! Such a nice touch! Accommodations were perfect.

Would suggest that you read through fine print of listing carefully as alot of non normal hidden fees will increase price making other host more desirable. With that said if you are comfortable with final price including additional taxes and resort fees then you likely will be happy with your stay and experience.

We have stayed in the Maui Kaanapali Villas before but never in a unit as nice as this. Very spacious, clean, well stocked and the most comfortable king bed! Other than the TV being a little tricky. everything was perfect! Definitely would stay here again. Kay and Jeff

Amazing Stay!

This unit is great, and the Maui Kaanapali Villas are in the perfect location! Just a quick stroll from the unit through the resort, pick up some fresh towels at the front desk, and you're at the pool or one of the best beaches in Maui! The local beach has great views of Lanai and Molokai, is less crowded than other spots in Kaanapali, and has beach rentals right on site for your water adventures. The unit is clean and well furnished, newly upgraded with everything needed for an awesome visit, and My Perfect Stays is proactive and checks in with you to make sure you have everything you need. We had one mechanical issue with a shower head while we were there, but Zac from My Perfect Stays was on it and had it resolved within a couple hours. Awesome customer service - thanks Zac! The unit is easy to get to with parking close by in front and back, and has beach chairs, umbrella, and a cooler for your use. Castaway's Cafe is onsite and right next to the beach with awesome food, drinks, service, and live entertainment on some nights. Our stay was amazing, and we are looking forward to the next trip! Beach only Steps Away!

Was exactly as pictured and described. We used a pack-n-play for our toddler and the bathroom/bedroom setup was perfect for putting her to bed early. A/C worked great, the beach and pool were steps away. Even a little view from the balcony. My husband and I were both impressed with the fitness center as well. We really enjoyed our stay and would recommend staying here to anyone.

Perfect Vacation!

This was truly a Perfect stay for our vacation. The unit is exactly how it looks in the pictures - and we especially loved the spacious kitchen area and relaxing lanai. The washer-dryer is an added bonus - and makes it so you don’t have to pack as much! The Maui Vista Kaanapali is a great place to stay as well. Friendly staff, a great pool, and the best beach on the island is just steps away. Great location, with lots of neighboring resorts, restaurants and beaches within walking distance. It’s also a great location for exploring the beaches and parks in the north - we took lots of excursions during the day. Highly recommend a car if you want to venture past the pool and neighboring beaches/boardwalk. There are some great parks and beaches in other locations on the island as well that are worth exploring. Thank you My Perfect Stays! We will certainly stay here again next time we come to Maui!

Nice place in a great location

The resort is beautiful and well maintained. The condo is clean and modern. It has everything you need for an extended stay or just a long weekend trip like we had. Great communication from the rental staff, and the front desk is super helpful also. Thank you Joe!!!! :) Parking can be tight, but that applies to the Island as a whole. If you arrive at night as we did there is parking in the the rear which can lead you to the front desk. It's located in the first left turn as you turn left towards the property. There is direct access to the beach, in walking distance. The beach is big and the water is pretty calm compared to the other side. The rental booth for snorkel gear and such is conveniently located. The other resort you have to trek past the pool through narrow stairs to get to/from the rental booth. Which may not sound like a big deal until you try and lug huge paddle boards through the crowd that sits at the bottom and on to the stairs through the beach bar... The WiFi was great, I had consistent connection and speed from our condo to Castaways restaurant. Castaways is the restaurant located on the property near the beach. The food is good and portions match, except for the buffalo chicken sandwich. It's huge! Almost the size of the plate. There was four beers on tap, I think it was Budweiser, longboard blonde, an IPA and I forget the last one. They have other beers in bottles. Try the Castaways punch(?) If you want to get your buzz on faster. It has Bacardi 151... There is a little shop near the entrance of the front desk. It's stocked with mostly basic essentials with some gifts and gear too boot. If you love shopping Whalers Village is about a mile away. It has a large variety of stores and dining. Great place and location. We will definitely be back.

Excellent place. Very clean and exactly what was written. Host and MKV staff was very helpful. Our flight was late in the evening and they accommodated us for laate checkout. MKV beach , we liked it very much. Location is close to grocery store and other restaurants. Great place. Highly recommend it.

We really liked this place. It was very clean and well-appointed. Just the way we like it. Not too many things but just enough. It looks great on the inside. Had everything we would need. Spacious inside for just the two of us. We enjoyed the oversized deck in the morning and the evening. We used the trolley to get to Ka'anapali several days. Location was nice where everything was accessible but wasn't in the hubbub of everything. Only little things were the MKV grounds were not as nice as some and the couch wasn't particularly comfortable. Everything else was great. Thanks!
