This beautifully remodeled 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom ground-floor condo is the perfect place to get away from it all. You’ll feel at home the moment you step inside; a color scheme of cool blue colors with tasteful Hawaiian inspired furniture and decor awaits you. This unit features an open concept, easy living feel. Kick back and relax on your private and spacious lanai with quiet garden views.

Inside, there is plenty of seating to relax, dine and just hang out. The kitchen has everything you could ever need to prepare all your meals; fully equipped with high-end stainless-steel appliances and beautiful quartz countertops. You’ll stay cool with the Maui breezes by opening up the lanai doors, but you can also enjoy the extra benefit of having split a/c units and ceiling fans throughout.

Step into the dreamy bedroom featuring a king-size bed; spacious and tastefully decorated, you will be sure to enjoy a good night's sleep after a day in the sun. Just off the bedroom and hallway is the gorgeous, newly remodeled bathroom featuring a walk-in shower. Bring the family, there is a great sofa bed in the living room! It was home for us for a week during our Maui vacation. The complex is very quiet, the pool is very clean, its location is the perfect beach is down to street, and it is close to many shops & restaurants. The condo was in very good shape and clean, I can tell it has been renovated recently, thanks to the beach chair and snorkeling equipment.Parking was good, easy self registarion for permit. Overall, I was delighted with our stay, thanks to my perfect stay for clear communication and easy process.

Spent twelve days at Kihei Ali'i Kai and would definitely stay again. Close to the beach and all other amenities. Walking distance to several restaurants and easy access to the highway. Spacious condo unit and well kept. Washer and dryer in unit is a great feature for our family.

Quiet Complex - Nicely Tucked Away From The Street

We had a comfortable stay. The positives: quiet and well-kept complex located further back from South Kihei Drive, nice to have a main floor unit for easy access, the bathroom is nicely renovated, the appliances are newer, the dishes seemed newer and there was plenty of cutlery, the sofa bed was comfortable, the pool, hot tub and BBQ areas were very clean, easy parking, beach chairs provided (although one was broken), pickle ball court, conveniently located right across from Charley Young Beach, a few restaurants and a bakery only a 30 second walk from the complex and many more places to eat within walking distance, in-suite laundry. My Perfect Stays was very easy to reach and accommodating when I called. Things that could’ve been better: the condo needs a deep clean. There was dust, the mattress pad on the sofa bed was dirty, the stove had a huge grease stain and the floors needed a better cleaning. The vacuum in the condo doesn’t do a good job of cleaning the floors. The toaster was old and rusty. When I called My Perfect Stays about the cleanliness and toaster, a new toaster was delivered within an hour and they did give us a credit for the time it took me to clean what I felt should have already been done. The positives far outweigh the areas for improvement. We would recommend this unit to others.

Great location

The unit is recently renovated, well equipped, has terrific wifi, great a/c, close to pool and grills and a nice private patio. This is a ground floor unit but there a few sets of short steps to get to it for those of us who worry about that. The unit has nice appliances and most things necessary to cook. A few plastic glasses for use at the pool would be a nice add. Had an issue with some water dripping from above in the bathroom. MyPerfectStaus and thw owner took care of it promptly despite the Thanksgiving holiday. Thanks

100% Would Stay Here Again

Absolutely perfect. What we loved.... 1) location - very centralized, extremely walkable, tucked away in the corner so no foot traffic. 2) cleanliness - spotless when we arrived 3) well stocked - had everything we needed. 4) communication - so responsive. we had just a couple of things that needed attention (sliding door and garbage disposal), and the communication, service and speed of attention was great. Of note, the AC units work great, but the bedroom unit is just above your head and may be somewhat noisy for a light sleeper. 100% would stay here again.

I Had A Good Stay Here!

Nice newly remodeled condo. I had a good stay here. I would recommend this place to others who is looking for a place with kitchen so you can cook your own food in Maui. Only thing is parking lot can be a bit of walk depending on which unit you get. But only matters if you are carrying lots of stuff or heavy grocery. On site manager was hard to reach when I needed him. My Perfect stays was quick to answer my call but they couldnt reach the onsite manager for me either. Other than that, a great location and great stay.

Spring Break Trip Success!

We had a great trip away with our family at 4 at this condo. The condo was a bit of a maze to first find your way around but it was conveniently located and met all of our needs. One small suggestion would be a laundry basket and would be wonderful if one were able to lock the condo from the patio door! Overall we had a great stay and enjoyed this home very much.

Whale watching and sunsets

We really enjoyed our stay in Kihei. The condo is just like it looks in the pictures, so you have a beautiful and comfortable place to stay while having fun in Maui. It's a short walk down to the 3 closest beaches... walk, swim, snorkel, watch sunsets, watch whales. One day a pair of whales were about 100 yards off the shore, and stayed and interacted with paddle boarders.... really amazing. Grab a coffee, gelato, or avocado toast at the nearby cafes. First time staying in Kihei area and we really liked it.

The location is perfect! Just a block away from the beach. The unit seems to be recently remodeled with top quality appliance and plenty of good condition cookware. However, there are some inevitable steps to get to the unit from the parking lot, not as convenient if carrying heavy languages.

Short walk to Kamaole beach

This is a nice, renovated condo unit close to Kamaole beach. The complex as a whole is dated though. Mgmt company was very responsive! Had a couple of issues and they addressed them promptly. Unit was well stocked with towels, beach towels, chairs and kitchen supplies.

The internet was excellent quality (~130mbps down, ~35 up: great for video calls), as were the two desks where two people can independently work when needed. The provided beach chairs and towels made it very convenient to visit the beach, and the kitchen is well-stocked with everything you need to cook meals. The beach is a 2 minute walk away (there's also a private foot wash/shower for when you return), and there are a ton of high-quality businesses within walking distance (restaurants, grocery stores, beach equipment rental shops, etc). Minor downsides: the walls of the condo building in general are quite thin (a bit of an older building). Generally people are respectful and it's not an issue, but we did hear a very heated argument from some neighbors. In addition, you are required to walk down/up some stairs to get to the unit as there is no fully flat walkway from the parking lot (even if you take the elevator). Email/AirBnB messaging response time could be better (generally > 24 hours to hear back, if at all), though calling them put us through straight away. Overall, we would be very happy to stay here in this unit again. Thanks for the great island experience!

Great location. Very clean. New appliances and furniture. Beach chairs and cooler. Wash and dryer. Even being a one bedroom apartment plenty of space for a family of 4. Would definitely go back.

This condo is very nice - appeared to be recently renovated - and well outfitted with kitchen items. It's also located walking distance to beaches, shops and restaurants in Kihei, and is a short drive over to Wailea and Makena areas for additional food, shopping and beach options. Highly recommended.

The property was well equipped, very clean and well maintained. Location 1min walk from the beach. It’s located in a condo that is simple/nothing fancy (like most in Kihei) but inside the recently renovated apartment is like a brand new one. New kitchen, comfortable bed, great shower room. It even had two desks with comfortable office chairs, which is perfect for a week of home office away from home. Appreciated also the team responsiveness - the internet connection was down on Sunday (which would compromise my home office)I during the week, but they had support on the weekend which was very convenient - they promptly connected with the cable provider and got it fixed on Sunday itself.
