Kahana Sunset E4 is a ground floor, 2 bedroom, 2-bathroom condo that features ocean views and split A/C units located in both bedrooms and the living room. Unit that can accommodate up to 7 guests. The master bedroom has a king-size bed and its own TV with cable. Enjoy an evening drink or meal on the separate private lanai right off the bedroom! The en suite master bathroom has a large counter and beautiful tile surrounded walk-in shower. The guest bedroom features a queen-size bed and 2 twin-size beds. Enjoy having easy bathroom access as it is right off the bedroom. As you walk inside you'll see there's a walk-in shower similar to the master bath. The spacious living room is equipped with a couch that converts into a queen-size sofa sleeper for extra guests. The kitchen is well-stocked and has new stainless steel appliances. Dine indoors or enjoy your meal outside on your private lanai.
This unit features two floors, both with an open floor plan to create a bright and spacious living environment. Both floors have a private lanai where you can enjoy views of the gorgeous blue ocean. There are not stairs to access the unit, but there are stairs to access the second level of this condo.
Kahana Sunset is a peaceful and private oceanfront complex that offers a pool and BBQ grills. Located in Kahana, you are near some of Maui's top beaches, restaurants, bars, golf, and other activities! This boutique-style resort is made up of 6 buildings and 79 units. spanning across 4.47 acres of lush grounds. My Perfect Stays will collect upon booking the Kahana Sunset Resort fee of $75 plus tax ($78.12) so you do not need to check in at the front desk upon arrival.

Everything was great during our stay! Comfy, cozy little condo. comfortably accommodated our family of 6. Came stalked with all necessities, including beach chairs, buckets and shovels, scuba gear, etc. Pretty ocean view and nice pool. Only downfall was limited beach access. Small shoreline and the waves were too rough for the kids to play in but located very close to other shorelines where we spent our time playing in the ocean! Overall a great stay!

This is my 4th time staying at Kahana sunset, it feels like home when I arrive, the kitchen was a little on the smaller side in this condo but I was able to work my way. Great views from the lanai's.

We were two couples seeking a two bed, two bath condo. This place was worked very well for us. The MPS staff were very quick to respond when the smoke detector needed a new battery (we just disabled it till they got there.) Lovely place with a sweet little private beach that had a few fish to swim with.

A great place for families, especially with children, as they have a pool and beach access to very calm waters. Bring your snorkeling gear or buy it yourself there in Maui. MPS is pretty responsive, and the condo was very clean inside.

This place is awesome for small families. It has a king-size master with an amazing view and another bedroom with two beds that can hold three people. The place was very clean, the management company is very responsive, and they check on you. There is a great small beach steps away from the condo with a small pool and beach showers. There is a filtered water station at the pool, too, which is great for filling up your water bottles. We would definitely go back.

The condo was a perfect fit for our family and we were pleasantly surprised by the beautiful beach on the property. The home had everything a group would need during their stay, and the facilities were well maintained. We look forward to returning soon.

My friends and I (total of 6 of us) had a great stay! Very close to Kaanapali and Napili beaches and to nearby grocery stores to stock up on snack/food for the week. Free parking was a huge plus and right outside of the apartment which was great. The host provided beach accessories for us to use - chairs, beach towels, umbrella, ice chest, and snorkeling gear. The main bedroom has a great view to the beach which was a huge plus. The host had automatic messages sent to us to make sure we were having a comfortable stay. Just a heads up, if you’re planning to do Road to Hana or the Haleakalā NP sunrise tour, for Road to Hana we did the classic route and it took us about an hour to get to the beginning of the route, for Haleakalā it took us around 2 hours to get there. Overall would definitely recommend this ABNB!

Loved The Location And The Space!

Loved the location and the space. Would recommend. The unit is well maintained and has everything we needed. It is close to the action/resort areas but away from them enough that you don’t feel in top if people. Beach and pool are clean and easy/great to use for a day at “home”. I was not traveling with my family this trip but it would work well with kids. We did see whales and sea turtles from the property which was a bonus! Thanks for being part of our awesome vacation!

This listing definitely needs updating. First, there is air conditioning in the downstairs and in both bedrooms. Definitely a plus! Second, There are smoke detectors as well. Another plus. It also had snorkeling gear and PLENTY of towels for the swimming pool and the beach. There is no tv in the smaller bedroom though. Which is in the description. That was a bit of a bummer. Pretty clean overall. The linens and towels were definitely clean. There are a couple deep cleaning issues, but nothing too overwhelming. Great time in Maui. Thank you!!

My perfect stays was great. They were informative and helped every step of the way. Everything we needed they accommodated immediately. We were there for our daughters wedding and the condo was perfect size for the seven of us. We were warned of bugs before we got there and never seen any. The condo was clean and nicely decorated. The dryer was not working but they came and fixed it immediately. Unforgettable time in Maui it really was a perfect stay. Thank you to all that helped.

A nice condo in a quiet community. The kitchen is nicely stocked and we were able to cook our meals at home. There is access to a swimming pool and barbecue area. This was great for our family! We had plenty of room for everyone.

Private beach and pool make the stay here absolutely worth it, Kahana Sunset is a wonderful property. Unit is old as other reviews mention, and does not have AC. A few broken fans, including the master ceiling which can make it quite hot with the beautiful large window facing the ocean. Some closet doors are also broken, and the cabinet in the kids room had a TV, but only wiring and the mount was left which made that storage area unusable. Sofas and furniture were a bit old and stained, but kitchen pots and pans were very new and nice. We had some issues with plumbing that MyPerfectStays addressed within one business day. Liz at front office was also so kind and accommodating to help us out with issues.

We were a family of 7 there for almost a week. There were four kids from 9-15 with three adults. There are only three beds and a pull out sofa, so seven people only worked with three people in the king and two in the queen. Overall the stay was amazing. The view was great. You could see everything except the beach. The sun would set right in front of the units so it was special every single night. The bay was great for snorkeling. There were a lot of turtles and we saw them almost every single day. We went snorkeling with them twice and it was amazing not having to even drive to experience that. The sand was great for the kids wanting to play in it vs be out in the water. The pool was nice and heated. We cooked most of the meals in the kitchen and, while small, it was plenty big to cook what we needed. The only two drawbacks I would highlight were that the carpet was really old and could stand to be replaced. The other was that the unit does not have AC. The unit was listed as not having AC and with the cool evenings not having AC was fine. There were plenty of fans and we all were comfortable. That said, if you want it really cold or don't like outside air then this unit is not for you. We noticed a water leak in the ceiling the first day we were there. The water was running out of a ceiling light fixture. We called that morning and when we got back it had already been worked on. We would definitely come back and stay at this unit again.

Overall good; was surprised the furniture was older than expected from the photos and the mattresses have some sag. However, plenty of basic necessities were provided along with extra towels and linen. also very considerate to have beach supplies including boogey board for kids, folding beach chairs, and even a small cooler. No AC in apartment but plenty of fans to use to keep air circulating. Close to grocery and activities.

Swam With 7 Sea Turtles Right On Our Own Private Beach Which Was Fairly Large!

Our girls trip to Maui was great! We stayed 1 week in a condo maintained by My Perfect Stay. We were prepared for the condo to be dated so that didn’t bother us as it was quite comfortable. Plenty of seating for the 6 of us as well as comfy beds. It was a little unusual that the bathrooms were both upstairs but not really a problem. Kitchen was a tight squeeze but again no complaints as it had everything we needed. Cleaning crew could have done a better job with some dishes and as others mentioned the ceiling fans were dirty, but overall it was clean and comfortable. The grounds are very pretty and the private beach was amazing! Swam with 7 sea turtles right on our own private beach which was fairly large. We had an issue with our glass louvers on our door not wanting to close ( the mechanism appeared very old) a few minutes after I had gotten it to close I heard one of the glass louvers fall to the ground outside and break. I immediately got in touch with My Perfect Stays office and Jasmine called back right away and set up maintenance to come right out and replace it. They replaced the glass and the mechanism in a jiffy . Very happy with the great service. Would definitely use My Perfect Stay again when in Hawaii.

Perfect location, private beach with lots of turtles! Nice pool, incredible views, anything you could need! Only thing missing is a hot tub. This particular unit was great, loved watching the whales from the balcony. Loved that my car is right out the front door. Perfect for all the day trips and loading/unloading the car. Best location on the island too! Only thing was it’s dated and the carpet needs a cleaning or to be replaced. Would stay here again next time for sure though!

The property management was very responsive, the place had plenty of room and accommodations for us. The beach had great swimming and snorkeling. While the property was a further drive from the airport we did not have to travel far to enjoy Maui.

Great unit to accommodate our family of five adults. Two bedrooms and a fold out sofa worked perfectly. We enjoyed the location right on its own beach, which was great for swimming and snorkeling. Turtles greeted us at our first swim and you can see, and hear the parrot fish crunching away at the coral in the small bay. Our first morning we were greeted by whale spouts in the distance! Then we were surrounded and enjoyed spotting whales frolicking at any time of day from the lanais. The grounds are spotless and there is even a small herb garden with rosemary, mint and basil. A short walk for groceries, restaurants or snorkel rental.

This place is in a nice serene spot - a value for money. The views from the top floor is great. The rooms are a little cramped for space if you are travelling with a large group and a lot of luggage. Otherwise everything else is just awesome.

10 years since losing our oldest son we finished up our 50 state adventure with our other children. After some chaos surrounding the reservation, Dave was very reasonable to deal with. I appreciate the upfront pricing with my perfect stay and if we ever have the opportunity to visit again I will definitely book through their website and company.
