Valley Isle 1105 Description

Direct ocean front with panoramic views of the Pacific with Molokai and Lanai in the distance!  This 11th floor condo offers expansive views of Kahana Beach and brilliant unobstructed sunsets.  Valley Isle 1105 is beautifully remodeled and features quality furnishings. Enjoy morning coffee, stunning sunsets and whales breaching during the winter months from your private lanai.

Take advantage of the well supplied and equipped kitchen by cooking meals in this fully remodeled kitchen, featuring custom cabinets, granite countertops and stainless-steel appliances. Enjoy meals indoors or dine al fresco on your private lanai where the views can't be beat.  There is a brand new Queen size sofa sleeper in the main living area for additional guests; enjoy the comfortable 5 inch memory foam mattress and stunning views. A TV with cable is found in the living room area and the condo is equipped with complimentary WiFi.

The master bedroom features a King size bed.  There is no AC in this unit, however the ocean breezes and ceiling fans keep this condo airy and cool.  The condo feels extra clean with tiled floors.  The bathroom has been updated and offers a tiled walk in shower.  This home includes beach towels, beach chairs, cooler and more! For added convenience, this home has a private washer and dryer inside the condo.

Valley Isle Resort is located on the oceanfront at Kahana Bay.  There is always wonderful snorkeling, turtle spotting, and swimming directly in front of this resort.  The beach width may vary with tide conditions and season.  Just within walking distance is also Pohaku Beach, a wonderful sandy beach!  The resort features a heated pool and BBQ area. The resort next door is just a few steps away and offers a beach area also, with an outdoor pool side grille restaurant, beach rentals of kayaks, snorkel gear, stand up paddle boards and a pack and play for small children.

There are no resort or parking fees. There is also a new reception area being built that will not impact individual units but it will change the look of the property upon arrival. This work is scheduled to be completed by the end of January 2021. 

A set of Papaya Noni shampoo, conditioner, body lotion and body soap is provided. Housekeeping proudly uses only eco-friendly cleaning supplies.

This condo is managed professionally by My Perfect Stays, an on-island property management company.  Complimentary concierge is available to all our guests.

Please note that direct beach access is currently limited due to high tide conditions and winter/spring erosion. During the winter months North swells create a wash away effect on the sandy beaches. The summer months bring South swells which help bring the sand back to the beaches. The resort has placed sandbags as well as a construction netting along the shoreline to protect the beach from further erosion. There is beach access at some of the neighboring resorts (Sands of Kahana) as well as Pohaku Beach which is .3 miles from the resort.  

As of 9/16/20 Governor Ige of Hawaii has re-opened the islands to off-island visitors no longer subject to the 14-day quarantine beginning 10/15/20. Visitors will be required to take a Covid-19 test and show negative results within 3 days of arrival on Maui. If you are looking to travel and stay prior to 10/15/20, please contact us directly regarding accommodations and note that if you have already completed a 14-day quarantine on the island, we will need proof of this. Any inter-island travelers, please note that we will require proof of residency. Should a guest need to extend their stay for any reason, the guest agrees to pay for any additional nights stayed in the unit. This must first be approved by My Perfect Stays. Please visit https://hidot.hawaii.gov/coronavirus/ for clarification on the State's current travel requirements.
 
In the event that the traveler tests positive for Covid-19 3 days prior to arrival on Maui, My Perfect Stays will issue a full refund. Travelers will be required to provide proof of the positive test.

Standard Cancellation Policy:
Bookings canceled at least 30 days before the start of the stay will receive a full refund.
Bookings canceled at least 14 days before the start of the stay will receive a 50% refund.

COVID-19 Cancellation Policy:
(Effective for bookings made 5/1/20 or after)
Bookings cancelled at least 14 days before the start of the stay will receive a full refund.
Bookings cancelled at least 7 days before the start of the stay will receive a 50% refund.
