Many years ago stayed in Kahana, nice place but didn't care for area, beach. This trip I stayed in this absolutely lovely and comfortable unit, perfect for just me. Good neighborhood, peaceful, beautiful, plenty of places close by to visit, many turtles cruising. Friendly folks, great pool, enjoyed walking the steep beach with shade available if needed. Breathed deeply, often. Loved it.

We had an absolutely amazing time in Maui! We have been visiting the island for 30 years and own timeshare there. We were fortunate enough to be able to extend our trip for a week, which was a VERY last-minute decision! This property management company was a pleasure to work with and accommodated our needs. They responded to calls and emails promptly and answered any questions that we had. They couldn’t have been more helpful! As for the unit it was spectacular. Compact but had everything we needed for a perfect Stay. The kitchen was well stocked, and the views from the deck were amazing. We would highly recommend this property as well as My Perfect Stays property management company and cannot wait to return to Maui again.

Wow, what a view. We specifically booked this unit because of the previous reviews regarding the view and it did not disappoint. We saw dozens of turtles on a daily basis. Snorkelling is possible from the buildings shore but we recommend to walk 150m south at a site called S-Bend. The studio itself is very charming and spacious, the balcony furniture is great. The location is pretty good too as we were only 5-10 minutes away from all the good restaurants. There was two concerns which the management company addressed immediately so we were satisfied. Overall, a great stay and we would book again.

This was our second stay at VI1207...why mess with perfection? The property is located directly on the water and is conveniently located with walking distance of bars, restaurants and shops (the bus stop is also right in front of the property - parking is free, but we like the carefree of walking or riding when day drinking). The unit itself is beautiful - the owner has obvious pride of ownership. And the shower has great water pressure which was a nice bonus! This place is SPOTLESS and the decor is adorable. We spent many days on its private lanai counting our blessings. You cannot go wrong with VI1207! Mahalo!

The place is pretty much what they describe! The view from the apt is amazing! We were able to see turtles from our balcony and the sunset is amazing every day! It is also very close to Lahaina downtown area where there are many restaurants. The only problem there is finding park. However, there are a few restaurants walking distance to the apt which is pretty convenient. When we were there the Wi-Fi was not showing up for us (this was not a big deal for us, as we had our 5g and we rarely used internet for anything). So we didn’t spend much time trying to solve the issue. The apt can get a bit warm, but the additional fan they provide is very nice and for us was enough! It was also nice to have some beach items like beach chairs available to us. My only complaint is that they could be a bit more flexible with check in time. I understand this is not always possible, but 0 flexibility it does hurt a bit. I am still giving 5 stars because I knew this in advance and the place is great.

The space was small but didn’t feel like it! It was open and inviting. The views were spectacular, the location was perfect, and the beach was only steps away! There were even beach chairs, beach umbrella, swim noodles, and snorkels and fins for us to use!

We had a wonderful stay in this beautiful condo. Fantastic views of whales in the channel and turtles down below. Great sunset views. Perfect size for 2. The murphy bed was surprisingly very comfortable. One of the most comfortable beds we’ve ever had in any condo! My only input would be better lighting. There were not bed side tables with lamps. We like to read in bed. Luckily I had brought a headlamp and used that. We moved a little table and lamp to the other side of the bed. Would definitely stay here again!

Let me start by saying…best view ever!! Walk right out of building to wonderful beach. Saw whales many times from balcony. The snorkeling was fabulous right in front of the place-turtles, puffers, goatfish, and many others. Great central location too so much-near Lahaina, Kanaapali-go to black rock. It was exactly as described, truly a paradise view of paradise!! Will definitely recommend and would love to come back!!

Maui Whale Watching Trip!

The view from the balcony was amazing! We saw lots of whales, turtles and even a seal from our balcony. The property was clean and well maintained. We enjoyed our stay! One of the elevators was down and we were on the 12th floor but we didn’t have too much of an issue with it. The kitchen and bathroom could use some updating but we had everything we needed. I would definitely stay at this property again!

What stands out for this location is the awesome view to the ocean. We went in Februrary and saw always whales blowing, diving, breaching. All clean, good communication. Definitely can recommend!

View from Lanai is the best you can get! We saw so many whales, turtles, flying fish everyday. Unit is on 12th floor with awesome unobstructed view. Beach is walkable just below. Overall very happy with our stay. One issue to watch out - water shortage declared in the area starting Dec 27. Although understandingly this situation is out of control of the host, we were out of water for hours for some days.

When I booked this place, I had a little ‘this must be too good to be true’ anxiety. When we arrived, we were not disappointed. The photos are 100% accurate, the place is 20 yards from a lovely uncrowded beach, they had beach chairs and everything you could possibly want. I thought it was just a selling point when they mentioned watching the whales and sea turtles from the lanai, it’s not!!!! We saw four turtles and countless whales, even saw one breach right off of our lanai! It was clean and spacious (mother and 2 teenagers). We definitely hope to be back again. Highly highly highly recommend!

this is a low-key area of Maui with a few, very good but unpretentious restaurant choices, a good coffee shop and a couple small grocery/convenience shops. It is NOT the resort conglomerate of Ka'anapali. You are still within easy drive of Kaanapali or Lahaina, if you want that, but the valley isle is out of the hustle and bustle. While the condo could use a bit of modernization/facelift, the property is 100% as described and you cannot beat the top story balcony over looking the water and waves. we sat on the balcony and watched sea turtles and the occasional seal below and saw dozen's of whales in the distance. the beach just below and off the corner of the building was pleasant and it's a short drive to the more prominent beaches north or south.

My wife and I just got married on October 15th. We really were looking for a decent place to stay in Maui that's close to the ocean but doesn't break the bank. This was the spot 🤙 12th story view of the beach, with magical sunsets. We loved the option to be able to have the whole room open to the ocean or closing it for the night to sleep in complete darkness. It was nice falling asleep to the ocean waves 🥰. We appreciated the cleanliness, and all the kitchen supplies was very much appreciated. Cups for tea, to go containers for packing picnics and more. The fridge was big enough for the 2 of us and worked well. The shower/bathroom was a little smaller than we expected, but we made it work (: For the location of the place. I'd say 5 stars. you can walk out and there is a beach in from of the place. It's 10 min from snorkel Honolulu and 10 min from wailers village. 2 min walk to the village coffee place. and miso phat sushi is right across the street. The parking for the place was a little tight, but it worked. We had an amazing honeymoon and would reconsider to stay here again when we come back to Maui 🤙 much love, Daniil & Mariah

As a single traveler this location was perfect. The studio was the perfect size for me, spacious but not too large. The kitchen was well appointed, there were plenty of towels, and if you desire even beach toys. The unit was very clean and the communication level of the property management company was perfect. The big draw for me was the lanai and oceanfront view and I was blown away. As a matter of fact, I am typing this review from the lanai this morning before check-out....I don't want to go!!!! There is no AC however I enjoyed the breeze from the Tradewinds and felt very comfortable though the days were warm. I enjoy sleeping to the sounds of the ocean. Lastly I will say that the beach and waves are amazing. This is important to me as I hear that some beaches have closed due to erosion. The pool area is a little tucked away from the beach but it is still a decent space. If you don't require a lot of space, this is the perfect property. I have nothing but great things to say, and I plan to return.

Our stay in this room was overall wonderful. Check in was a breeze (keyless entry via a number pad was a big plus) and there is plenty of parking in the lot no matter what time you arrive. The view from the lanai was incredible. The room itself was mostly great. The kitchen was fully stocked with utensils and dishes, and we loved the beach umbrella, beach bag, and cooler we were supplied. Something we did not enjoy was the bed which was just barely comfortable enough to sleep on. It was a very simple mattress that did not give too much (firm mattress lovers will be just fine) and the linens were not very soft and were a little stained from previous use. Another thing we didn't enjoy was the toilet which was very slow to flush or never flushed completely. That might be more of a building issue, but it was an inconvenience. Definitely wish there was A/C and will most likely stay somewhere where there is A/C next time we visit, but as other reviewers mentioned having the front door open with the screen door locked will create enough air flow to not overheat completely. The My Perfect Stays team themselves were great to work with and for the value this room provides, you are very hard pressed to find anything else that can top it at its price point.

Everything was exactly as described. We especially enjoyed and appreciated the beach chairs, umbrella and beach bag. Being able to walk right down to a beautiful beach and less than a 15 minute drive to some of the top beaches in Maui was much appreciated. The balcony was so private and that view truly can’t be beat. We did get a bit warm at night but with the balcony door and front door open (screens closed) we got a nice cool breeze to compliment the sounds of the ocean.

View from the balcony is gorgeous! No A/C is manageable with the fans and keeping the doors open. Definitely rent a car if you want lots of options for food, because there are only a few places within walking distance. Quick walk to a gorgeous beach that isn’t too crowded.

Amazing stay! We enjoyed eating breakfast on the large balcony and relaxing in this perfect studio! We had one small issue that my perfect stays fixed immediately (within 15 minutes - they’re great). We would stay here again.

Aloha!! This was an amazing property to stay at! I loved that it was on the very top floor (12th floor) and it had such a great view of the ocean! I was pleasantly surprised to find out that the studio was actually larger than it appears in the pictures when I booked it! If/when I return to Maui I would definitely love to stay here again, and I will definitely recommend it to friends and family!!

This property will take your breath away. Every detail was perfect-plenty of kitchen items, beach equipment, lovey furnishings and a balcony with a view to die for. Wonderful location, cannot highlight that more. Could see turtles and a full rainbow through the lanai. There is a small beach just downstairs. Kids had a blast and they provided the beach gear too.

Falling asleep to the sound of the waves was soothing. We saw green sea turtles and whales every time we went out on the lanai. We would come back here any time.

Spectacular views from the 12th floor. The kitchen was stocked with everything you need to cook for your stay. Very nice cookware , plenty of containers for food storage it was a pleasure cooking in this very small kitchen .Beach chairs, Beach towels. Ice Chess and freezer packs to put in the ice chest, my water bottles actually had ice in them when I took them out on the beach it was wonderful. It was the perfect beach vacation thank you.

Five stars across the board! The condo looks exactly as pictured and is in a great location. The view of the ocean and Molokai is sensational. There’s no air conditioning, but we didn’t have any issue since the location is windy and both the front and back doors have a locking screen. The bed is comfortable and the size of the unit is perfect for two people (would not recommend three). The pool is very, very small. If you’re looking for a place to lounge by the pool, this condo is not for you. If you’re all about the ocean, however, you’ll be plenty happy with this unit. My husband and I definitely were.

I booked this airbnb for the unobstructed view from the 12th floor and it did not disappoint. You can hear the waves at night on the balcony or Lanai and eat breakfast looking out into the ocean. The place is clean and good for 2 people the most. Anymore than that and it would be too cramp. I don't think the place has air conditioning, but we had the fan on and open the patio door for a breeze. I visited in Oct so not sure how hot it would get in there during the summer months. Overall, can't beat the location and view from the balcony. I would come back just for the view from the balcony. So calm and peaceful. The only con is that you have to be out so early by 10am. I would have liked to check out at noon instead so we can sleep in a little on our last day and enjoy breakfast on the balcony. But that's just my preference since I'm not a morning person. Overall still a great place. Suggestions: There is the beach house restaurant next door so if everything is closed, I would recommend going there. There is also a bar across the street (can't remember the name) that makes great drinks. Due to covid capacity for most restaurants, I would suggest making your reservations months ahead of time. Take out even takes a long time.

We had a nice vacation in this unit, the ocean view was so beautiful. Having our meals on the balcony was very enjoyable. We liked its privacy. The location was ok and parking was easy. The management answered questions quickly. The reasons I gave four stars: no internet at first night, we called management and had they fixed it. Second day, no internet again, we fixed it ourself; we found a long hair on the bed when we checked in, we doubted if the sheets had been changed; we stayed there 7 nights, we didn’t get enough soap because we washed our hands very frequently.

Absolutely loved our stay! The view was amazing, just as pictured! The kitchen had everything we needed. The bed was very comfortable, we loved listening to the waves every night. I do highly recommend getting a rental car to get around the island and visit other beaches! The chairs and cooler were a big plus! Overall would definitely recommend!

This condo is well maintained. High quality sheets and mattress was very comfortable for both queen size Murphy bed and pull out queen size couch. It had all the appliances needed and more than enough dishes, bowls and cups. It’s in front of a pizza place/ bar and a liquor store one mile away from the farmers market and fish market. Would definitely recommend. The view is breath taking. Also pool is small and facing back of the condos where there is construction next to it. Not a problem since we preferred the beach south of the condo where there no rocks . Only problem which is not the responsibility of the host, was transportation. If you do not have a car Uber can be difficult to book to get to places. Other than that great place to stay would recommend .

I loved everything about this place except wasnt crazy about the pool or all the sanbags on the beach infront, made it feel kinda frumpy. LOVED the unit, appreciated all the small things there to help us feel comfortable including beach towels, dishwasher soap/detergent, tv, and of course the view is one in a million. Thank you!

Truly a Perfect stay! The view is incredible. Watching sea turtles swim in the morning, sunsets at night. The place was clean and had everything you will need. Even the bed and pillows were comfortable. Allowing for easy sleep along with the sound of the ocean waves. Will be back to visit

This was a perfect location for a get-away! We stayed here for 10 days and had a wonderful time. The view was the best part of the entire stay--absolutely gorgeous! The apartment was clean and had everything we need, we will be back!

The condo we stayed in was perfect as advertised. The ocean view from our 12th floor lanai was private, unobstructed and awesome. We watched the turtles feeding each morning down in the reef, and had mai tai drinks to watch the sunset. The condo was clean, perfectly stocked, and simple. We highly recommend it!

This is a splendid location and the view is absolutely amazing. My wife and I truly enjoyed our stay. Ocean sound made this stay even more relaxing. We woke up every day with a rainbow view. Prepare yourself to see lots of whales and turtles from the balcony. Great kitchen supplies. Also, this might be out of nowhere, but the knives are actually sharp, which is rare, made our cooking a pleasure. Great location, close to everything and very quite, comfortable bed as well. Ocean access. Will be coming back for sure, highly recommend!

This place was a great home base during our stay and the view can’t be beat. We saw tons of whales and turtles. The unit is small, best for one or two people, but is clean and had everything we needed. It’s located about 5ish minutes south of Kapalua, and 5ish minutes north of Kaanapali. It’s an older building, and so are the buildings surrounding it, but it was just fine. There is beach access just south of the building (walking distance) but we drove to other beaches that we wanted to explore. It was great that the unit included beach chairs, beach towels. and a small cooler. I couldn’t get the wifi password to work but not a big deal and I let them know so I assume that issue will be resolved. Bed and pillows were comfortable and falling asleep to the waves crashing was so nice.

Wonderful place with amazing hospitality. The communications 10 + . The views are amazing from sunrise to sunset. Very comfortable bed and all what you need is there. Very easy to check in and easy parking. Great place for my 6 day escape ! Would be back and would recommend to others as well .

Great place! Better than a hotel room, my wife and I saved a ton of money being able to cook some meals and enjoy ocean front views from the balcony! If you have more than 2 in your party it may get a little cramped but still an amazing place and price based on the ocean front location

Had a great time at this condo. Amazing view off the very top of the resort (12th floor) the location is excellent, plenty of places to walk to if you want a quick bite or a coffee. The pool was lovely, the beach access is right in the back yard. The only things that's missing was A/C but open up the back door and the front door (it has a locking screen) you get a nice cross breeze which cools down the room nicely.each chairs and beach bags are there as well which was a plus. All in all it was a wonderful experience.

We absolutely loved this Airbnb! The ocean view was outstanding! I’m not exaggerating when I say I saw 30-50 whale blow holes, jumps and breaches every day! Sitting on the balcony reading and watching these beautiful creatures was stunning. I loved falling asleep to the sound of the waves! The bed was extremely comfortable. Having the beach chairs and cooler were the best amenities of this Airbnb! We used them every day to go to the beach! We loved Maui so much and would hands down recommend this Airbnb to anyone!

Stayed in February. Right on the beach, cool ocean breezes to fall asleep to, and got to see some whales from the balcony! This place was amazing. Plus it’s really close to so many amazing restaurants (on Front St. and Whaler’s Village)! Will be back!

The view (on line) of room , is "spot on." What is pictured, is exactly what you get ! The decor is excellent, bright & uplifting ! The necessary "tools" enabled the kitchen to be superb. Additional supplies, such as beach chairs, ice chest & beach towels were included. Enjoyed many hours of spectacular whale watching from the lania Free, on site parking was a plus. Smooth check in & check out.

This had the most stunning oceanfront view! The location was perfect, only about 15 minutes for Lahaina and 30 minutes from Wailea. Additionally, there was free parking and a few restaurants within walking distance of the condo. Everything was clean, neat and organized!

This was my second year spending the holidays in this condo. It has become my favorite place on Earth! It’s the perfect place to decompress and relax after a year of hard work and craziness. Absolutely amazing view from the room. The beautiful ocean wave sound can be heard all day long ( if you leave the windows open). Location is also convenient and close to great beaches. Would rate it 10 if possible!

The views are to die for! Definitely worth the extra money. This is the perfect little suite even if you don’t feel like doing much for the day you can just walk right down to the beach in under 2 minutes. Everything was as expected, it was tough at first for us not having AC since we are from Las Vegas where there’s AC everywhere lol but so long as you open both doors the breeze that comes in along with the fans will do the trick. The only thing I would probably take a look at is the bed. It wasn’t really comfortable we woke up every morning feeling sore. Not sure if it is a special mattress but something we weren’t used to. Other than that everything was 100% amazing. Thank you so much for having us!

Well, the photos speak for themselves when it comes to how amazing the location and the views of the condo are. It's on the 12th and highest floor with jaw-dropping panoramic ocean views. The constant breeze and gentle crashing of waves provide wonderful ambient noise to sleep with the patio door open. Really the best thing about this reservation was the PHENOMENAL service we received from my boy Zack and my girl Amy. BIG SHOUT OUT to those two. They were AWESOME when it came to answering questions and getting back to me when I asked them for some special requests. They went out of their way to make sure we had all of the accommodations we needed and were very attentive to me when I needed something. Because of the amazing customer service and the phenomenal views, I would absolutely reccommend this unit to anyone thinking about it and me personally will be coming back to this place when we return to Maui. Thanks agagin to Zack and Amy for making us feel very welcome, mahalo!

The location was perfect! Coconut caboose (our favorite spot) was just down the street and Whaler’s Village was minutes away. It can get a little warm during the day without air conditioning, but with the balcony door open and fans spinning, we made it work. Very clean and comfy place! Would stay again!

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay in the cute condo. The views are literally breathtaking. It was the most perfect stay ever. The location is great and parking was easy to access. it did get Hot but we just lefted all the doors open. I will be back when I visit Maui. I highly recommend :)

Beautiful Condo and Breathtaking Views!!

My wife and I spent 9 nights in 1207 at Valley Isle Resort. The view from the unit's generously-sized lanai was dazzling, looking directly across the shimmering strait to Molokai. This time of year, the sun sets directly between Molokai and Lanai. Gorgeous! It was the end of whale season, but we watched whales galore almost every day. The unit was clean, well-stocked, and everything worked. Not having AC was no problem -- we always had the lanai door open and sometimes opened the front door (it has a locking screen door) for good cross-ventilation. Keyless entry meant one less thing to think about. I thought taking the elevator coming and going might be a hassle but it was just fine. Never waited more than 30 seconds. Miso Phat sushi and a convenience store right across the street, and Maui Brewing is a 2-minute walk. The bars, shopping, golf, and cuisine of Kapalua, Kaanapali and Lahaina town are just a short drive (if the traffic is heavy, you're still only 15 minutes from Lahaina, 5 minutes to Kaanapali or Kapalua). The quiet beach directly accessible from the resort has a little shade to go with the narrow strip of sand. My Perfect Stays are easy to work with. Communication was great/fast, nothing confusing, no ridiculous or oppressive rules. Got a few emails from them and a phone call the day before we checked out. We were VERY happy with My Perfect Stay's management of our reservation.

Amazing! The views of the ocean were unbelievable. We couldn’t have asked for anything better. We had a wonderful time on our trip and the condo was perfect. The property was clean and everyone was so nice. We get welcomed the moment we stepped in. The views of the ocean were magnificent and exactly what we were looking for. No matter where you stand in the Condo, you can hear and see the ocean. To our surprise, the Murphy bed was quite comfy and the ceiling fan, along with the breeze kept the condo at a great temperature. Without a doubt, we will be back!

Beautiful unit, well decorated and clean, with stunning ocean views. Comfortable bed. Nice kitchen with a lot of dish ware/Tupperware and cooking supplies. Outdoor grill area and fresh herb garden was fantastic. Snorkel gear, beach chairs and cooler were a bonus. Pool area okay, small and minimal views of ocean but gets the job done! Building itself dated and not exactly aesthetically pleasing. Tap water not drinkable as per front desk was a downside. Overall it was a great home base for our vacation.

We left the Murphy bed down during our stay. Of course, it's always nice to have the best bed possible, room for improvement there. Also, it would be good to have at least one slim pillow for the bed. We had a number of people smoking from their lanais on floors below us. No clue which rooms or floors. Your team member was at our door at 11:00 as promised. She was very nice. We had been ready to leave the room at 10:45 and had gone down to check twice to see if we could get a luggage cart, to no avail. She offered to go try to find one. When she returned around 11:05 with a cart, we were waiting out in front of our room for her. My phone rang at 11:08, and the woman on the phone announced to me that her staff member had called her to say that we were not out of the room yet. Again, we were standing out of our room on the walkway waiting for the luggage cart when I got that call. It was a very stiff call that didn't feel right, as all of our dealings with your VRBO organization had always been positive.

Everything is exactly as pictured— except the view. The pictures do not do the view justice!! Breathtaking and a great incentive to get out of the very comfortable bed each day! I hesitate to tell everyone about this gem because it will only make it less available for ME to book! The people at MPS are attentive, very helpful and courteous. They took care of so many things and answered so many questions, I never needed to contact them while I was staying at the unit. Everything was exactly as they explained/ described/ directed. I couldn’t be happier with the whole experience.

The condo is located at a nice peaceful location and away from all the hustle. The view from the balcony is simply beautiful. No need to visit any fancy restaurant for ocean view lunch/dinner. The owner are also very helpful and provided all the details well in advance making checking in and out very easy. The only missing thing we felt was washer/dryer inside the condo. We would definitely like to stay here again if we plan to visit Maui in future.

This place is as wonderful as it looks. You can't get over the views of the beach, ocean and island of Molokai straight ahead. The balcony is also pretty private compared to the others. The bed was pretty comfortable even though it was a murphy in case you were wondering. Every now and then a pillow would slip between a crack, but this didn't bother my bf or I. The condo also doesn't get a lot of sun (end of Nov - not sure if this changes during summer) so the heat isn't coming directly into the room. It was warm the first night, however I think we were just getting used to the warmer weather. The ceiling fan and room fan (movable) were helpful for the extra breeze. Perfect Stay also was wonderful. They contact me before for review and any per-questions along with general emails, the day we arrived I requested early check-in and we were able to get in an hour earlier. They then contact us the next day to make sure everything was going well and then the day before check-out for any check-out questions. The kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans and containers. I did wish they had a few extra spices and oils as those things don't go bad and buying them is a pain. We left some soy sauce, which we hope they left for other guests who want to cook. The condo is also walking distance (like right across the parking lot) to snorkel/paddle/surf rentals, a bar and grill, sushi spot, mini liquor store with some essentials (eggs, etc), McDonald, whalers store (like ABCwith more groceries and has a poke spot inside) and Maui Brew restaurant (not the main brewery). I cannot recommend this place enough and would be more than excited to come back to this spot. Oh yea, I was able to snorkel right out front of the condo when the winds weren't too strong. Saw some decent fish ::big smiles:: !

Great location and the views are stunning! There were also many local restaurants and a gas station right across the street. The room was also comfortable and quiet most of the time, but hot and humid evenings made us wish he had booked a room with an AC unit. Nevertheless, our stay was great and we thank our host for their hospitality. Mahalo!

There were all the amenities that you would need to stay, some snorkel gear we used, the boogie board and a small cooler. There is no air-conditioning, but we were able to get enough air to sleep comfortably with a fan that was in the unit, bringing the air in from the patio. The ceiling fan overhead was moved the air over the bed well. We were not in the room during the day, it would’ve been too hot. The location was nice but there is no beach, we had to drive a few miles to get to the beach

The condo was super clean at our arrival. The view from the balcony is exceptional. The condo is small but has everything you need. Beach chair, body surf and cooler were provided. The property is clean and has nice garden. We enjoyed the sound of the sea while in the bed ( there is no air conditionning but you get to enjoy the breeze from the sea). The condo is well located and there is short distance to very nice beaches, snorkeling spots.

Every Morning Watch Sea Turtles From the Balcony!

We very much enjoyed spending our 15 year anniversary at this condo! Great communication with the host and easy check-in. The place was very clean as well, and the view! Come on... we saw sea turtles swimming every morning from the balcony while sipping our coffee and planning our day. There is no A/C but there are fans and you can leave the doors open and the tradewinds keep it nice and cool at night!

Our stay at valley isle 1207 was beyond dreamy. The condo had and amazing views as promised and we loved waking up every morning to the sound of the ocean. It had everything we needed to make our vacation easier from kitchen ware to beach chairs. We would definitely love to stay here again.

We really enjoyed our May 2018 stay in 1207. The studio is cute and clean and the kitchen has all the pots and utensils and other supplies we needed. But it’s the view from that really makes this property special. That was our priority and it doesn’t disappoint. It’s beautiful even when it’s overcast and cloudy. The reason I’m not giving it 5 stars is that the bed was very hard to the point where our backs complained well into the day. However, we prefer softer beds so I think this is highly individual. All in all, this is a great place to stay and, with the bed caveat, I’d enthusiastically recommend 1207.

We really enjoyed our relaxing vacation! There wasn't one hassel or area for concern. We were grateful for the cloud cover while we were on Maui. The unit does not have AC. So, if it had been sunny, it would have been hot! We used the fans in the unit and we were quite comfortable.

The Perfect Getaway

Great views and everything that we needed for our kind of trip. We hardly spent time in the room but when we did, it was the perfect getaway form the busy resorts and beaches. Very quiet at night. The bed is not the comfiest and Kahana rains a lot. However, you're always half an hour away from sunshine.

The condo is exactly as pictured. It was so cute with all of the local decor- we loved it! Kitchen was stocked with all essential dishware and cookware. Basic beach items were in the closet by the front entrance. I will definitely stay here again!

I stayed with my family (mother, brother and his gf). We found it to be a perfect place to stay for 10 days. The space itself is well represented by the photos. There is a murphey bed, couch that folds out to a bed, both suitable for 2 people. The kitchen is small, but find for two people at a time, cooking breakfast, making lunch or making dinner. We'd always cook breakfast in the morning and then wash the dishes by hand. We'd pack a lunch for our adventures and then either eat out or make dinner at home watching a movie. the patio is a perfect place to have some separation from the rest of the group and has an amazing view. We'd pretty much have the patio doors open all the time as you can hear the waves crashing at night, which was awesome when sleeping.
