Unit 1105 can accommodate up to 4 guests. The master bedroom boasts a king-size bed and an updated bathroom featuring a tiled walk-in shower. The living area features a brand-new queen-size sofa sleeper with a 5-inch memory foam mattress. Catch stunning ocean views from inside the living area. A dining table with four chairs is located near the kitchen and additional seating can be found around the countertop.
While this condo does not have air conditioning, the unit benefits from ocean breezes on windy days. You can keep the front security screen door and lanai door open to let the natural breeze air the space in traditional Hawaiian fashion. The lanai is spacious and equipped with a table and chairs for four, making it ideal for dining al fresco. Take advantage of site-seeing from this vantage point with the available binoculars that are located within the condo. The fully remodeled kitchen is an ideal spot to craft your favorite meals. 1105 was a wonderful 1-bdrm condo with a great lanai that looked NW over the ocean to Molokai. We came at the end of January so that may have influenced some of the positive aspects noted herein. For instance, binoculars were available making all our times on the lanai superb for whale watching, and the deck always felt very private. We knew the condo did not have air conditioning, but the ceiling fans and wind off the ocean made for a comfortable temperature at all times. If that wasn't enough, three other large portable box fans were in the closet.
We did not get to take advantage of the snorkeling gear that was also provided (I was recovering from shoulder surgery), but we used the perfect sized cooler, beach chairs, and beach umbrella every day. The pool was clean with a good mix of shade and sun. The place was clean and easy to keep clean.
Television is not a big part of our vacations but we like to watch the news. There were a bazillion channels most of which were “not available”, but it worked for us for the news. There were many books and movies in the TV stand, however, if we had wanted to browse those. A small washer and dryer with laundry soap were provided. The kitchen had good containers for leftovers. It was touches like those that gave the finishing details.

This place is amazing. Fantastic ocean views, quiet setting away from all the tourist insanity (don't worry you can find it 5 minutes up the road), and the whale watching was incredible right from the balcony. The place was clean and easy to get into. We plan to stay here every time we come to Maui from now on.

The property has been well maintained and the location was perfect for our stay. The unit had everything you'd need for a visit to the island. I visited 5/22 through 5/30 - this was actually my third trip to Maui with My Perfect Stays and my second time in the 1105 unit. I absolutely love the location, the beach access is so convenient and there are turtles everywhere. I love to snorkel and find that I’m very comfortable snorkeling here on Kahana Beach, the water is relatively shallow, pretty far out and you see some really cool things. The location of Valley Isle is absolutely perfect for me, it was central to all of the things that I wanted to do. The concierge services is wonderful, and I cannot wait for my next stay. We will be back, as often as I can manage!!!

Great unit, great location! We stayed in early December. Nice quiet location. The unit was well appointed and equipped with beach day items. The only thing missing was a working umbrella but everything from a beach bag, beach chairs to snorkeling gear. The lanai was our main hangout and we were able to see some whales and turtles. In December, really no beach to hang out on. Would definitely stay here again.

The condo was very clean with no insects which is pleasant for a tropical setting. The key less entry was a huge plus, no worries about finding keys. Ocean front with spectacular views. We saw whales and turtles from our lanai. Kitchen was well stocked with what we needed for our stay. Nice pool and beach we didn't need to drive all over looking. Would love to stay again.

We have come to Maui a couple of times and stayed at some nearby locations. The view here was FANTASTIC! The lanai was just right for the number of people in our party. We know we could be in another location that is better suited for walkable amenities, however it is so quiet in that area that I’d rather have that experience after being on the go all day. Everything was well kept and when I brought up a concern MPS was quick to communicate back to us and was willing to accommodate us if need be. They informed us with proper notice about monthly maintenance at the condo, etc. We were never surprised. We would gladly stay at this property again or utilize the services of MPS in the future.

The property was wonderful, clean in the unit and the grounds were fantastic. I was concerned about being on the 11th floor but the elevators were very quick and we never had to wait more than 30 seconds for an elevator whether we were going up or down. The beach was beautiful.

We will be renting this unit again! The ice chests, beach chairs, snorkel gears, and boogie boards came in very handy. The kitchen appliances were clean and worked well. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. The unit did not need A/C. The breeze from the ocean was perfect and kept the unit very cool. We watched sea turtles, snorkelers, sunrise/sunset, sailboats and kayakers from our balcony all week. The bed, linens, couches, patio furniture and shower were very comfortable. The bbq grills were very clean and we used them a couple times during our stay. Dolly’s pizza and bar across the street was so much fun, happy hour drinks and super cheap and their pizza’s were delicious! Book this place before it’s gone. For Maui, you can’t beat that price!

I stayed in the condo with my husband and toddler for 12 days. We loved the lanai with gorgeous ocean view. We also enjoyed the beach in front. We especially love how it is close to many toddler friendly beaches including the Lahaina baby beach & Kapalua. Close to the Lahaina historic town. Well stocked. We did not need to buy much at all: plenty of towel papers, toilet papers, some seasoning, towels, detergent, trash bags etc. we did buy our own oil because we didn’t know there was a full olive oil there; bought seran wrap/zip bags, and laundry detergent. I was okay with the bed, husband did not like it as much. The sofa were comfortable, the two single arm chairs, I didn’t find too comfortable but my husband thinks they are fine. It was very comfortable temperature wise. There is PLENTY of wind in the building for whatever reason so if you open the front door while cooking it helps a lot. There were snorkeling gears in the closet but they didn’t work too well for me so we just rented our own. Overall, we love it.

This Condo Was Absolutely Perfect

This condo was absolutely perfect. We saw so many whales and turtles from the balcony that we lost count. Watching the sunrise and the sunset from the balcony is fantastic. Don’t let the black of air conditioner scare you away, the condo stays very cool if you leave the window and sliding glass door open. Everybody in the building is incredibly friendly. I would not hesitate to stay here again.

Perfect location and perfect size for my husband and I. Parking a piece of cake and management company was a pleasure too. Well appointed kitchen, clean, and a view that you don't want to ever leave! Perfect condo! Absolutely GORGEOUS view! You could go swimming right outside or walk like 2 minutes to find a shaded beach. The condo itself was supremely comfortable with everything you could need during your stay - full kitchen supplies, chairs, cooler, etc etc. We loved its quiet location in between the hustle and bustle of Kaanapali and Napili so much.

10 Glorious Days!

We spent 10 glorious days in this well appointed and tastefully decorated condo. I appreciate the aesthetics of a place , so was very pleased with overall appearance. No activities planned this time except to relax, go with the flow, and an occasional reserved dinner out. Spent a few hours everyday in the AM to sit out on the lanai for brunch enjoying the really spectacular view and in the evenings watching the sunset from the lanai or direct sunset from the beach below. Able to do daily walks along the beach (beach is short so several laps back and forth) or along the road in either direction. A couple of times hubby and I walked to Bad Ass coffee and back which is about 3.5 miles total. Lots of people walking or jogging so it’s safe, just have to be observant of traffic. Noted several nearby places to grab a bite if you’re not feeling like cooking at home. Quick 3 mile drive to Whalers and 7 mile drive to Front St. Also appreciated the front security screen so that we could prop open the front door and allow cross wind to help cool the place. Overall, loved the place and highly recommend this condo; it is in my Top 3 places we’ve stayed at while in Maui!

Good condo for two people which was tastefully decorated with island flair. View from the lanai was amazing. The toilet/shower area was a bit cramped. That being said, we would not hesitate to rent this unit again

Condo has a beautiful view, is well stocked, clean and check in was very easy. Nice to have free parking in this area. We did not use the pool area. No AC in the unit, so plan on open windows for the breeze. Bed was comfortable.

A truly excellent place. The lanai is positioned to give great ocean and sunset views without oppressive direct sun—we spent hours out there, and saw sea turtles swimming up the shore every day. The walkable shops and restaurants are wonderful. Decent snorkeling right at the beach, and great snorkeling just a half-mile swim south. The interior was lovely, clean, and functional. We'd stay here again in a heartbeat.

The perfect anniversary getaway for me and my wife. As soon as we entered the unit, we were blown away by the view from the private balcony. You can see the sunset in between the islands Lanai and Molokai from the balcony. All the amenities were available with a full kitchen. The washer and drier was really helpful. Moreover, the parking and free WiFi was excellent additions. We'll definitely consider coming back when we come back to Maui.

This unit is amazing and in an outstanding location with stores, bars and food within walking distance. Just as described and looks even better in person. Saw sea turtles everyday from the lanai along with views that can’t be beat. Will definitely stay here again!

The view from this condo is worth five stars alone. You really can't ask for a better spot to enjoy the sunsets of Maui. But even the mornings are spectacular, with rainbows over the ocean, sea turtles floating about and people frolicking in the waves... it's very relaxing and entertaining. The condo was very well appointed, with everything needed to make our stay comfortable. The kitchen is fully equipped with new appliances and all the utensils, etc. needed. The Hawaiian music in the CD player was a lovely touch (I still have the songs in my head), and the bed was very comfy with nice linens. The closet is full of beach equipment and the WiFi was strong and stable. The owners clearly take pride in their property and want their guests to have a memorable experience. The only downside was that it was very hot while we were there and quite uncomfortable without AC (we knew this going in, but it was warmer than expected). There are plenty of fans provided, but they didn't offer quite enough relief, mainly in the bedroom, which is an interior room with a window that faces the building hallway. The beach directly in front of the condo is in the middle of an erosion-protection project so there are sandbags all along the waterfront. It's not a big deal but the beach is pretty small (though it is beautiful and quiet). We found the pool disappointing - it's small and set back from the ocean, but it serves the purpose for a quick dip. However, those are personal preferences, and the condo makes up for it with the view and location. It's right in the middle of so many activities - Lahaina and Kaanapali to the South, Kapalua and many other adventures to the North. There's a shopping area across the street with Maui Brewing Co., a coffee shop, small grocery store, and other shops. And there are several casual restaurants (and countless beaches) within a short walk or drive. Most other residents and guests of the complex were respectful of COVID protocol and wore masks. And the surrounding areas were very safe to walk even after dark. We were grateful for this serene and beautiful place to rejuvenate during our week-long vacation in Maui. Mahalo.

The view is absolutely stunning here. When you walk in, you hear the ocean waves and you know you're in Maui. The unit was clean and spacious, and the washer and dryer was a big plus too. The location is great as you can walk down to the beach. Maui sunsets are amazing and you can either watch it from the balcony or the beach. Highly recommended!

My wife and I stayed in this condo for a week in early March ‘21 and we enjoyed every minute of it. The balcony was ocean front and we could watch the whales right there. Bunch of excellent beaches were very close. Historic Lahaina is about 15 minutes away with free parking everywhere. Lots of restaurants, coffee shops, and souvenir shops nearby the condo. When we called My Perfect Stays for a question they answered the phone right away and were very attentive. The unit was very clean and spotless with all the amenities you would need to cook a meal at home if needed. The surrounding area was and parking lot was lighted and safe. We will definitely come back again. We highly recommend this unit because it’s worth every dollar.

Our stay at this condo was amazing. The balcony is our most favorite part. We watched whales and sea turtles while sipping our morning coffee and I cannot think of anything better. My perfect stay kept in contact to make sure we were having a great time, the place was super clean and had everything we needed. They even left us delicious Hawaiian coffee! We were super excited for the boogie boards they had for us and the heated pool was great! It was in the best location and if we ever come back, I hope to stay right here again. It was perfect.

We couldn’t have enjoyed our stay more. The building exterior and pool area are very modest and not the draw - the real showstopper is the 11th floor patio. 1105 Valley Isle was nicely updated and well stocked with everything we could have needed from beach chairs and boogie boards to kitchen needs. The roar of the ocean was lovely and we left the patio door open all night long. The folks at “My Perfect Stay” were so friendly and responsive. I enjoyed my interaction with him very much.

The inside of the condo was lovely with updated furnishings & appliances and well stocked kitchen with a closet of beach gear. (chairs, boogie boards, cooler) We will miss the roaring of the ocean which was the only sound we heard during our stay. On our first morning, we were able to swim out front of the unit. The days following, the waves were too big and the small beach was under water so we drove to nearby beaches to swim and snorkel. Due to COVID we ate most of our meals on the lanai and the view made it every bit as lovely as being in an expensive restaurant. We did not spend any time at the small pool area. If your preference is for pool over ocean this might not be the place for you. We would definitely return! :)

Well, all that hard work and saving to go to Maui was worth it! You walk into the Valley Isle condo 1105 and the view takes your breath away! You are ocean FRONT!!!! The condo was wonderful and had everything we needed, the pictures of the condo are real, it is beautiful but the owners have added even MORE wonderful touches since the pictures. The best part of being in Maui in February are the whales 🐋, you can watch them right from your condo because you are OCEAN FRONT!!!! You can tell beach has had some hard winters like all the beaches on West Maui but there was access to the beach from the Valley Isle and still plenty of beach. We went walking on the beach every day and swam there several times. It was almost like having your own private beach because the resorts on this beach are smaller. The owners of the condo have thought of everything you need for the fun in the sun and water. The condo had large beach towels and chairs that we put to good use. At the end of each day we tried to be back in time for the sunsets, your view was the best because you are ocean front!!! I hope you can tell we loved our stay and I’m already starting to save to come back, in the mean time I’m telling everyone that this is the place to stay!!!

A View To Die For!

The property is located on the 11th floor of a smaller resort. The beach area has been impacted by the tidal currents so fairly limited access. The view is worth everything. We were fortunate to watch the numbers of humpback whales increase daily during their yearly pilgrimage to the islands, as well as the appearance from the shy turtles that would pop up nearby. The owners of the property have thought of everything you might need during your stay on the island. We would definitely stay here again.

This is a great unit with an incredible view. The beach is in rough shape right now due to some erosion, and the pool is set back a ways from the beach. Otherwise, the unit is really nice, everything works well, and the location is convenient to other stuff in Maui. And the hosts were great about communicating and answering any questions.
