Valley Isle Resort is an oceanfront resort located on Kahana Beach. A wonderful sandy beach make entry easy and is great for snorkeling, turtle spotting, and swimming. The beach width may vary with tide conditions and season.  Just within walking distance is also Pohaku Beach, a wonderful sandy beach!  The resort features a heated pool and BBQ area and there are no resort or parking fees. 

Valley Isle 1201-B does not have A/C, is a 1-bedroom, 12th floor condo that can accommodate up to 4 guests. Breathtaking, panoramic ocean views await you at this top floor Valley Isle Resort offers spectacular unobstructed views of the Pacific Ocean and the neighboring islands of Molokai and Lanai. Enjoy your morning coffee, stunning sunsets and whales breaching during the winter months from your private lanai. Aside from the breathtaking views, the living room features new Hawaiian inspired décor and furnishings, a flat screen TV and a Queen sleeper sofa for additional guests. The luxurious kitchen, features a Sub Zero refrigerator and Wolf range, new stainless steel appliances, and the most beautiful granite countertops you’ve ever seen with everything you need to make all your meals in house.

Step inside the serene and tranquil bedroom and you’ll find a comfortable Queen size bed with panoramic ocean views and a large flat screen TV for your entertainment. Let the sound of the waves lull you to sleep at night. The uniquely remodeled bathroom is exquisite and features a large walk-in shower and Swavorsky faucet handles. The condo has a front-load washer and dryer for added convenience.

We will have available in the condo for your convenience a beach towels and a beach chair for each guest, plus a cooler to bring to the beach during your Maui visit! The resort next door is just a few steps away and offers a beach area also, with an outdoor pool side grille restaurant, and a variety of beach and children friendly items for rent.

Our team of professionals are located on Maui to provide our guests with exceptional service. In addition, we have a after-hours emergency dispatchers to assistance when needed. We provide: Dish soap, laundry soap and dryer sheets, in addition to a complimentary starter set of Papaya Noni shampoo, conditioner, body lotion and body soap. One beach chair and beach towel is provided for each guest, plus a cooler for your stay. Complimentary concierge service is available to our guests.

This condo is professionally managed by My Perfect Stays, an on-island property management company. 

Standard Cancellation Policy:

If cancellation notice is received 30 or more days prior to the check-in date, a 100% refund will be refunded within 5-7 business days from receipt of written cancellation.
If cancellation notice is received at least 14 days prior to the check-in date, 50% of the booking will be refunded within 5-7 business days from receipt of written cancellation.
For a cancellation notice received after 14 days prior to the check-in date, a refund will not be issued other than the departure cleaning fee.
