Kamaole Sands Resort is located in South Maui in a town called Kihei and just across the street from Kamaole III Beach. This is a perfect beach for swimming, snorkeling, sunbathing and spotting sea turtles! It is close to many shops, restaurants and grocery stores. Located in South Kihei, this resort is close to many of Maui's top 10 beaches, such as Wailea Beach and Makena Beach. Kamaole Sands is 15 acres of tropical grounds that features four tennis courts, an expansive pool area with wading pool, two spas, exercise facility, and BBQ with outdoor dining area. Plus enjoy a Mai Tai party with Hula Show on Wednesdays.

Kamaole Sands 3-101 has a split A/C system (one in the living area and the other in the bedroom), is a 1-bedroom, 2-bath condo situated on the ground floor level and can accommodate up to 2 guests. Enjoy the lush beauty of Maui from this single level condo and take a swim at the resort pool or at the nearby Kamaole Beach Park just across the street! Relax on your beautiful lanai while enjoying garden and peek-a-boo, partial ocean views.
The interior is remodeled and provides all the comforts of home: a convenient and well-stocked kitchen, updated décor, comfortable living area, a 55" TV, and complimentary WiFi. This unit features a king bed in the bedroom and a 55" TV for your enjoyment!
We will provide one-time starter items for your convenience: dish soap, laundry soap, and dryer sheets. There will also be a one-time starter kit of Maui-made Papaya Noni shampoo, conditioner, body lotion and body soap.
This condo is managed professionally by My Perfect Stays, an on-island property management company.
There will be construction occurring at Kamaole Sands from April 2024 to December 2025. Building 3's project will take place June 20th - August 9th. This includes work on waste water pipes, replacement of PVC pipes within bathroom and kitchen walls, and roof replacements. Throughout this period, there might be noise due to construction activities, and parking availability could be limited.
Standard Cancellation Policy:
If cancellation notice is received 30 or more days prior to the check-in date, a 100% refund will be refunded within 5-7 business days from receipt of written cancellation.
If cancellation notice is received at least 14 days prior to the check-in date, 50% of the booking will be refunded within 5-7 business days from receipt of written cancellation.
For a cancellation notice received after 14 days prior to the check-in date, a refund will not be issued other than the departure cleaning fee.
