This condo features a bright, airy, and open floor plan. Stay cool with central A/C after a fun day in the sun! This single level, 5th story condo has been upgraded with new furnishings. Enjoy a large private lanai, with access from the living room and master bedroom. Sip coffee and enjoy whales breach during our winter months from the comfort of your home.
Two large bedrooms and two bathrooms make this the perfect condo for a family or group. There is plenty of seating for everyone with the six-person dining table. The fully equipped kitchen features custom white cabinets, granite counter tops, and updated stainless steel appliances. In the large living room, you will find a queen size sleeper sofa, flat screen TV, complimentary Wi-Fi, and cable. The master bedroom features wonderful ocean views, a king size bed, TV with cable, en suite bathroom with walk in shower, and access to the ocean lanai. The second bedroom features two twin size beds that can be converted to a King bed and TV with cable. In the guest bathroom you will find a shower/tub combination. For added convenience, this condo comes equipped with a washer and dryer.
Royal Kahana is an ocean front resort situated between Kaanapali and Kapalua. Enjoy the many sandy beaches nearby! The resort amenities include a pool with a grass grill BBQ area, lawn shuffleboard, and front desk. This resort is walking distance to many shops and restaurants. This condo is just minutes from the world famous Kaanapali Beach, Napili Bay, and Kapalua.
*Please note that the resort charges a parking fee of $18 per night plus applicable tax. This fee is collected at the front desk of the property between the hours of 8am-8pm. If you are arriving after 8pm, please register your vehicle at the night-watch desk and pay your parking fees the following morning. Please note this fee is charged by the Royal Kahana Resort and is in no way affiliated with My Perfect Stays.
*NOTICE* Royal Kahana Resort is currently undergoing multiple resort improvement projects in various areas of the resort and buildings. Any noise would be minor and nearly nonexistent inside the unit or at the pool. Any work will take place between 9-4 pm Monday through Friday. All work will be complete by the end of November. We apologize for the noise and Mahalo for your understanding
My Perfect Stays provides a complimentary starter set of natural Maui-made shampoo, conditioner, body soap and lotion. Beach towels, beach chairs and cooler are also provided.
This property is professionally managed by My Perfect Stays. Complimentary concierge is available to all our guests.
During the winter months North swells create a wash away effect on the sandy beaches. The summer months bring South swells which help bring the sand back to the beaches. The resort has placed sandbags along the shoreline to protect the beach from further erosion. Direct beach access is currently NOT available, but this is subject to change. There is beach access at the neighboring resorts, again this is dependent upon the currents.
Standard Cancellation Policy:
If cancellation notice is received 30 or more days prior to the check-in date, a 100% refund will be refunded within 5-7 business days from receipt of written cancellation.
If cancellation notice is received at least 14 days prior to the check-in date, 50% of the booking will be refunded within 5-7 business days from receipt of written cancellation.
For a cancellation notice received after 14 days prior to the check-in date, a refund will not be issued other than the departure cleaning fee.
