The beach width may vary with tide conditions and season. Just within walking distance is also Pohaku Beach, a wonderful sandy beach! Valley Isle 1105 does not have A/C, is a 1-bedroom condo situated on the 11th floor, and can accommodate up to 4 guests. The resort has elevators, so access to this condo is easy. If cancellation notice is received 30 or more days prior to the check-in date, a 100% refund will be refunded within 5-7 business days from receipt of written cancellation.
If cancellation notice is received at least 14 days prior to the check-in date, 50% of the booking will be refunded within 5-7 business days from receipt of written cancellation.
For a cancellation notice received after 14 days prior to the check-in date, a refund will not be issued other than the departure cleaning fee.
