E Komo Mai “welcome” to Hale Mahina B105! Hale Mahina B105 is a ground floor, one bedroom, one-bathroom condo that sleeps 4 guests. Although this unit does not offer air conditioning, stay cool inside with ceiling fans throughout! The entire unit boasts new, beautiful floors with an open layout, a brand new Flat Screen and features a Queen sleeper sofa for extra guests. Preparing meals will be a pleasure in the pristine kitchen with beautiful cabinets and full size appliances. The master bedroom includes a comfortable King size bed and smart TV to wind down after a long day in the sun. The bathroom features a large walk in shower and is equipped with a washer and dryer for added convenience.

Recently, the unit was upgraded and furnished with beautiful modern Hawaiian decor. Enjoy fresh paint, new floors and baseboards throughout as well as tastefully updated furniture. Enjoy peek-a-boo oceanfront views from your private lanai.

• The Public Beach Access Pathway project is slated to begin Q4 2026. A pathway is being added to the south side of the property abutting the drainage canal running from the street to the landing below the beach. Exact work dates to be determined.

• Pending Seawall and Sink Hole repairs. The AOAO is working with the County of Maui regarding this project. There is no repair schedule at this time. The resort expects to maintain lawn and full beach access throughout all future work phases, however some area may be cordoned off for safety

You'll also have direct pool access to enjoy sunbathing or grilling out by the BBQ. Hale Mahina has amazing beach access and it is the perfect environment for swimming, snorkeling, sunbathing, sunsets and spotting sea turtles! In the winter months, experience the amazing views of mother whales breaching with their newborn calves directly from the resort. Hale Mahina Resort is a oceanfront property, and beach conditions vary seasonally due to natural ocean and coastal changes.

Located between Ka'anapali and Kapalua in West Maui - a quaint secluded condominium complex with lushly landscaped grounds featuring palm trees, hibiscus, plumeria and orchids for guests to enjoy. Just steps from the condo, enjoy world class snorkeling or stroll the beach, known for attracting turtles. Refresh in the oceanfront pool, relax in the Jacuzzi, BBQ outdoors, or lounge under the swaying palm trees on the well-manicured oceanfront lawn. Hale Mahina is conveniently located minutes away from the best golf courses, shopping, dining, beaches and the famous historic town of Lahaina. There are no resort fees.

When you make your reservation with this condo at Hale Mahina, you agree that you have fully disclosed how many occupants will be traveling in your group. The maximum occupancy is mandatory and there are no exceptions. If you reserve this condo and there are more individuals that are found to be occupying the unit, you will be asked to vacate the property and all deposits are forfeited.

Aloha, we want to write a review of this wonderful vacation! We needed time for this, because after arriving home we immediately plunged into workdays. But every day we remember this unforgettable island of Maui. And especially the candidum that we chose HALE MAHINA B105. We really liked the location of the apartments. The landscaping around was very important, we saw how people take care of it all. Sitting on the terrace near the house, we were practically invisible because of the plants, which allowed us to feel secluded and romantic. Ten steps away is a swimming pool with a hydromassage section, which is beautifully illuminated in the evening - this is excellent relaxation. I want to note that every morning I saw how they cleaned the pool and looked after the territory. Automatic watering of the grass and all the plants, in the evenings, allows the greenery to smell fragrant. There were enough people, but no one interfered with each other, everything was comfortable. An ideal view of the azure ocean in which turtles swam from time to time and we watched them with pleasure. It's just a miracle. The ocean water is incredible, clean and warm. But it's good that we took special swimming shoes with us, because where you swim there are places with stones and it's more comfortable when your feet are protected. But even this was thought out by the hotel owners - there were such shoes in the room in different sizes. The room itself was equipped with everything you need, we did not need anything extra at all. Dishes, towels, washing capsules, tablets for the dishwasher, shampoo, shower gel, hair conditioner. It was also cozy and clean. Parking near the hotel is free and it is very convenient. For the last five days we rented a car and traveled to the volcano and to Hana. A magnificent place, but the trip to Hana is still an attraction. You need to overcome the road for 2 hours, it is very winding and in places one-way. My husband said that after such a drive he felt like he had been in a gym. Waterfalls, bamboo groves and simply beautiful nature were worth it. We walked for groceries so that there would be at least some activity, it takes 20 minutes to get to the Time store. Basically, everything you need is there. We called a car back via Uber and drove with full bags for $6. And then when we rented a car, then of course we drove it. In general, when we arrived home and the work week began, we remember our vacation with warm feelings thanks to the wonderful house where we lived and the team of professionals My Perfect Stays who monitors all this. Thank you! P.S. We use a translator when we write because we don't know English. And the translation may not be entirely correct in some cases. But I think the meaning is clear.

We had a great stay! The place was nicely updated and felt comfortable. It was conveniently located close to the pool, and the beach access was fantastic, just a short walk ver the lawn. Overall, a really enjoyable experience and we'd definitely consider staying here again.

We had a great time spending 6 nights at the condo. The location is great and the beach/pool access is amazing! We rented snorkel gear and snorkeled right on the beach. Everything was great!

Great Spot, on the water!

First of all the communication from the property managers is fantastic. The unit itself was super clean and convenient. The spot is centrally located near food/groceries/activities as well as waterfront where you can swim on the small beach out front or swim in the pool. The property stated that it was pet free - this was not the case. We did wake up almost every morning of our 5 day stay to neighboring units dogs barking within the other units or in the parking lot. Not a big deal, just wanted to note since we weren't expecting pets. My only note would be that the other tenants should be respectful of the quiet hours (we were awoken at midnight one night, by another tenant that seemed to be drunk and was banging on different unit doors). The unit, location and property management itself were 10 out of 10!

We love Hale Mahina, this was our second time staying there. It's quiet and the people that stay there are always incredibly nice. You can walk right out onto a great beach, there's turtles and the whale watching is spectacular. The amenities are very good as well, it's just a wonderful and quiet place to stay.

Couldn't Have Been Happier With Our Stay At This Condo At Hale Mahina

We stayed six nights at this condo in June. The condo was very clean and had all the amenities needed for a great stay. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils, cutlery, and appliances. There were beach towels, 2 boogie boards, small coolers, and beach chairs. The condo is right outside the pool making it easy to walk in and out of and there is a small beach right outside past the pool! We saw turtles in the water and they also took rest on the beach. We reviewed lots of condos and hotels and we couldn’t have been happier with our stay at this condo at Hale Mahina. The area is surrounded by other condos/apartments but again, there is a small beach attached to the grounds which was fantastic. The location is just a short 2 min drive or even walking distance to restaurants, coffee shops, food trucks, and a grocery store. While visiting Maui should be all about the outdoors, swimming, and sightseeing, our time relaxing at the condo, pool, and beach really made the trip!

Excellent! The location is perfect!!!

Excellent! The location is perfect, the condo is on the first floor, right by the pool, just steps from the beach. We went to the pool and beach every morning, right from the patio. Several times the turtles were sleeping at the beach. The condo was clean, freshly remodeled, fully stocked with everything we needed, including beach chairs and even snorkeling gear and beach toys for the kids. About 45 minutes from airport, 10 minutes from Lahaina town center. It was perfect space for 2 adults and 2 kids. We enjoyed our 1 week vacation and would come back in the future.

This Condo Was Wonderful

We really enjoyed our stay in Maui, and this condo was wonderful. Very roomy, and It has everything you need… the kitchen was extremely well appointed! The patio is very private with lots of foliage and only steps away from the pool and hot tub. We did have trouble opening the sliding glass door, it came off the track easily. Probably needs replaced or repaired. The bed is very comfortable and ceiling fan helped drown out the noise from outside. The bedroom just has shutters and a few times we were awoken by outdoor noise. Overall a beautiful place in a great location!

Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen in der Wohnung! Sie ist sehr gut gelegen und mit dem Pool und dem Strand einfach PERFEKT für uns gewesen. Wir haben Robben, viele Wale und noch mehr Schildkröten gesehen, diese kamen sogar an den Strand um sich zu sonnen! Alles direkt vor der Gartentür, wir können die Wohnung sehr empfehlen! Der Hausmeister war auch sehr freundlich! Und die ganze Buchung und Kommunikation war auch sehr unkompliziert. DANKE! Und wir hoffen auf bald wieder! We really liked the apartment! It is very well located and just PERFECT for us with the pool and beach. We saw seals, lots of whales and even more turtles, they even came to the beach to sunbathe! Everything right in front of the garden door, we can highly recommend the apartment! The caretaker was very friendly too! And the whole booking and communication was also very uncomplicated. THANKS! Fantastic unit at Hale Mahina in Honokowai. We’ve stay at Hale Mahina previously in another identical unit once owned by my wife’s colleague. We couldn’t be more pleased with our stay, which had to be cut short, unfortunately. Can’t recommend enough, if it’s available, stay here!

Perfect For Us

This place was perfect for us. The place was clean and provided towels, games, TV, boogy boards. The pictures provided an accurate description of the place. It was on the ground level floor and when you walked onto the patio and stepped out the pool was right there and beyond that a grassy area with the beach down below. The place was very clean and it had a detailed 3 ring binder with all the instructions about the place.

Nice Condo In A Fantastic Location

The condo was very clean and well appointed. Kitchen had everything we needed to eat in, and having the store just down the street is very convenient. The positive of being on the ground floor is the easy access to to beach. The ONLY downside is it can be a little loud on the patio being right next to the pool & hot tub. Loved the washer/dryer combo in the room as well as the unique shower floor. The management company was great with communication, even though we didn’t need anything from them over the week. Love the location and overall a fantastic atmosphere and stay

We really enjoyed our stay!

We really enjoyed our stay! The location is very convenient, between the Kaanapali resorts area and Kapalua. There is a grocery store just up the street and lots of places to eat close by. The unit is well appointed and equipped with the comforts you need. They provide the initial amenities like coffee, shampoo and conditioner, as well as laundry and dishwasher detergent for your first couple days. One thing to note, the bedroom and living room have slatted jalousie windows letting in some of the sea breeze when needed, but also any ambient noise outside comes through the slats too. The view from the living room is just as it’s pictured, but the condo complex is situated right on the ocean. So you’re 30 steps out your door to a direct beach view. We set up chairs on the lawn daily to watch the nearby sea turtles and whales out in the distance. We hope to stay again the next time we come to Hawaii!

We loved our time in this condo! It was beautiful, comfortable, clean and had everything we needed. The view of the water was great and had easy access to the pool and the beach. Wonderful location

Wonderful location with thoughtful amenities to make you feel right at home from beach items to go explore to kitchen land and utensils to the private lanai accessing a pool, hit tub, a small semi private beach that has beautiful views and sleeping sea turtles where you can swim, snorkel, see the whales and beautiful sunrise and sunsets. Overall, this condo property is great. It has easy access to a beach and pool. Several turtles hung out near us everyday. The pool is not heated, so in January it was a bit too chilly to enjoy. The condo is perfect for 2 people. The master bed is very comfortable, but the sofa pullout leaves a lot to be desired.

Great Stay

We had a great stay at the condo - the check-in was really easy despite our late arrival, the location is a lot more peaceful than some of the busier parts of Kaanapali, and we got to see sea turtles and whales from our lanai! The only thing we weren’t expecting was that the bedroom in the front has closed shutters as a wall for better ventilation, so you do get some significant noise from people coming and going. It definitely helps with the heat though!

Beautiful place with quick access to beach and pool

Beautiful place esp with families with kids.. the place had everything needed including pool floats, noodles, reef walkers etc. the pool was right few steps away from the room and beach was small and low tides so kids can enjoy. The beach had few rocks for which the reef walkers were really useful. We even saw few turtles on the beach during our stay. The pool was great too. Hot tub was small but very enjoyable:) overall a great place

A little slice of heaven right on the shore! We have stayed in hawaii yearly for the past 12 years and this has been a favorite! No expenses spared making this place nice! Highlights: sea turtles that nap on beach right out your lanai, a shower that felt like a Hawaiian waterfall, top quality linens, spacious living room, garden walk way to the pool/beach. Walked my baby 1/2 mile to the beach park and farmers market!
