This 3 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom ocean view condo is located at the famous Papakea Resort where guests will enjoy stunning ocean views, poolside relaxation, gorgeous tropical grounds and many more amenities! Beautifully furnished and decorated, K402 can host up to 8 guests. The unit includes a split AC system and ceiling fans to stay cool after a long day in the sun. 

The private lanai is a fabulous spot to entertain with space to dine and lounge Maui style! While on the lanai, sip a cup of Maui grown coffee while you take in the sights, smells and sounds of paradise. In the evenings, you’ll be privy to some epic sunsets over the Pacific. 

Step through the slider glass doors and you’ll find the open concept, main living area featuring tile floors and vaulted ceilings. Relax and unwind on the comfortable couch, enjoy the upscale furniture including a one of a kind resin top coffee table commissioned from local artist Cathleen McCandless. Watch your favorite show on the SmartTV,  or whip up something (try a poke bowl) in the updated kitchen featuring stainless steel appliances, granite countertops and counter seating for 3. You can also find additional seating for 6 in the dining area. Under the stairway, there is a children’s nook with an under the sea mural painted by local artist Jordan Keahi. 

You’ll look forward to laying your head down at night in the master bedroom of your dreams. This luxurious space boasts vaulted ceilings, California King size bed, ocean views and a flat screen TV. Enjoy a moment of solitude in the rocking chair overlooking the ocean views! The ensuite bathroom features a tub/shower combo.

Down the hallway you’ll find the convenient washer and dryer as well as a guest bedroom and bathroom. A comfortable Queen size bed with plenty of closet space, ceiling fan and TV awaits you!

Upstairs is the loft bedroom which includes two Twin size beds, a TV and its own half bathroom. The perfect family set up! The loft is accented with fun under the sea creatures - see if you can find them all! All mattress' and box springs have been recently updated in November 2022. 

Papakea Resort is located at North Kaanapali Beach and features 13 acres of lush landscaped grounds, fresh water koi ponds, two heated oceanfront pools, 2 large hot tubs, 12 gas BBQ grills, 2 twelve-hole putting greens, 2 shuffleboard courts, 2 lighted tennis courts, 2 pickleball courts, complimentary concierge services and a 24 hour front desk/security service as well as plenty of open parking.

The condo is located within walking distance to restaurants, food trucks, grocery stores, farmer’s market, snorkel gear rental shop, gift shops and an ocean side park. Papakea is just a short drive to both Kaanapali and Kapalua world class golf courses.

There is a cool, grassy lawn just outside the unit, along with beautiful beaches within walking distance. Enjoy swimming, snorkeling, turtle and dolphin spotting, boogie boarding, paddle boarding, and whale watching (during whale season) from this ultimate Maui property. Each evening, tiki torches light up the grounds for an exquisite Hawaiian tropical ambiance.

This condo is managed professionally by My Perfect Stays. Our on-island team provides: Dish soap, laundry soap and dryer sheets, in addition to a complimentary starter set of locally made Hawaiian Papaya Noni shampoo, conditioner, body lotion and body soap. As well Maui made bar soaps in each bathroom. Complimentary concierge service is available to all My Perfect Stays guests.

*Please Note that Papakea requires a $17/day facility fee for your first 10 consecutive days in a 30-day period. The fee includes a parking permit, WiFi throughout the resort, cable and local calls during your stay, yoga, water aerobic and other classes, complimentary use of tennis racquets, putting, and pickleball equipment. Additional vehicles are $5 a day. This is collected by the Front Desk upon arrival.*

Effective December 3rd, 2025 through January 16th, 2026 the K building at Papakea Resort will undertake an extensive plumbing project. Standard work hours for this project will be from 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM, Monday through Friday, unless authorized for weekend work. Contractors may be present on the property to commence preparatory tasks as early as 7:00 AM. Non-working holidays are already included in the schedule. To minimize disruption, any excessively loud work will not commence before 10:00 AM. Dates are subject to change.  Not all units will be affected at the same time.

Standard Cancellation Policy:
If cancellation notice is received 30 or more days prior to the check-in date, a 100% refund will be refunded within 5-7 business days from receipt of written cancellation.
If cancellation notice is received at least 14 days prior to the check-in date, 50% of the booking will be refunded within 5-7 business days from receipt of written cancellation.
For a cancellation notice received after 14 days prior to the check-in date, a refund will not be issued other than the departure cleaning fee.
