Kahana Villa E111 is a 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom ground-floor condo that offers an open-concept layout and partial ocean views depending on your location inside. Unit E111 can accommodate up to 6 guests. Walking into the upstairs master bedroom, you will find 2 queen-size beds. The second bedroom offers a king-size bed with a pillow-top mattress. The main floor features an indoor dining area for 6 and a living room with a queen-size sleeper sofa and flat-screen cable TV. Both bedrooms boast their own en suite bathroom, each with walk-in showers with unique tilework.

This condo had a brand new split A/C system installed and features A/C in the living room and bedrooms. Ample gorgeous natural lighting throughout. Enjoy cooking meals in this remodeled and fully equipped kitchen that features stainless steel appliances and granite countertops.

Kahana Villa Resort provides guests with convenient amenities including elevators, a swimming pool, hot tub, tennis court, and BBQ grills, all with no resort or parking fees. Nestled in the picturesque Kahana neighborhood, the villa offers an ideal location, close to a variety of dining options, shopping boutiques, beautiful beaches, and cultural attractions.

We stayed here with 6 of us (3 adults 3 small kids) in July for almost a week, and here is our summary: Pros: -kitchen. So well stocked with appliances, pots, pans, instant pot, toaster, coffee maker, food storage (glass & Tupperware), dishes, mugs, utensils, herbs, coffee filters, cooking oil…it was really incredible -washer and dryer, dishwasher & soaps for them. So so helpful for longer stays -4 beach chairs and 5-6 beach towels, such a nice perk ! -very close to some great beaches for snorkeling, everything felt like it was 15 mins away or less, grocery store included -parking was easy, never had trouble with finding a spot -beds were very comfy! -shower pressure so so good (no tub if anyone was wondering) -pullout bed was relatively comfortable in comparison to the average sofa bed Cons: -some days it was just too hot inside, especially upstairs. Granted it’s July/August, but it was hard some days. The room with the two beds had no windows that opened, and the fans just didn’t cut it. I went to bed sweating several nights, though eventually it did cool mid evening. I did know there was no AC, but I really hoped the island breeze would make it ok. Probably better cooler times of year, but peak heat was not great -they stressed the importance of not getting sand everywhere, which we wanted to honor, but there weren’t any great places for us to have an outside rinse before going in—beach showers only go so far. Minor, but we felt stressed about this and wished for a bucket or to be pointed to an outdoor hose/spout to make things easier Overall, it was a great stay and the management company was very responsive.

Absolutely perfect stay!!! Condo had all the amenities needed, clean and roomy!!! It was across street from S Turns Beach where the family saw and swam with turtles and Hawaiian monk seals. Kids also used the pool and hot tub in complex, played pickleball at courts in complex courts, and had an absolute blast. Would book again!!!

A 11/10 experience

Our trip consisted of some of the most special memories we have. My family stayed in Kahana Villa E111 and E701. E111 was immaculate, cool and had plenty of supplies for us including beach necessities. The beach was a short 5 minute walk across the street. E701 was a bit out dated, and did not cool down at all but this did not deter us from having a fantastic time. The sunset view from E701 is UNMATCHED! We will be booking here again in the future! MAHALOOOOOO!!!!

Perfect location for a family vacation. So many amazing beaches close to condo, Whaler's Village, etc. Plenty of room for family of 6 in condo. Extremely clean, has everything you would need, and we will definitely use again!! Thank you!!!

Had the best time at Kahana Villa E-111. Very clean condo, plenty of room and location of condo 10 out of 10. Close to Kapalua, Ka'anapali and hiking spots. Watched sunset nightly out on beach, so many cool eating and drinking spots close, loved it all!! Will definitely book again, highly recommend!!!

Family didn't want to cancel plans to visit Maui, and so glad we didn't. Still a ton of things to do (Whalers Village, Kapalua, beaches)in close proximity to condo, which was super clean and stocked with all the things needed for a beach vacation. The condo was perfect!! Everything was clean, anything and everything you would need (beach chairs/towels, etc) available, and the location in West Maui still has tons of things to do, with beaches and restaurants (and grocery stores) open. Will definitely come back! 5 Stars!!

instructions were very easy to follow; Area where rental was safe and quiet; tenants honored the quiet hours; unit was clean and well stocked. the sleeper sofa was very useful as it afforded a 6th adult. Sheets were clean ; towels were not lacking. The washer dryer is a gem! Nothing against the rental , just know that the unit is dated, there are portions of the wall sidings on the bedroom facing the parking area where there are gaps and air from the outside goes through the cracks and makes the room humid. I am sure the property managers will look into this and continue with the updates like how they did with the bathrooms and appliances. It was a joy to be able to rent E111. Mahalo for the great vacation!

Clean And Comfortable

The townhouse was clean and comfortable for our family of four. Plenty of space to spread out. It was exactly what we needed for the vacation. The beach towels and beach chairs were helpful. The host was very proactive in communication and very responsive.

Loved our stay here! Access to the beach was a short walk, and having the pool and grill was awesome! They also provided some beach toys, cooler, chairs etc.. and that was very helpful. The new A/C units were amazing!! Definitely Recommend staying here!

The host was incredibly and very attentive! I absolutely love this place!! The place was very clean and stocked to the max with all the necessities you could need on your visit. The bathrooms and bedrooms were very clean and had extra towels if needed. The kitchen had everything you could possibly need. Anything from plates and cups to a toaster and blender. I felt right at home! I love the fact that it was very private and just a walking distance of the beach. 10 out of 10 definitely recommend booking them!!

Perfection!!!

Unbelievable experience, so close (5 minutes) from the PGA Golf Tournament at Kapalua, and steps from the beach to see tons of whales and turtles. If you haven't done whale season yet in Maui, its a game changer!!! Condo was clean, beds comfortable, and the AC unit was AMAZING. Tons of fun restaurants and bars close by as well.......We will be back!!!

Overall it was a great place to stay

Overall it was a great place to stay. My perfect stays was very responsive. The master bedroom shower had an issue upon check in. They weren't able to get the part in the island and so we only had one shower during our stay but MPS was very on top of getting people out there to try to repair it and keeping us informed of the status along the way. When it was determined to be not fixable due to parts they offered several fair options for us. overall very pleased with them. Only reason I wouldn't rank the condo as 5 stars is because the upstairs master bedroom doesn't have any windows that open so it gets a bit stuffy up there. Apparently the owners are installing AC so that will help a lot. Also no ocean view, but we knew that when we booked. Location was great. With AC or upstairs bedroom window that opens we'd stay there again.

Access was quick and easy. Property was clean and prepared on time. Beds were super comfortable and linens were so soft. Lots of towels and beach towels. Super quiet location and close to great beaches.

Aloha! Kahana Villa E-111 was phenomenal in so many aspects. Upon arrival, we were amazed with the location and all the amenities. The unit itself was fully stocked with everything imaginable for an 8 night stay and was as cozy as our home. Loved it!! The snorkeling was breathtaking with sea turtles and aquatic fish 200 yards away from the back lanai. Also, the back lanai offers a perfect spot to relax with a nice Pinot Noir and catch the sunset. Go to Miso Phat for sushi(1 min walk), The Beach House for amazing sunsets, food and drinks(1 min walk), The Pour House Italian eatery and wine bar(5 min drive) which is also next to Kapalua zip lining and Kapalua golf-The Plantation 18 hole course. The Whalers village(8 min drive) and downtown Lahaina(10 min drive) include great shopping, restaurants and bars. This trip will go down as our all time favorite and we’ll be booking this unit again for fall break 2023. Mahalo! The Stevens Family

Perfect Location!

We had the most amazing time at Kahana Villa E111. The location was perfectly set, close enough to everything, yet not with tons of people in a huge resort. We have a toddler and found great beaches and even a playground within walking distance. All of our recommended restaurants were within 15 minutes as well. I highly recommend staying here, the service was wonderful and had everything we could need.

A pretty good place to stay.

The place is in a big condo complex but on the ground level, so you don't feel as much of the condo. Only big concern is no bathrooms on the ground floor but otherwise the place is pretty good. They could have a few more spoons and forks but it is not a big concern. There is a small beach within walkable distance, so that is really cool. Overall a pretty good place to stay.

This condo is great!

This condo is great! We loved staying there, the private patio is wonderful to hang out after a beach day, as you can watch the sunset from there. The unit is spacious and very comfortable. Location is great, walking distance beaches and just a few minutes from Lahaina downtown. The kitchen is well equipped, but it wasn't 100% clean when we arrived. Aside from that we would highly recommend this condo and we would love to go back!

What a great place to stay. Cannot beat the perfect accommodations. Very comfortable and clean. Washer and dryer so convenient. Great location with the beach right out the back door and great restaurants within walking distance. Highly recommend and cant wait to stay again.

Good location. No air conditioning so be aware… one bedroom doesn’t have any windows that open so it can get hot in there. Complex definitely could use some updating. Overall a good stay.

Everything was first class, all the way from the kitchen to the linens. The location was perfect, easy access to the beach, restaurants, bars and a convenient store. Instructions for arrival and departure were straightforward. Everything was Perfect !!!

This was a nice place in a good location. My family of six slept comfortably in the unit. It worked great to have the full kitchen. The pool was right across the parking lot and easy to access. The unit is not far from Kaanapali, Lahaina or other shopping areas. It was very easy to check in and check out. We did have trouble with one of the TV's upstairs and it took a while for someone to come out and figure out what was wrong. It is a short walk to the beach, the snorkeling was OK, but there were many turtles swimming around us. We knew there was no air conditioning, but the owner had provided many fans throughout the unit. Most days this worked great, but if there is no breeze it did get warm in the unit. Overall the unit met our needs.

Absolute perfect location!! Close to Whaler's Village and Front Street in Lahaina for shopping, Slaughterhouse Beach, Honalua Bay and Flemings Beach all within 7 minute drive, and S Turns a 1 minute walk!! Check out the sea turtles taking naps at S Turns!! Wow!! Our 4 kids had so much fun!!! Condo was as advertised, plenty of room, and CLEAN!!! Pool and hot tub and grills across from condo, tennis courts, all perfect, and plenty of restaurants within minutes to walk to (Miso Phat, delicious sushi, Maui Brewing Company the Beach House, with great views for breakfast). We will be back!!

We loved our stay at E111! The condo was really nice & clean. It had everything we needed. It is in a great location close to nearby shops and restaurants. We loved how close it is to the beach. We could watch the sunset or go to the cove and snorkel with sea turtles MyPerfect Stays also offered great resources for the trip. Couldn’t ask for anything better & we hope to be back soon!

This Place's Location Was Absolutely Perfect

This place’s location was Absolutely perfect. It sits across (and has views) of s-turn beach, an unpopulated, underrated beautiful beach. The amenities were perfect, the bed was comfortable and the rooms were spacious. There are no ACs in the room but the fan and ceiling fan were enough to keep me cool through the night. The patio is perfect for dinners in the evening, and has direct access to S-turn beach. The place was clean, the kitchen was stocked with essentials and the beach chairs were provided. Bring good vibes only and enjoy. Book this place and you won’t regret.
