The fully equipped kitchen includes everything you need to prepare meals with ease, from a quick breakfast before the beach to a cozy dinner at home. Central air conditioning keeps the condo cool and comfortable year-round, while tasteful island-inspired décor creates a soothing ambiance throughout. For added convenience, the unit also features a full-size washer and dryer, making longer stays effortless.

Royal Kahana is an oceanfront resort ideally situated between Kaanapali and Kapalua, placing you close to some of Maui’s most beautiful beaches. Resort amenities include a heated oceanfront pool with BBQ grill area, fitness room, and front desk services. You’ll also enjoy being within walking distance to shops and restaurants, and just minutes from Kaanapali Beach, Napili Bay, Kapalua, and Lahaina.

Please note that all reservations are subject to an $18 per night parking fee plus applicable tax. This fee is collected directly by the Royal Kahana Resort at the front desk between 8:00 am and 8:00 pm. Guests arriving after 8:00 pm must register their vehicle with the night-watch desk and pay the fee the following morning. This parking fee is set and collected by the resort and is not affiliated with My Perfect Stays.

 Seasonally, north swells during the winter months may temporarily reduce the sandy beach area, while south swells in the summer help restore the shoreline. Sandbags have been placed along portions of the beach to protect against erosion. Direct beach access is currently available but may change depending on ocean conditions. Additional beach access may be available at neighboring resorts, subject to current conditions.

Standard Cancellation Policy:
If cancellation notice is received 30 or more days prior to the check-in date, a 100% refund will be refunded within 10-14 business days from receipt of written cancellation.
If cancellation notice is received at least 14 days prior to the check-in date, 50% of the booking will be refunded within 10-14 business days from receipt of written cancellation.
For a cancellation notice received after 14 days prior to the check-in date, a refund will not be issued other than the departure cleaning fee.
