The perfect Maui property! Breathtaking views await from this desired ground floor property at Polynesian Shores. Enjoy the famous west Maui sunsets from the comfort of your lanai. Whales play directly in front during our winter months and our turtles swim about year-round!
Polynesian Shores 112 does not have A/C, is a spacious 1-bedroom condo that can accommodate up to 2 guests. The fully equipped kitchen has recently been updated tile flooring, granite counter tops and new appliances. The living area features brand new furnishings and plenty of seating, including counter seating and a dining area. You can also dine al fresco on the lanai, that features table and chairs. In the living room, enjoy the TV equipped with cable and WiFi throughout. The bedroom has a comfortable King size bed and the bathroom has been updated and offers a beautiful walk in shower.
Your host will include a beach towel and beach chair for each guest, plus a cooler. For added convenience, the resort offers an onsite laundry room. A one-time starter set of Papaya Noni shampoo, conditioner, body lotion and body soap is provided. Housekeeping proudly uses only eco-friendly cleaning supplies.
Polynesian Shores Resort is a quaint resort offering great Maui location, near top beaches, restaurants and more! Beaches, restaurants, and shops are within walking distance! The tropical foliage, including palms and plumerias, create a true Hawaii ambiance. The resort boasts of wonderful ocean front location with the islands of Lanai and Molokai in the distance. This resort features an ocean front pool, BBQ area, and on-site laundry. There are no resort or parking fees.
This condo is managed professionally by My Perfect Stays, an on-island property management company. Complimentary concierge is available to all our guests.
Note: A scheduled start of a parking lot resurfacing project is scheduled from September 23 to October 3. Assigned parking stalls may not be available for guest use during this time.
Standard Cancellation Policy:
If cancellation notice is received 30 or more days prior to the check-in date, a 100% refund will be refunded within 5-7 business days from receipt of written cancellation.
If cancellation notice is received at least 14 days prior to the check-in date, 50% of the booking will be refunded within 5-7 business days from receipt of written cancellation.
For a cancellation notice received after 14 days prior to the check-in date, a refund will not be issued other than the departure cleaning fee.
