The living area offers plenty of seating, with bar stools, dining table with chairs for four, and sofa, with an additional outdoor dining area on the lanai! In the living room you will also find a flat screen TV with cable and DVD player, perfect for relaxing after a day in the sun. Stay cool with a single unit A/C in the living room and ceiling fans throughout. The fully equipped kitchen features granite counter tops, new appliances, and custom lighting, making in-house cooking a joy! The master bedroom is furnished with a comfortable King size bed, flat a screen TV (with DVD only), and an en-suite bathroom featuring new cabinets and sinks. The guest bedroom has one Twin size and Full size bed. In the hallway, you will find a guest bathroom with another granite sink and an updated tile shower. Both bathrooms offer square demi-tub and shower combo. In addition, the living room has a Queen size sleeper sofa, perfect for extra guests. The condo also includes a washer and dryer and complimentary WiFi.
Take in the gorgeous views of the Pacific, with Molokai and Lanai in the distance, from the lanai of this condo located in building G. If cancellation notice is received at least 14 days prior to the check-in date, 50% of the booking will be refunded within 5-7 business days from receipt of written cancellation.
For a cancellation notice received after 14 days prior to the check-in date, a refund will not be issued other than the departure cleaning fee.
