Step inside Papakea J202, a 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo that offers flat-screen TVs in every room. This condo can accommodate 6 guests. This unit does NOT have air conditioning but is kept comfortable with ceiling fans and refreshing island breezes throughout. The master bedroom features a comfortable king-size bed with wall-to-wall windows, flat screen TV, and an ensuite bathroom with a large, mirrored closet. The second bedroom includes a queen-size and twin-size bed, a closet, dresser drawers, and a TV with cable. The second bathroom is right off of the second bedroom. The main living area also features a queen-size pull-out couch for additional sleeping space. The condo is furnished with island-style rattan furniture and Hawaiian prints throughout. 

This entire condo has been completely remodeled with tiled flooring throughout, granite countertops, designer window coverings, stainless steel appliances, and almost all new furnishings. The condo also includes a washer and dryer, ceiling fans, and free Wi-Fi. 

Papakea Resort offers lush tropical landscaping, koi lagoon ponds, oceanfront saltwater pools, hot tubs, shuffleboards, golf greens, pickleball, and tennis courts!  It is located just North of the famous Ka’anapali Beach. Walk to nearby local shops, cafes, restaurants, and grocery stores.  It is a quick drive to Whalers Village and many of Maui's top beaches like Kaanapali, Napili Bay, and Kapalua Bay.

Papakea Resort is completing property improvement projects. Guests should expect construction noise during daytime working hours. Dates and work areas are subject to change due to weather, tides, or field conditions. Please contact our office for complete details on the following resort improvement projects. 
· Walkway Coating Project.  Dates August–November 2026. Scope of work: Remove existing traffic coating, concrete repair and resurface preparation (including grinding), application of multi-coat traffic coasting system (each layer requires extended drying time). Work hours are 8am to 5pm Mon-Fri. During demolition, preparation, and repair work, walkways and the elevator will remain open to foot traffic.  Occupants should expect construction noise and dust particularly during the grinding activities. During the walkway coating and drying time, AOAO staff will be stationed on the lanai side of the building to assist with screened access to occupied condos as the entry door will not be accessible. Work progression: Work will begin at the A building and work in building letter progression.  Work on the J Bldg is slated for 1019-10/28/2026. 
· Phase I Seawall Repair Project.  Dates August 10-September 2026. Scope of work: Replace rocks along the ocean side of the seawall and backfill the sinkholes that have developed adjacent to the seawall. General Construction work hours 8am to 5pm Mon-Fri.  Ocean-Side Rock Restoration 6am to 7pm Mon-Fri depending on daily tide conditions.  Work progression: Work will begin at the Lanai ocean side stairs area. Work will then progress from North to South, which is subject to change. Rock stacking will begin where ocean and beach conditions allow.

Standard Cancellation Policy:
If cancellation notice is received 30 or more days prior to the check-in date, a 100% refund will be refunded within 10-14 business days from receipt of written cancellation.
If cancellation notice is received at least 14 days prior to the check-in date, 50% of the booking will be refunded within 10-14 business days from receipt of written cancellation.
For a cancellation notice received after 14 days prior to the check-in date, a refund will not be issued other than the departure cleaning fee.
