Papakea L401 is a 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom oceanfront penthouse corner unit that can accommodate up to 7 guests. The resort has an elevator to bring you to the 4th floor. The stunning unobstructed views of the Pacific can be seen from nearly every room. Inside you’ll find a relaxed Hawaiian-inspired atmosphere with tile flooring, tropical-themed furnishings and decor, a split air conditioning system, and plenty of natural light with vaulted ceilings. The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless appliances and offers counter seating for 2 and a dining table for 4. The comfortable couch offers ocean views and converts to a queen-size sofa bed to accommodate additional guests. You’ll stay cool on those warmer Maui days as this unit features 3 split air conditioners; one for every room.
The master bedroom has a lovely king-size bed and a spacious place to rest after a day in the sun. Just around the corner is the master bathroom which includes dual sinks, stone countertops, and a walk-in tile surround shower. Upstairs you will find the second loft bedroom that can accommodate 3 more guests with a queen-size bed and a twin-size bed. The loft has a bathroom with a tile-surrounded walk-in shower for further privacy and convenience.

- Papakea Resort is performing a property-wide extensive plumbing project and you may hear some noise during this time.
- Standard work hours for this project will be from 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM, Monday through Friday unless authorized for weekend work.
- Contractors will be present on the property to begin quieter preparatory tasks as early as 7:00 AM.
- To minimize possible disruption, louder tasks will not start before 10:00 AM.
- Dates are subject to change. Not all units will be affected at the same time.
- We have been notified that the project is pending completion around June 2026. We have decreased rates during these dates to compensate for any inconvenience. ***

It is a quick drive to Whalers Village and many of Maui's top beaches like Kaanapali, Napili Bay, and Kapalua Bay.

Standard Cancellation Policy:
If cancellation notice is received 30 or more days prior to the check-in date, a 100% refund will be refunded within 5-7 business days from receipt of written cancellation.
If cancellation notice is received at least 14 days prior to the check-in date, 50% of the booking will be refunded within 5-7 business days from receipt of written cancellation.
For a cancellation notice received after 14 days prior to the check-in date, a refund will not be issued other than the departure cleaning fee.
