Kahana Manor 501 Description

Kahana Manor 501 is a beautifully remodeled 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo on the 5th-floor condo that can accommodate up to 6 guests. You have easy access to the condo as the condominium offers elevator access and one assigned parking space for your convenience. Dine inside or outside on your lanai, a great place to enjoy a meal! The condo offers ceiling fans in each room, and there are portable air conditioners for your comfort. The kitchen features filtered drinking water, bright white cabinets, stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and modern finishes. In the master bedroom, you will find a comfortable king-size bed and large mirrored closet doors. Slide the barn door to reveal the ensuite bathroom, also freshly remodeled and has a walk-in shower. The guest bedroom features a queen-size bed, which is close to the guest bathroom and offers a bathtub and shower combo. For additional guests, a queen-size sofa bed is available in the living area. Pack light as unit 501 is equipped with a washer and dryer for your convenience.

Kahana Manor is a condominium complex that features shops, a pub, and restaurants on the first level. A wonderful vibrant neighborhood area that is central to many nearby beaches such as Napili Bay, Kapalua Bay, and many more. The Kahana Beach is across the street and has a soft, sandy entry to the ocean.

My Perfect Stays professionally manages this condo. Our team of professionals is located in Maui to provide our guests with exceptional service. In addition, we have after-hours emergency dispatchers to assist when needed.

Standard Cancellation Policy:
If cancellation notice is received 30 or more days prior to the check-in date, a 100% refund will be refunded within 10-14 business days from receipt of written cancellation.

For a cancellation notice received after 14 days prior to the check-in date, a refund will not be issued other than the departure cleaning fee.

Photos and reviews do not do enough justice to just how great this place truly is. We knew going to Maui for the first time we wanted a place that was far enough from resorts but close enough to the beach, and this place was exactly it. We were a 5 minute walk from a beach with the most perfect view of the extraordinary Hawaiian sunsets. The condo is also near so many great local eats, but avoid the sushi spot in the 1st floor- it was not good! The condo had EVERYTHING we needed, from ice trays to beach towels and chairs. This condo is fully renovated with the whole works in appliances and air conditioning units. We wanted for nothing in the condo, it was truly FULLY equipped, and the view from the balcony was awesome. All items were in excellent working condition and the place was impeccably clean- I'm a stickler for cleanliness and this place went above and beyond my expectations, so much so that I slept so well in the sheets and felt confident using the towels provided. Also, keypad entry made it easy to come and go from the condo. If you are traveling with kids, or infants, as we did (19 month old): we brought our own pack-n-play and only wished we had brought some type of booster chair. Otherwise the place is toddler friendly, nothing excessively sharp or dangerous and no easily accessible breakables. If you are a parent of a little one, we highly recommend this place, it was spacious, and our little one loved the balcony views. We look forward to many more trips to Maui, and hope to stay at this awesome condo again! Mahalo!

The accommodations were great! Very cute! The advertised starter kit for shampoo and conditioner is just they so if you have lots of hair you'll need your own shampoo. It's easy to get into, it was clean, they have thoughtful supplies around including beach chairs. The view of of the ocean was great. So many places close by that were helpful for food and supplies. I would definitely stay again! We had 6 people in our group and stayed comfortably! It was nice having 2 bathrooms. I thought it was a great value!

Aloha! We had a great experience at Maui island, the apartment close to the beach was a plus at the end of the day after exploring the island. It was clean and all amenities were as described. The only suggestion we have is to provide more maintenance to the a/c unit in the living room. Communication with host was the best, they answered always fast and courteous.

Easy to locate and check in! Amazing view! Very convenient access to food, water rental gear, and beach. The beach is down the street and not crowded at all! The place is very nice and everything is modern. Has a big enough kitchen and fridge to cook :) I loved my stay!

This condo has great views, nice amenities, and convenient location to everything from the supermarket to nice beaches. It’s about 40 minutes from the OGG airport but the drive is beautiful!

I Would Stay Again!

This was the first time that I have used Airbnb and overall it was really nice, I did love the location and the apartment was super cute. There is a lot to do over in that area, a McDonalds is walking distance away as well as shops and restaurants and a gas station/ convenience store, also you are about a 5 minute walk from the beach which is so nice. I would definitely stay here again in the future.

Great place to stay with two couples. I looked all over the island to find a 2 bedroom/2 bathroom condo before finding this one. It was very private and comfortable. We really appreciated having a washer/dryer and the beach gear!

What a great place. Worked perfectly for our 4 person family. Great location perfectly near all the places you want to visit without paying the resort prices. Beach house restaurant is a hidden gem as is Miso Phat. Will definitely return!

We had a fantastic time here. The condo was clean, comfortable and very close to the beach. We loved enjoying our morning coffee on the lanai and the various amenities provided. There are easily accessible restaurants and shops on the first floor of the building. Booking was a breeze and we will definitely stay here on our next visit to Maui.

100% recommend Kahana Manor. The condo is on the 5th floor and has a beautiful view. It’s super easy to get around near the condo. They had everything you need available including chairs, cooler, umbrella, and all the amenities. We truly appreciate My Perfect Stays for having a clean and beautiful space!

The Condo Was Fully Stocked With More Than Enough For A Weeks Stay

Newly remodeled modern corner fifth floor suite. The condo was fully stocked with more than enough for a weeks stay. Air conditioner in every room and a code lock to get in so no worry about keys. Screen doors to keep the pest out and a balcony overlooking the pool when looking from the sides. There is a pool and when we went there was never anyone in it. the place pretty much has everything you need including a couple of body boards and beach towels. Its hard to find anything to not like about this stay other than the location. It is quite a way away from hana and kihei if you plan to go there. Plan to eat early because restaurants do close early here.

Professional and clear communication

Professional and clear communication from the initial time of enquiry, throughout the booking process and to check in and check out. The condo building is a little old however the actual unit has been tastefully and professionally renovated to a high standard. Very comfortable bedding, exceptionally clean, thoughtful inclusions with camp chairs, boogie boards provided. Quiet location close to beach where we were able to watch the sea turtles and sunset. Short drive to beautiful snorkeling spots.

Beach Was Walking Distance and The View Was Great From The Balcony

The place was great overall. Ac were window units so the air coming in between the cracks did make it loud at times, and the elevator was broken all 5 days. The unit is on the 5th floor so it was quite a hike every time we got home. There’s a cute coffee shop across the street that we walked to every morning. Best avocado toast! Beach was walking distance and the view was great from the balcony. Would stay again.

Lovely location, fantastic view and minutes away from the beach. Host was very responsive and Condo was well equipped with all the basic amenities and we throughly enjoyed the stay. Highly recommend this to anyone who is looking for a great accommodation in Maui.

Our stay here was wonderful! The place was very clean, comfortable, and felt spacious with our group of five. Beach towels and beach chairs were provided - that was such a nice perk! My Perfect Stays offered tons of information and help along the way.

This apartment is very clean, comfortable and exactly as described. We loved it, felt it was a quieter area than Lahaina for staying. The instructions were all clear and accurate and communication top notch. The decor is smart and calm and the beds were very comfortable. Lovely balcony for breakfast or a glass of wine at the end of the day. We didn’t find a beach in walking distance to spend much time but the nice beaches aren’t far away in the car. Definitely would recommend this condo!

Clean, Convenient, Comfortable

We had a fantastic stay at Kahana Manor. The unit was very clean and stayed cool throughout the day. With the windows and fans, we didn't need the A/C at all. The location was very convenient for walking to the beach, picking up something at the convenience store on the ground floor, and heading to Lahaina for some great food and whale watching. The parking and elevator were close to the unit and check in/out was smooth and easy. When the screen door came loose, the management company sent someone to fix it right away. With 3 adults, we had a very comfortable stay and appreciated the amenities like the filtered water spout, beach chairs and towels, and small cooler. The lanai was a perfect spot for morning coffee and the sunset views. We would definitely stay at this unit again for a future trip to Maui!

Stay was Wonderful

Our stay here was wonderful. The condo itself is an older building but the unit is beautifully updated. The rental includes one parking spot which is great for a smaller car but a tad bit tight for a van since it’s on the corner near a large pit. Very clean and had everything we needed including a small cooler and beach chairs. The location is excellent, just steps away from the beach. There is a pizza spot in the building that is great, Maui brewing and a coffee shop a block over. The grocery store in the building was a bit outdated but had the essentials, but one block over in the gas station is whalers general store which had everything including some of the best poke. We had a minor issue with the microwave but the rental team was very quick to bring up a replacement. We travelled with a toddler and the space was great for him. When we come back to Maui we will for sure be trying to stay here again. Being so close to everything is Lahaina was awesome and the view from the deck was beautiful. Can’t say enough about how much we enjoyed our stay and how nice and clean it was!

The condo was perfect for our 9 night stay on Maui. The location was a short walk to the beach, had a general store nearby, and included beach chairs to make each day a great one. Check in was quick and easy and check out was a breeze!

We Had a Great Stay

We had a great stay - comfortable and well equipped unit with a fantastic balcony which was a great place to watch the sunrise or relax after a busy day. Walk over to get coffee and breakfast from Hawaiian Village Coffee (up the hill behind the gas station) and bring it back to enjoy outside. Short drive to Whalers Village and Ka’anapali - we were able to explore entire island from this location.

The location was great, the apartment was recently remodeled and it looks great! It has one assigned parking but for the second car, we were always a!ble to find parking at the visitors spot. 100% recommended

We had a wonderful stay at this property. With 3 adults and 2 kids, this accommodation suited us well. The property was as-advertised and had wonderful views of the sunset. There's one assigned parking spot, which was very convenient and was located about 50 yards away from the elevator. At night, the room nearest the street does get a little noisy, but it wasn't too bad. The AC units are a bit loud, but after a few nights, you get used to them. The towels, linens, beach chairs, kitchen utensils, and other accommodations were all well-maintained and proved to be very useful. The in-suite laundry is a must and worked very well. All-in-all, we would stay at this property again and look forward in doing so.

The check in process was smooth and the inside of the condo was equipped with everything you would need for the beach and had ample room for personal belongings. The condo was clean and modern. It was very quiet and had quick access to stores and restaurants as well as being a small walk away to the beach. Not only were the views beautiful from the master bedroom, but the furniture and accents suited the condo very well making it feel like you were at home.

Awesome place to stay. Very clean and close to a lot. Stores right below on the bottom level for anything you might need. Great location and beautiful condo. Host is attentive and check in/check out process was seamless.

Great location close to the beach, sea view from the balcony, the apartment was in great shape, all appliances are new, all accessories and everything we needed inc. beach towels. It was clear the host is very considerate and is going above and beyond. Host is very responsive and welcoming. Great breeze on the 5th floor (elevator in the building)

What a clean and well maintained place, the bathrooms were in like new condition, it’s nice to have a washer and dryer to do laundry after a day at the beach, the swimming pool was great and they let you have the pool to yourself for one whole hour at a time, there is a Macdonalds and gas station ⛽️ less than 3 minutes away from the condo, The view from the balcony is very nice, Lahaina is only 10-15 minutes away so you don’t have to drive far to eat at a restaurant. You get a designated parking spot during your stay so you don’t have to worry about finding parking. They even have a ninja to make smoothies if you like. My only issue was the Cable TV, I was not able to make it work,it kept asking to sign in into my own Netflix and Prime accounts, there is no really cable ready when you turn on the tv. I highly recommend this place, My Perfect Stays is very professional and they mean business when it comes to comfort and customer service. Thank you for doing such a good job making me and my family feel welcome . I will book with them next year instead of The Hyatt hotel.
