Located between Ka'anapali and Kapalua in West Maui, the Hale Mahina has lushly landscaped grounds including palms, hibiscus, plumeria and orchids. It is conveniently located minutes away from the best golf courses, shopping, dining, beaches and the famous historic town of Lahaina. Just steps from the condo, enjoy world class snorkeling or stroll the beach, known for attracting turtles. Refresh in the oceanfront pool, relax in the Jacuzzi, BBQ outdoors, or lounge under the swaying palm trees on the well-manicured oceanfront lawn.


Hale Mahina A 102 does not have A/C. This is a ground floor one-bedroom, one-bathroom unit making it convenient to unload groceries and beach equipment.

Recently, the unit was upgraded and furnished with beautiful modern Hawaiian decor throughout this home. The master bedroom features a comfortable Queen size bed with bamboo sliding doors for privacy. The bathroom features a newly renovated shower and is equipped with a new washer and dryer for added convenience. Enjoy direct oceanfront views, not only from the large spacious lanai, but also from the living room, kitchen, and dining area. The living room boasts beautiful dark hardwood floors with an open layout and includes a sofa sleeper. Preparing meals will be a pleasure in the pristine kitchen with beautiful new cabinets and stainless-steel appliances.

Hale Mahina Resort enforces a strict maximum occupancy policy. Please note all guests over the age of 2 years old is counted as a guest. This resort offers complimentary parking and does not charge a resort fee.

This condo is professionally managed by My Perfect Stays, an on-island property management company.  Complimentary concierge is available to our guests.

All Reservations are Subject to the Following Occupancy Clause:
When you make your reservation with this condo at Hale Mahina, you agree that you have fully disclosed how many occupants will be traveling in your group. The maximum occupancy is mandatory and there are no exceptions. If you reserve this condo and there are more individuals that are found to be occupying the unit, you will be asked to vacate the property and all deposits are forfeited.

Standard Cancellation Policy:
If cancellation notice is received 30 or more days prior to the check-in date, a 100% refund will be refunded within 5-7 business days from receipt of written cancellation.
If cancellation notice is received at least 14 days prior to the check-in date, 50% of the booking will be refunded within 5-7 business days from receipt of written cancellation.
For a cancellation notice received after 14 days prior to the check-in date, a refund will not be issued other than the departure cleaning fee.
