Welcome to Papakea L107, a charming ground-floor oasis that promises a Hawaiian vacation like no other. This delightful 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom unit comfortably sleeps up to 4 guests, making it the perfect retreat for couples, small families, or intimate getaways.

Upon entering this open-concept space, you'll be greeted by a serene ambiance that invites you to relax and unwind. The living room features a split air conditioning system to keep you cool and comfortable, and a queen-size sofa bed provides additional sleeping space for your guests.

One of the most remarkable features of Papakea L107 is the breathtaking direct oceanfront views you'll enjoy from your private lanai. Sip your morning coffee or watch the sunset over the Pacific Ocean as you bask in the beauty of Maui.

Papakea Resort has something for everyone, with two ocean front  salt water swimming pools (one heated pool right outside your lanai and we provide beach/pool towels), three tennis courts, shuffleboard courts, 12 new stainless steel Weber BBQs, two saunas and putting greens. Unlike most condo resorts on Maui, Papakea is low rise and low density. The resort offers 13 beautifully landscaped acres with multiple koi ponds and is located right on famous Kaanapali Beach.

Please note: Papakea charges a $17/day facility fee for your first 10 consecutive days in a 30 day period. The fee includes a parking permit, Wifi throughout the resort, cable and local calls during your stay.  Additional vehicles are $5 a day.  This is collected by the Front Desk upon arrival.

There’s a shopping center right across the street, offering a convenient location to get groceries or a quick meal. Whalers Village, with a variety of shops and ocean front restaurants, is a short five minute drive. There is a wonderful sandy beach walking distance from the condo.  Beach sand levels can vary based on the conditions.

Our team of professionals are located on Maui to provide our guests with exceptional service. In addition, we have after-hours emergency dispatchers to assist when needed. We provide: Dish soap, laundry soap and dryer sheets, in addition to a complimentary starter set of Papaya Noni shampoo, conditioner, body lotion and body soap. Beach chairs and beach towels are provided for  guests, plus a cooler for your stay. Complimentary concierge service is available to our guests.

This condo is professionally managed by My Perfect Stays, an on-island property management company.

Effective January 29th, 2026 through February 3rd, 2026 and again March 20th. 2026 through April 21st, 2026 the L building at Papakea Resort will undertake an extensive plumbing project. Standard work hours for this project will be from 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM, Monday through Friday, unless authorized for weekend work. Contractors may be present on the property to commence preparatory tasks as early as 7:00 AM. Non-working holidays are already included in the schedule. To minimize disruption, any excessively loud work will not commence before 10:00 AM. Dates are subject to change.  Not all units will be affected at the same time.

Standard Cancellation Policy:

If cancellation notice is received 30 or more days prior to the check-in date, a 100% refund will be refunded within 5-7 business days from receipt of written cancellation.
If cancellation notice is received at least 14 days prior to the check-in date, 50% of the booking will be refunded within 5-7 business days from receipt of written cancellation.
For a cancellation notice received after 14 days prior to the check-in date, a refund will not be issued other than the departure cleaning fee.
