The living area offers plenty of seating, with bar stools, dining table with chairs for four, and sofa, with an additional outdoor dining area on the lanai! In the living room you will also find a flat screen TV with cable and DVD player, perfect for relaxing after a day in the sun. Stay cool with a single unit A/C in the living room and ceiling fans throughout.
The master bedroom is furnished with a comfortable King size bed, flat a screen TV (with DVD only), and en-suite bathroom which features new cabinets and sinks. The guest bedroom has on Twin size and Full size bed. In the hallway, you will find a guest bathroom with another granite sink and updated tile shower. Both bathrooms offer square demi-tub and shower combo. In addition, the living room has a Queen size sleeper sofa, perfect for extra guests. The condo also includes a washer and dryer and complimentary WiFi.

**Papakea charges a $17/day facility fee for your first 10 consecutive days in a 30-day period. The fee includes a parking permit, Wifi throughout the resort, cable and local calls during your stay. Additional vehicles are $5 a day. This is collected by the Front Desk upon arrival. **
Standard Cancellation Policy:
If cancellation notice is received 30 or more days prior to the check-in date, a 100% refund will be refunded within 5-7 business days from receipt of written cancellation.
If cancellation notice is received at least 14 days prior to the check-in date, 50% of the booking will be refunded within 5-7 business days from receipt of written cancellation.
For a cancellation notice received after 14 days prior to the check-in date, a refund will not be issued other than the departure cleaning fee.
