The bathroom boasts a contemporary design and a pebble stone walk-in shower. The fully equipped kitchen beckons you to create an oceanfront dining experience. - Starting April 21, 2025, with an estimated end date of June 25, 2025, there will be a Heating, Ventilation, and AC outage for the entire building. This unit will have portable air conditioners installed in the living room and bedroom for your comfort.
- Noise is expected between April 21 for approximately thirty days. Noisy work may also be extended depending on the amount of spalling that is found.
- Potential water outages will be brief with advance notice, when possible.
