Papakea G303 is a 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom, single-level third-floor condo that can accommodate up to 5 guests. The living area offers plenty of seating, with bar stools, dining table with chairs for four, and sofa, with an additional outdoor dining area on the lanai! In the living room you will also find a flat screen TV with cable and DVD player, perfect for relaxing after a day in the sun. Stay cool with a single unit A/C in the living room and ceiling fans throughout. The fully equipped kitchen features granite counter tops, new appliances, and custom lighting, making in-house cooking a joy! The master bedroom is furnished with a comfortable King size bed, flat a screen TV (with DVD only), and an en-suite bathroom featuring new cabinets and sinks. The guest bedroom has one Twin size and Full size bed. In the hallway, you will find a guest bathroom with another granite sink and an updated tile shower. Both bathrooms offer square demi-tub and shower combo. In addition, the living room has a Queen size sleeper sofa, perfect for extra guests. The condo also includes a washer and dryer and complimentary WiFi.

We have stayed at these condos for years. This unit was on the third floor with a great view. The property manager was very quick to respond. Absolutely no problems at this place . The a/c worked perfectly.

We spent another fabulous vacation in Lahaina at the Papakea Resort Unit G303. This is the 5th time we returned to this resort, we simply love it there. My Perfect Stays made sure there were no problems with the unit and everything went smooth from the check in to the check out. The unit was clean and well stocked with everything one needs. Overall we had a great time and we already booked another unit for next year through My Perfect Stays.

The Papakea Resort was as beautiful as the the online photos show and more! The cleanliness of maintenance of the resort and grounds was flawless and could be seen everywhere around the resort from the cleaning of the pool and hot tub every morning, to the landscapers trimming the tropical growth, and even staff sweeping or blowing the parking lots. Our unit was just as clean and spotless with all the amenities as promised. We enjoyed whale watching (without the aid of binoculars) including full jumps out of the water from our balcony most of the days we were there. Staff was friendly and a minor issue with our bathroom fan was addressed the same day we called. I would give 10 stars if such a rating was allowed! You won't regret your stay in Papakea paradise.

This was the best property we stayed in while in Hawaii from NZ. Highly recommended and would like to thank the owners for sharing their very well looked after and equipped holiday home. Very sad that just a few days later the fires would change everything and our thoughts and prayers are with all those adversely effected. Ka aroha hoki ... with deepest sympathy.

We loved this spot for our family getaway. The space was perfect for our family of 4. The condo had everything we needed - the kitchen was well-equipped and very clean. And the beach chairs, towels, and cooler came in handy. We enjoyed the beach and bar next door, as well as the convenience of the store, restaurants and local food trucks. Beautiful property and very peaceful. The Papakea staff was very friendly. We also appreciated the host’s prompt responses to our questions.

G303 at Papakea Resort was a nice unit with an awesome view of the ocean/sunset. The bedrooms and bathrooms were dated, but they were clean and the unit had everything we required for our stay. The grounds at the resort were very nice and it was great spending time by the ocean on a lounger. Beach chairs and coolers provided by the host came in very handy during our day trips, which really added to the overall experience.

Great condo at papakea. The resort is clean and very well kept. This 2 bedroom unit was well equipped for many of your needs. Grocery store across the street makes meals easy of you don't want to eat outb every meal. 2 pools on site. I live this resorts laid back feel. No high rise towers full of people. Very attentive management company. Checked in multiple times.

We enjoyed all amenities provided, except our master bath shower did not work, no stitch to get water to flow for that shower and due to our son's wedding we were unable to call to get this issue fixed so all had to use other bathroom was an Inconveniece.

Very nice 2 bedroom 2 bath condo. This is a perfect Lahaina location, assuming you have transportation to get to get to the many Maui beaches. The only complaint is the "loud as a freight train" air conditioner.

We really enjoyed our stay at Papakea G303, and would definitely stay again. The condo was clean, comfortable and had lots of amenities. We especially appreciated how well stocked the kitchen was and the beach gear. And there was enough space in the kitchen and around the dining table to squeeze in our extended family (staying in a different unit) for group dinners. The beds were okay - 81-yr-old grandparent slept well in the main bedroom, and 9-yr-old was happy on the twin bed. The full bed was less comfortable for two mid-40s parents, but we made do. The grounds were beautiful, wonderful views, the pools were never too crowded and we could always find a few lounge chairs. Pickleball, shuffleboard and putting greens were lots of fun. Everyone we encountered was pleasant and helpful. Can't wait to go back!

Our family finally reunited for the first time in 2.5 yrs and we were so pleased to choose Papakea for the occasion. We appreciated the well maintained facilities including pools and hot tubs, games and activities, close proximity to beaches, cafes and grocery stores. Our condo was well equipped for preparing family meals and the ocean view from the balcony was enjoyed by all. The welcome package from My Perfect Stays was a nice touch and the beach towels, umbrella, chairs and boogie boards made our beach trips. We would definitely choose to stay here again.

My family & I enjoyed our stay tremendously! From the pool, ocean view, walking distance to the beach was the best. Lots of good places to eat nearby. The cleanliness of the place was great. Having a washer & dryer in the unit was even more of a plus. The place was also equipped with sunscreen boogie boards beach chairs which was very handy. I Highly highly recommend to anyone look no further you wont regret it. Amazing view amazing place hands down!

This is a great condo!!! The views are amazing, the grounds and pool are beautiful. It is not over crowded and there is plenty of space to sit by the water and watch whales. Can also sit in Lanai and see the whales. Condo is clean and has everything you would need.

Resort was quaint and clean. Staff very nice. Condo was clean and very well supplied and stocked. Furniture a little dated. Unfortunately we had a very loud drunk group staying above us but other than that all the other residents were quiet. Security handled noise appropriately. Resort is in good proximity to restaurants and stores. If you want a beach this is not resort for you but otherwise it’s great to lay next to ocean and have access to the pools. Putting green was fun too. Nice view from patio.

We loved Maui and our visit. Room had everything. Air was the only thing. It cooled the main area, but not the bedrooms. Although there are fans that helped. We loved the beach chairs that were available.

Perfect trip with kids

Everything about this condo was perfect for our family. The pool and hot tub were just right for the kids. The in-unit washer and dryer were a lifesaver for us because....boys.... There is a great little beach within a 5 minute walk, and other beaches were about 10 minutes in either direction. We are glad to have visited during an off time, rather than summer or spring break because the noise outside bedrooms could be a problem since the bedrooms are on the walkway side of the condo. Every drunk or inconsiderate person who passed by was noticed. All in all though, we all agree we would gladly stay here again.

This is a perfect resort for families with or without kids. First of all the unit - this was a 3 bedroom (B405) that had every amenity you could imagine. The kitchen was huge with anything you needed for cooking. The unit was West facing so you could see the sunsets. There are two pool areas on the complex and plenty of grills for cooking. There is not really a useful beach on the property but a few minutes drive takes you to a beach park with plenty of parking.

Loved the location of unit G303, nice large balcony with great view of the pool and ocean. Overall property was immaculate. Only 1 unit air conditioner in the living room which was hard to reach the bedrooms - but we had a nightly breeze and the ceiling fans in the bedrooms worked out fine. Kitchen was well stocked and there were some beach chairs and an iron/board and other extras that were appreciated. Thanks for a wonderful stay.

As the listing states and the photos show, the AC unit is located in the main living area but the bedrooms do have ceiling fans and windows that open to allow for some cool ocean breezes. My husband and parents stayed here for ten days. We so enjoyed the condo and the resort. Aquacise, lei making, tiki torches and so much more.

Condo came with a boogy board which our children loved. We also enjoyed the shuffle board, and miniature golf. This condo came with so many extras, well worth the price. Only problem was the coffee pot on the first day, but it was fixed the same day! Property was well maintained, and had very friendly staff and quests. We will diffenitaly be going back

Beautiful view and location!

We loved our stay at Papakea. This unit has fantastic views, lots of space with two bedrooms and two bathrooms, washer and dryer, dishwasher, couch bed in the living room and brand new beautiful granite counter tops and tile flooring. Papakea resort does not have a restaurant on site, but there is plenty of restaurants nearby and an ABC store right beside it. The pool area and grounds are very well cared for and they have beautifully maintained gas grills to use poolside, which is awesome! The bedrooms do not have air conditioning but there is air conditioning in the main room and it does cool the bedrooms down a few degrees and both bedrooms have nice ceiling fans. We were there in August, which can be the hottest month and we were very comfortable with the temperature while sleeping. We did sleep with the windows in the bedrooms closed though due to the noise from outside. It's not an abnormal amount of noise but the Papakea has beautiful heavy wooden doors that shut firmly as people come and go from other units and the bedroom windows face to the hallway. With the bedroom windows open you do get a nice breeze through the unit. I was tempted to give a 5 out of 5 rating but the bedrooms could use a little TLC as far as bedding and air conditioning. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it to friends

We will for sure come back to work with My Perfect Stay! Amy went out of her way to get me some pillows! Check in was Great! We have used HomeAway for years. And not as great as using My Perfect Stay! They checked on us with a phone call to make sure things were good. And very fast after the call. A stop with some pillows! We would love to go back to Kawaii. Would love to use My Perfect Stay there! Hint, hint. You have what I would say is a Perfect business! Thank You So Much!!!! The Werner`s
