The decor in this unit is really well done. Being on the ground floor was nice for our young twin boys as they could open the back door and play on the lawn or the beach. My Perfect Stays made the arrangements for this condo a smooth transaction. They were very responsive to any questions or requests that I had.

Only needs beverage coasters (for games at the wooden crab table) and pls put the address and gate code in the guest notebook so we dont have to dig for it to share with others. Everything about this place is amazing! I truly wanted to pinch myself. It is beautifully decorated with a spa like feeling. It has comfy beds with silky sheets. It is a few steps to the beach or the pool which are both out of a magazine. Couldn't talk high enough about this place. It was a dream trip for our family. We can't believe a place like this exists.

This place is a dream. It is a few feet from the most beautiful ocean. We saw an otter, seal, and swam with a turtle right off the sand. The pool is really beautiful as well. You can watch your kids swim while you put mahi mahi and fresh pineapple on the grill. The actual condo is gorgeous. It literally has everything you could want: comfy beds, soft sheets, updated everything, super clean, and it even smells amazing. It has the feeling of a spa. So relaxing!! It has such a wonderful atmosphere, we were literally tempted to just stay inside and watch the waves from the huge open glass doors. We can't recommend this place enough. It is luxurious, private, comfortable and family friendly. It is the nicest place I have ever stayed.

From the moment we walked in to the time we departed, we felt like we were in a dream. The beach and view and the open air apartment took our breath away. The unit was spotless. The hosts had thought of everything from black out curtains to sound machines to extra sets of kitchen utensils to spa-style lotions and soaps. Everything felt fresh and new. Every morning we just sat and took in the breathtaking view and felt renewed and refreshed. The grounds were equally impressive and well kept. We would recommend this experience to anyone seeking a quiet, luxurious, and beautiful getaway.

This is the place to be if you are staying in Lahaina. The condo has been thoroughly renovated and is just steps from the beach. The condo itself was tucked away in a beautiful private cul-de-sac. It was tastefully designed and very well thought-out. The kitchen was fully stocked and useful when cooking in. The bunk room was the perfect space for our two boys who truly enjoyed their own lanai. The second guest room remained unused for our family of 4 but would be amazing for a larger group. The master bedroom was spacious, included two lounge chairs and its own private lanai. We found ourselves sliding open the glass doors allowing the beauty to enter in. It was amazing to fall asleep to the sound of the ocean waves. The master bathroom was finished with the same high end feel as the remainder of the condo. The centerpiece for this condo was the living room with its massive sliding glass wall leading out to the large ocean front lanai. Twenty steps and our feet hit the sand. We have wonderful memories of cooking steaks laughing, watching our boys enjoy the pool and spa. Our Maui adventures began and ended in this wonderful unit, and we couldn’t be happier. We would recommend this unit to anyone and will absolutely be returning.

Loved our stay here. The house was beautifully renovated and had everything we needed. It even had a wagon, beach chairs, and beach toys for our toddler. It was steps away from the beach which was breathtaking. Location was walking distance to the downtown shops which was nice as well! We will definitely be back to this location!

All I can say is WOW!!! My family and I were amazed at how beautiful and perfect this place was. We loved being able to wake up and be steps away from the perfect beach for our young kids! The place was stunning, clean and very well equipped. In fact, it even has a booster chair, pack and play as well as a few kid toys which was a nice surprise. We loved sitting outside in the mornings drinking coffee and letting the kids play in the nice grass in front. Honestly, it was just a perfect place!

Excellent in every way. My family was over the moon about this property. remodel was first rate. Wake up, breakfast on the Lanai, Paddleboard in the still of the morning, turtles, Pool, Hot Tub, walk into Lahinia for dinner and gelato. If it's in your price range...... I can't give it a higher recommendation.

This was a perfect set up for me, my wife and our four kids (10,8,4, and 2). The beach was super calm because of the reef and aptly named Baby Beach. The condo is beautiful inside and has everything you need. We would 100% stay there again. They even turned the lights on for us because we were arriving at night. The management team was fantastic!

This property far exceeded our expectations. It had recently been remodeled and no detail was overlooked. The location was fantastic, close to Lahaina but also felt secluded. The views and grounds were amazing and the management company was extremely attentive. Could not recommend high enough, 5 stars across the board.

AMAZING!!! Even better than the photos. The property is beautiful and perfect. Opens up to the ocean and lots of sea turtles right in your front yard ocean. A ten minute walk to front street. From the moment we drove through the gates and walked through the front door we were in awe! The condo completely opens up to the ocean and grassy front yard. Everything in the home is off the highest quality and beautiful. There were huge sea turtles everything we went in the water in our front yard. It was even better than the pictures. Third time back and wow - what a remodel. It is fresh, clean, with new furniture, new everything, new amenities and bath stuff -- the new tub and showers are so nice. SO wonderful to have a bunk bed in the new third bedroom, it looks like the room was always there. Same amazing beach right out the door. Baby beach in Maui No Ka Oi!

This property is amazing. Hands down my favorite beach in Maui. No need to go anywhere else. Can walk to lots of restaurants or short drive to everything. Snorkeling, view, ease of use. It's turtle soup out there! Kids played on the lawn and beach non-stop. We took walks on the beach after dark with a drink in hand! Accommodations were awesome and I hear they are renovating the property this fall -- SO WE WILL BE COMING BACK! My Perfect Stays hit it out of the park with this property and their service. Will be coming back! Great location, beautiful, clean & spacious. Two adult couples had no problem with space. Communication was great with the host. They greeted us , super friendly and accommodating. Everything you would need is there, beach towels, beach chairs, full kitchen, pool, jacuzzi and easy walk to town. And of course the beach, right out side your door! Great vacation...

Auch gute Restaurants in unmittelbarer Nähe. Für Kinder der beste Strand zum Baden und Schnorcheln (durch ein natürliches Riff geschützt), speziell wenn sie noch kleiner sind. Sehr kleine Wohnanlage mit nur 10 Einheiten in absoluter Villenlage. Speziell wenn man andere größere Anbieter (Ali‘i etc. ) kennt, ist MyPerfectStays eher VIP.

This property earned a 5 Star rating, but we would rate it even higher if given the opportunity because this condo is superlative amongst 5 Star properties. Generous and thoughtful amenities, breath taking view and on a Maui favorite Baby beach with hedge privacy barrier, sparkling clean, chic decor, well equipped kitchen for gourmet cooking, dining inside with a beach view or on the covered lovely patio surrounded by trees, flowers and well manicured grounds, luxury linens, convenient location to enjoy Maui attractions. What a wonderful week we had staying in this amazing apartment! The place is exactly like the pictures and the description is spot on. The complex is quiet and low key which was exactly what we were looking for. The ocean at Baby Beach is so calm and inviting because of the reef. Lots to see, from turtles to fish, to even a reef shark cruising the reef! Great sunsets and pool area was really quiet and well maintained. Would definitely stay here again.

Everything was super; what a gorgeous view! The property and the lawn is beautiful and well maintained. Beautiful wood paneling and tile inside the condo, spacious, lovely natural light by day, great custom lighting system by night. One of my favorite things to do was to open the lovely wooden, floor-to-ceiling blinds every morning to reveal a breathtaking view of our private deck, backyard and the sparkling blue ocean just steps beyond the garden gate. Being on a ground floor unit means we stepped directly out onto the back deck and lawn, with the beach in clear view above a well clipped hedge. The front door is actually up a short flight of steps, there are maybe 4 steps, a small landing, and 3 more steps. The kitchen has all utensils and appliances but not much in way of starter kit basket, open food attracts teensy sugar ants. The beach is pristine with fine sand. Not many people which was lovely. Be sure to stroll further around the bend to get the most out of the sunrise and sunsets. We snorkeled right off the beach and saw fish and turtles. We rinsed our feet off at the shower next to the pool which made impromptu strolling on the beach that much easier if that’s even possible. My daughter used the gym and said it was nice. Location is easy walking distance to all the Lahaina shops and restaurants, grocery store - while the rest of the island is within easy driving distance. Private parking is conveniently next to the units. It is a tight fit if you need to navigate tight corners with a large SUV or truck. Private gate with access code lets you in and out of the property which is located in a neighborhood cul-de-sac. You will love the convenience of the location and the fabulous view. Oh that view!

I am in awe of the Puunoa Beach Estates #103. It was like being in Heaven on earth. The two bedroom suite had everything we would ever possibly need and especially the kitchen. The person that came in to clean was amazing, and fast and thorough and so very friendly and personable! The outside view was excellent and it felt so private. We also loved the swimming pool area especially the hot tub. It was right next to #103. I will definitely be coming back as often as I can. Thank you!

Incredible and luxurious accommodations in a perfect location! We swam with a sea turtle the very first morning we went snorkeling - the beach is literally 20 steps away. We highly recommend renting this unit. The location was perfect. The unit was spacious, clean and cool. Kitchen was amazing. Comfy beds and pillows, soft towels, washer/dryer in unit a plus! The community was quiet, but welcoming. The pictures do not do it justice. We loved having coffee on the Lanai in the AM! Definitely will be renting this unit again in the future. It was nice to have a clean, quiet space to come home to after a busy day of tours/diving/snorkeling/boating/shopping.

Unit 103 at the Puunoa Estates is a magical location — located right on the beach , it’s a wonderful quiet and spacious 2 bedroom apartment with all the conveniences of home away from home. The beach is calm and warm, just a short drive to the local Safeway for amenities. Don’t forget to dive/snorkel at Mala pier to see many turtles just a 10 min walk from the apartment!

Unit 103 at Puunoa Beach Estates was fantastic. The location was walking distance to downtown Lahaina and other retail shops. Being able to walk out the sliding glass doors and walk 20 feet to the beach was fantastic. The staff at My Perfect Stays made sure that we were well taken care of. Having our own kitchen to cook in was critical during our stay as most of the restaurants were booked up, some 3-4 weeks out! It was very quiet and relaxing, just what we needed.

Game Changer! As parents of four kids ranging from ages 3-10, we were worried to try something different from the hotels. However, after this amazing and relaxing experience, we will never go back to the hustle and bustle of the resorts! In the past we’ve stayed at Honua Kai, Westin, and the Four Seasons -- and this beats all. Only ten units in this exclusive condo resort -- meaning privacy and rest! The management company was responsive, kind, and super helpful. We loved our unit! It was right by the pool and hot tub -- and right by the gate to the beach, and being on the ground level was HUGE. The ocean views! We loved the Koa wood accents, art, and tile flooring throughout. The master bathroom was luxurious and spacious with a walk-in closet and oversized shower and tub. The kitchen was spacious, updated, and had everything we needed. The laundry room was crucial for washing all the wet clothes. We loved using the binoculars to check out the whales and sailboats as they passed. The unit also supplied beach chairs, a beach wagon and toys. We didn’t need it but they offered to provide a pack n play and high chair if needed. A huge plus - they had sound machines in both rooms! We slept great. Loved the Sonos speakers in the kitchen, master, and family room! This home is on baby beach -- one of the most spectacular and unique beaches in all of Maui. We would normally visit this beach from the other hotels we stayed at - until we noticed there was a place to stay on this beach! The barrier reef that is at least 150’ off the beach protects the half-mile stretch from the most dangerous waves/rip tides & sea creatures. Allowing you to relax more while your kids play, snorkel, and explore in the clear shallow waters! 2-3 feet deep all the way out to the barrier reef! Right outside the gate of the private lawn area, are four amazing shade trees that reach out over part of the beach -- which kept us from getting too burned during the day. Having the pool and club house/gym/grilling area to ourselves most of the time and being steps away from the beach and parking spoiled us! Not having to fight for a lounge chair by the heated pool, not having to walk 5 - 10 minutes with tons of stuff just to load up your car, not having to walk down long hallways to get to your room...or anywhere. Cooking when you want to or ordering door dash or walking down to many different restaurants (our favs were Star Noodle, Mala tavern, and Frieda’s which are right on the water with amazing views and food!) when you don’t! Jumping in the car and heading out to a restaurant, luau, or adventure was quick and easy. We loved that it’s gated and safe. We loved the short walk down to Lahaina town shopping and marina. Try out Ululani’s shave ice...yummy and worth the wait! Listening to the sound of the waves and the music on the SONOS sound system while playing board games and cards while sipping coffee and wine on the porch were some of our highlights. Countless times we took a quick 5 minute stroll on the beach (15 second walk from the back porch) with coffee in the mornings, or another beverage at sunset and in the moonlight. Searching for crabs on the beach with the kids with the flashlight and watching them run around on the grass at sunset was so fun! Tip* - We found at the end of the beach (north) by the old pier, there is AMAZING deep water snorkeling and/or scuba diving where a lot of tour boats take paying tourists! You can just head straight out from the beach. During our ten day stay, as a family we had probably twenty beautiful sea turtle sightings -- some within feet!!! Already planning our next trip!
