This was our 2nd stay at the Ridge. The condo has a great view of the Pacific Ocean and a sunset view, which we saw every evening. The unit has everything you need for your stay in a very quiet part of Maui. The community pool is steps away from the unit.
My Perfect Stays was great to work with. They send you a very detailed description of everything you need to know to make your stay enjoyable. We can't wait to come back to Maui.

We enjoyed staying at this property. It was clean, stocked with everything we needed and had the great view of the ocean. Waking up to seeing the ocean and rainbows was wonderful. The pool and the BBQ grills were nearby which was great.

We thoroughly enjoyed staying in Kapalua Ridge #2622. The condo was perfect for our needs, was clean, had so much more than we expected, and the area is spectacular. The upstairs bedroom has the most beautiful view, perfect for sitting out on the lanai and watching the sun set. The master bath is quite lovely and, yes, the bathtub is "not operational" which seems like (according to the timeline of reviews) it is a long-term type of not operational and not temporary. Alas, this did not matter in the least as the rest of the condo, the area, and the views more than make up for it. Oh, and the bed is out-of-this-world comfortable. The private parking was right at the base of the stairs and super convenient. Be aware that there are a good number of stairs to climb to reach the unit, in case that may prove to be an issue for folks with limited mobility or strength. The unit was so very quiet and private, which is another reason we just adored this place. The beach is super close and just lovely.
Communication by My Perfect Stays was top notch and, actually, was the best I have received from any booking/management type business to date. Check-in/check-out instructions were super clear and easy to understand. All the communication emails were friendly and helpful, which made us feel like we would be quite well taken care of if we encountered any unforeseen issues.
Next time we plan time on Maui, My Perfect Stays will be our go-to site as patronizing local businesses is something that is very important to us and which, it is our hope, benefits the locals as well. Mahalo!

The ladies at MyPerfectStays really took care of my family. Our first rental unit for a 3 weeks stay had a few issues and they accommodated us in a Kapalua Ridge so do that was great. Easy walk to Kapalua Bay and a nice pool. They really helped make our stay wonderful and we truly appreciate how they remained flexible and responsive in a professional way. Ty ladies!

The condo was clean and well equipped with everything we might need. We were just across the road from the pool which was an added bonus. The ocean views were lovely from both decks. Did I enjoy? Heck yes! I loved it. The view from the veranda is amazing. I forgot what day of the week it was. Locals encouraged me to sit down and relax so I did. I can't say enough good things about the resort and the staff. They were so helpful in helping me navigate my first days there's.

This unit was fabulous. Great end unit, AMAZING, sweeping views and very quiet. The Snorkeling out front in the cove is the best I have ever done! We saw about 10 sea turtles + lots of varieties of fish, even a couple eels! Unit is spacious, clean, fully stocked kitchen, great beach gear (felt new), fun games. About a .25 mile walk to great beach. Would stay here again and highly recommend.

We stayed here for a few days before getting married here in Kapalua, the condo is wonderful with the cute 2 level split and wonderful views! We are frequent visitors of the Kapalua villas and this unit is definitely lovely like the others available . There are pros and cons but overall a very good stay and the condo provided everything we needed for the trip. The top highlights are: amazing ocean views, Easy check-in and the bed was very comfortable! The cons: the tub was not usable! Bedroom gets great morning lights but didn’t not have dark enough shade option (for any late sleepers) and the kitchen lacked some proper tools for really cooking but simple stuff is doable. Would love to stay here again when the tub is fixed, really a shame as we really looked forward to this amenity but wasn’t told about the unavailability.

The Ridge in Kapalua is a very well kept secret. We had use of the Montage and Ritz Carltons pools and beaches. The condo is perfect for two adults. The price was Terrific for what we got. So much to do around there. We will be back.

My husband and I loved staying here! The view from the bedroom is absolutely incredible. We loved being near the golf course and we were only a short walk from the beach. Definitely would recommend!

Nice location and plenty of amenities included. I like the keypad entry so there's no key transfer. Clean property, plenty of kitchen utensils and dishes, silverware. Clean bathrooms and showers with plenty of amenities. Master bed was comfortable, but the sofa bed was marginally OK. The can opener in the kitchen did not work (that should be replaced).

The location of the condo was great. Short walk to the beach and having the grille close to the condo was awesome. The views were amazing, seeing the sunset from the lanai was very nice. We would definitely stay again. Check in was very easy. Had a great time and experience with our whole vacation.

The condo is great! Amazing view! Perfect location. They only thing I would say is I wish they would have turned the air on and had it cooled off. It was extremely hot for 3-4 hours. The afternoon sun shines in the condo and is very warm. The place could use heavier curtains to draw closed during the heat of the sun. Sheer curtains do not keep out the heat.

Loved it. Would stay again. Most amazing vast ocean views from both bedroom and living room. Can see both Molokai and Lanai. Be prepared for stairs though if that’s an issue for you. Unit well maintained. The community is quiet and peaceful. Walkable to coastal trails, hiking trails, restaurants, general store, etc.

The views from both Lanai's was awesome. The Condo Location was great. For the most part it was very quiet and private. However a few days we encountered loud construction noise from a remodel going on in a Condo close by. We did receive an email from property management about a week prior to leaving for Maui. They warned us of possible remodel noise and apologized for the situation which was out of their control. Overall however it is a great Condo.

The views from both Lanai's is incredible. The Condo location is convenient to restaurants and beaches. There was a remodel going on in a nearby Condo which made a couple of days very noisy. We received an email from property management a few days prior to our arrival warning us of the potential noise caused by the remodel and apologizing for the situation which was outside of their control. Despite the noise we had a great time.

The property was very nice and everything was smooth during our stay. High end appliances and well stocked kitchen. The views from both levels are amazing! Do be aware that there are about 20 stairs from the parking to the unit, but the unit is great and worth it!

Beautiful views, great bed, comfortable furniture, pool so nice and just across the driveway. Needs a new front door light, hard to find in the dark. Twenty one steps up good exercise but not if you have heavy luggage. Nice restaurants nearby but hard to get a reservation. Loved this place, management company very communicative, unit very clean.

This particular Ridge unit has one of the best views on Maui, especially from the second floor bedroom. The kitchen has fantastic appliances, and the rest of the unit is very nice. Overall I found it a convenient and great place to stay in Kapalua.

Thanks! It was a perfect introduction to Maui for us. It was easy to go from marvel to marvel. Most things took about 45 minutes to an hour to get to but the traffic was almost always flowing and the scenery is almost always divine. The views from the condo are truly extraordinary, and we appreciated having two ways to enjoy them - from the lanai for meals and from the bed at night! White Christmas lights on the palm trees on the main road were an added plus during the holiday season. The bathroom was wonderfully luxurious. And that walk-in closet! Wow! Thanks for the various books about Maui in the condo. They were indispensable for getting to know the island and figuring out what to do, when, and how. Appreciated the chairs (comfy!) and beach towels, too. All these homey touches really added to our pleasure.

What an incredible week! This location was perfect for walking to the beach, the pool, dinner, etc. The unit was perfectly equipped with everything we needed to make ourselves feel at home. And of course words and photos cannot do justice to that VIEW and the amazing sunsets! Highly recommend!

Great second floor condo in The Ridges in Kapalua. The unit has two stories with lots of natural light and ocean views. Walking distance to multiple beaches and restaurants although a bit far if you have young kids. Also very close to a shared pool which has two gas grills. The unit itself was nicely appointed. As of October 2021 there was some renovation work being completed in the units below us which started mid-morning and finished in the afternoon. Overall good communication with the host.

This rental unit was impeccable and exactly as advertised online. The views are incredible! Perfect location to Kapalua Bay and the Coastal Trail. It was only about a 10 minute walk down to the beach…which is great to avoid dealing with parking. The kitchen is fully stocked so it’s perfect for cooking in, it has two full bathrooms, and the bed is SO comfortable. The building was very quiet and the bedroom is upstairs. The kitchen has a standard coffee maker; perfect for that Kona coffee purchase! I highly recommend this place! Did I mention the views?!

We absolutely loved our time at the villa. It was an easy walk to the Ritz and Montage where we enjoyed snorkeling, jumping in waves, quieter beaches and fun beach bars. We looked at other units in the complex and most are outdated compared to this unit. We would not hesitate to stay in this unit again - soon!

This was the best place to stay for my husband and I. We walked to three different beaches, plus the rocky points and cliffs. Parking is right out front and assigned, the pools are small and quiet. We hardly saw another person the whole time. And this unit is the best! Totally updated with amazing views. We looked at some others in the complex and they were sad and dated but this unit was so clean and comfortable, we would not hesitate to book here again.
