Located in building #11, this ground-floor unit can comfortably accommodate up to 6 guests with a King-size bed in the master bedroom, a King-size bed in the guest bedroom, and Queen-size sleeper sofa bed in the living space. The open-concept living area features Hawaiian theme furniture and large flat-screen TV. Stay cool with a window A/C unit and ceiling fans in the living room.
Unwind and watch golf professionals from the private lanai with a dining table for four or dine inside and enjoy the views from the large sliding doors and plantation style shutters. The remodeled kitchen is fully equipped with stainless-steel appliances, custom lighting, custom cabinets, and granite countertops. Ample counterspace making meal prepping a breeze and provides additional seating for 2.
The main living area has plenty of seating with a sectional Queen size sleeper sofa, dining table for four, and additional counter seating. For entertainment, there is a wall-mounted flat-screen TV equipped with cable in the living room and Wi-Fi is complimentary throughout.

We LOVED staying at our Perfect Stay Condo in South Kihei/Wailea! The location was ideal—a short walk to a great coffee shop & a little longer walk to what turned out to be one of our favorite beaches! The two-bedroom unit was perfect for our family, with all the necessities—a full kitchen, air conditioning, morning coffee on the deck overlooking the golf course and sunrise, beach chairs, a wagon for all the beach gear, and even a washer & dryer! There are two pools & jacuzzi areas on campus, with plenty of bbqs available for grilling your favorite meal. The hosts communicated well and often—no surprises! We will definitely consider staying here again!

We enjoyed our morning coffee on our deck, in the sun, watching the golfers go by. The condo was well equipped with 2 umbrellas, 4 beach chairs, toys for the beach and snorkel gear. It was a nice floor plan for 2 couples. The pool area and grounds are very tropical. We always love our time at Grand Champions.

Great location, good home base if staying in Wailea. We had breakfast on the balcony looking out onto the golf course each morning, which was a nice treat. Both pools on the property were lovely. Management was quick to respond to any questions or issues. We enjoyed our stay! FYI - there are 4 beach chairs, 4 beach towels, 1 beach umbrella, and a beach wagon available for guest use. Check the closets!

The condo is well equipped and beautifully furnished. The view of the golf course is beautiful to watch the sunrise and enjoy an evening meal. The kitchen is well equipped, could use a few updates for knives and cookware, but overall had most everything we needed to cook many meals. The two pools are cozy with lots of seating and there are multiple grills for outdoor cooking. It is a short walk to shopping and watching beautiful sunsets at Wailea. It is also within 10 minutes of some great snorkeling. This is our second time staying and we would stay there again.

Wonderful place in beautiful part of Maui. Enjoyed the peacefulness of the area. Turned out to be a needed escape as the internet did not work and the cellular connection was horrible if ATT. Definitely the value of the stay was better than expected. Would stay in the same place again. Neighbors were nice and quiet too.

We had a great stay at Grand Champions! We really liked the location as it was quiet but close to the beach, restaurants, and highways. We were super thankful for the cooler and ice packs that were there already so that we could pack lunches on our long outings across the island. We had a small issue getting in that was entirely our fault, but they were kind and helpful and immediately responded.

This condo was great for our group. Well-stocked with beach towels, chairs, umbrellas, and snorkels. Location was great – walking distance to the Wailea Shops. We had a few minor snafus (dead lightbulb, shower that wouldn't turn off) that the host helped to remedy in a timely fashion.

I am giving our stay here a ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ EVERYTHING else was AWESOME upon arrival of the property. The parking fronted the unit. There was more than enough Towels linen comforters toilet paper, clorox dish soap laundry PODS playpen pull wagon cooler beach toys blow mattress first aid supplies. You name it. This unit was stacked! Although we didnt use most, it was there if needed! When we come back to Maui this will be our spot! Definitely. ONLY downside was the 4pm checkin and 10am checkout. 3pm and 11am would have been terrific BUT not worth losing a star!😉😉 Aloha & God bless DA Wa'a Ohana🤙🏽

We loved our stay in Wailea! As other mentioned, very well equipped Airbnb. The kitchen had everything we needed, extra towels and pillows. Our favorite part was there were already beach chairs and umbrellas. Note, beach isn’t really walkable if you have lots of beach items, but a quick drive to multiple spots to park. Golf course view, and easy communication to the property management. Check in so easy with lockbox entry.

This was the best stocked Air BnB we’ve ever stayed at! Clean, as shown, and everything we needed! The building/grounds are also nice and an easy walk to the Wailea shops and doable walk to the beach! The rest of this review is NOT a negative on the condo, as it was great, but rather an FYI as you’re choosing the best place for your trip: The beds are super soft and cozy! If however you need a firmer bed, these might not be for you. Historically in Hawaii we’ve had a lanai with an ocean view, even if far in the distance. We discovered we still prefer an ocean view. The golf course is however beautiful and still a relaxing view! A great view for sunrise, however shortly after it will be really hot with direct sun until midday. All and all, a great condo and good value! The communication and property company were also great!

This unit is the best of the ones I have used at this complex. Super comfy beds and couches, updated bathrooms and kitchen, and just great lighting and a quiet spot in the resort. This place was in the perfect location. Walking distance to a market that had EVERYTHING you could need. Walking distance to two beautiful beaches. The condo itself was perfect with amenities, cleanliness and the fact that it was 2B, 2B was great!

Nice decor. Well stocked kitchen. Beach equipment could be updated as are pretty worn. Dishwasher had some issues with with locking mechanism. Overall very nice place and enjoyed our stay.

The upside...I appreciated the upgrades and the home was well furnished. The towels were nearly new and luxurious! Even the beach towels. The view of the golf course was second to none. Room for improvement. It took quite some time to figure out the front door lock. You could be a little more detail in the introduction email to avoid that. There was little hanging space in the closet, because they’re used as utility closets. The condo has little direct light so it was dark unless we had all the lights on. The cleaning crew could probably use a nudge. There was trash under the console table and in the couch cushions. Overall, it was a lovely stay.

We stayed here for our wedding on the beach, it was so perfect for our wedding/Honeymoon. We brought our immediate family and everyone was comfortable. The bathroom with the big shower was amazing!! If we are ever able to make a trip to Hawaii, we will definitely stay here again. It’s also very conveniently close to shops and malls and beautiful beaches!!

Lovely condo with everything you need! Had a great kitchen setup- so perfect for cooking. :) it’s also nice, private, and cozy. Will definitely consider this place again when coming to Maui!!

The place was nicely appointed. Comfortable seating areas, well stocked kitchen, comfy beds. Extra nice touches like big fluffy beach towels and a bin full of snorkel gear (which came in handy as you can snorkle from pretty much every beach in Wailea). The pool was nice. A bit of a drive to the beach (5 mins by car, walking not really an option). 7 min walk to the shops, very handy. Quiet location, very relaxing

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this Grand Champions condo. The lanai backs out over the pristine Blue Golf Course. We had plenty of room for our family of 5. The kitchen is nicely appointed, the walk in shower and closet were delightful, the A/C and fans were refreshing, and the location can’t be beat. There are two pools close by inside the complex. I recommend checking the schedule of activities at the Shops down the street. They offer Ukelele, lei making, and a free small Polynesian dance show. The beaches are within walking distance and there is a storage container on the lanai full of beach toys and snorkel gear. We will be back. Mahalo!

The condo is exactly what you would expect from the description and photos. It is in the beautiful area of Wailea with quick access to the best snorkel beaches. You can walk to shops or restaurants and it is minutes to Kihei. The bedrooms are huge and the beds are super comfortable. The living area was cozy for the five of us. Bring an air mattress to put on the foldout bed though, it’s not very padded. The kitchen is stocked with way more than we expected. There are two pools with plenty of seating and grilling stations. We loved every bit of our stay. The vacation rental company was a pleasure to work with as well.
