Papakea G302 Description

Air Conditioning

Papakea G302 is a 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo located on the third floor and can accommodate up to 6 guests. In the living room, you will find a Queen size sleeper sofa for extra guests. You will also find a flat screen TV with cable and DVD player, perfect for relaxing after a day in the sun. Each bedroom including the living room has its own split A/C unit and ceiling fans throughout. The fully equipped kitchen is perfect for cooking meals in-house. The master bedroom is furnished with a comfortable King size bed, ocean views, and an en suite bathroom with shower/tub combination. The guest bedroom offers two Twin size beds, which can be combined into a King bed if preferred. In the hallway, you will find a guest bathroom with shower. Additionally, a Queen size sleeper sofa with a brand new 5.5” Memory Foam mattress is found in the living room. This condo also includes a washer and dryer and complimentary WiFi.

Beautiful ocean and sunset views await! This single-story, spacious condo offers views of the Pacific, Molokai and Lanai from the living room, master bedroom and lanai.

Papakea Resort offers lush tropical landscaping, koi lagoon ponds, oceanfront saltwater pools, hot tubs, shuffleboards, golf greens, pickleball, and tennis courts! It is located just North of the famous Ka’anapali Beach. Walk to nearby local shops, cafes, restaurants, and grocery stores. It is a quick drive to Whalers Village and many of Maui's top beaches like Kaanapali, Napili Bay, and Kapalua Bay.

No Resort or Amenity Fees!
Parking is free for one vehicle; additional vehicles are $5/day. This fee is collected by the Resort's Front Desk staff upon arrival.

Papakea Resort is completing property improvement projects. Guests should expect construction noise during daytime working hours. Dates and work areas are subject to change due to weather, tides, or field conditions. Please contact our office for complete details on the following resort improvement projects.

· Walkway Coating Project. Dates August–November 2026. Scope of work: Remove existing traffic coating, concrete repair and resurface preparation (including grinding), application of multi-coat traffic coasting system (each layer requires extended drying time). Work hours are 8am to 5pm Mon-Fri. During demolition, preparation, and repair work, walkways and the elevator will remain open to foot traffic. Occupants should expect construction noise and dust particularly during the grinding activities. During the walkway coating and drying time, AOAO staff will be stationed on the lanai side of the building to assist with screened access to occupied condos as the entry door will not be accessible. Work progression: Work will begin at the A building and work in building letter progression. Work on the G Bldg is slated for 9/29-10/08/2026. Update 9/16/26: The schedule for the G building ground floor traffic coating work is being adjusted as follows: 9/28-10/22/26. No work 10/8-10/11 and 10/16-10/18/26.

· Phase I Seawall Repair Project. Dates August 10-September 2026. Scope of work: Replace rocks along the ocean side of the seawall and backfill the sinkholes that have developed adjacent to the seawall. General Construction work hours 8am to 5pm Mon-Fri. Ocean-Side Rock Restoration 6am to 7pm Mon-Fri depending on daily tide conditions. Work progression: Work will begin at the Lanai ocean side stairs area. Work will then progress from North to South, which is subject to change. Rock stacking will begin where ocean and beach conditions allow.

Posted 9/24/26: The Lanai putting greens will be closed for maintenance from 9/29-11/10/26. The Molokai putting greens will be available during the Lanai service maintenance.

Great stay, planned a week getaway to the island of Maui, I was familiar with the Papakea and the condos there, so I have stayed there before many times. Our family of four used this condo for the week and were very impressed with how nice the place was. It had just about everything we could think of that we needed. There was a great view of the Koi Pond and the Lanai Pool, we could see the ocean from both the balcony and the master bedroom window. Very nicely decorated with beach-themed decor, the condo included some extra items that we found useful, like a small ice chest, four beach mats, four small beach chairs, and two boogie boards. On a excellent note the freezer made plenty of ice for drinks and ice chest. Although there is no actual beach (the resort backs up to a sea wall with grassy area) you have to go to the condo next door to be able to lay on the beach, but it was not far and it wasn't a deal breaker. Very close to a super ABC Deli store, and supermarket is within walking distance. 'My Perfect Stay' personnel stayed in contact with me, when we had a small TV issue regarding the sound, which was quickly resolved, it was nice if I had any issues- they were just a phone call away. It was also beneficial having the Expedia Concierge available to plan any outings when needed. She was available in the lobby, she was also very helpful with directions. We tried to make pasta one evening and the only thing that I could not locate was a large pot to boil pasta in, I would recommend that they get one (we used two smaller pots for our pasta). But the condo did have everything else, including a small washer and dryer to keep up on the dirty towels. If you are in the area I would highly recommend this place for your visit, both my wife and I enjoyed ourselves along with our two teenagers

We really enjoyed our stay at Papakea G302! The condo was very clean and included everything to make our stay enjoyable. There were plenty of dishes, glasses, silverware, spices, beach chairs, two coolers, and a beach umbrella. The condo was stocked with towels, beach towels, toilet paper, and laundry detergent. Papakea is conveniently located near amazing beaches, shopping, golfing, and restaurants. The grounds at Papakea are beautiful, with a pool, BBQ grill, lawn chairs, and games to play. We enjoyed gorgeous sunset views every night! I highly recommend Papakea and we cannot wait to come back!

We had a fabulous stay at Papakea. The unit was clean, comfortable and inviting. The view from the lanai made for perfect morning coffee sipping and beautiful sunsets. The grounds at Papakea are well maintained and sitting at the seawall was very relaxing. We will definitely rent this unit on future stays.

If you enjoy tastefully decorated, spacious, clean accommodations which are stocked with every need anticipated, G302 is the place for you. Papakea itself has beautifully manicured grounds, hard working staff and is located within walking distance of food trucks and groceries Recommend supporting L&L BBQ. Everything in the unit was clean and the kitchen is well stocked down to the spices. Perfect spot to watch the sunset each night, easy access to bbqs that are nice and clean. Lovely pool and hot tub. I originally thought I wanted to be on the ground floor but I’m glad we were on the third as the ground floor units have little privacy unless you keep the curtains closed and what’s the point of that. We enjoyed our morning coffee on the lanai looking at the ocean.

Papakea G302 June 8th thru June 20th. I have stayed at Papakea resort before, in 2012. The condominium (G302)was exactly as the photos show, no hidden issues. The condominium was clean, spotless, and every appliance we used was in good working order. The AC was awesome and cooled the whole condo well, we never changed the temp the entire stay. Beach amenities are available in the room, we utilized the ice chests many times. Parking is close to the room, and the added bonus of a market across the street, fresh fish market, and a food truck court all with a short walk made the location a real winner!!!! This condominium is the one you want to stay at!!!! Check in at the front desk was a breeze, we were early (2:00pm). I needed to call MyPerfectStays to see if I could get the keys early. After checking to verify the condominium was clean and inspected, MyPerfectStays called the Papakea front desk and released the condominium keys after verification. The front desk also has a Concierge Service, that we used for seats to Old Luhaina Luau. This is the best luau my wife and I have visited, the service, food, and show is one not to miss. Papakea resort holds weekly events, Thursday is the Mai Tai party, one not to miss either!!!!

The Papakea is fantastic. Great location, close to everything. The front desk is very helpful and check in was easy. Really like the tennis courts and the pool. Cleaning fee seemed a bit excessive though

Great location with beautiful sunset views. Close to groceries and restaurants. Clean suite and easy check-in process. We really enjoyed the pool, pickle ball and hot tub. Attentive to small leak, fixed immediately. We would have appreciated more reasonable supply of dish soap/toilet paper/laundry soap. I would highly recommend!

Stayed for a week with my adult daughters and it was a lovely stay. Not far from things to do, historic Lahaina is only a few miles away. The ocean is right there with beautiful sunsets, view of the neighboring island, but it is a sea wall and the small beach is pretty rocky. We visited plenty of gorgeous beaches all over Maui so it was all good. There is a nice grass area to sun, a pool, tennis, games. The place had everything needed for a comfortable stay. the management company was very responsive. Thank you!

Very accommodating and an exceptionally clean condo. The amenities at the location were perfect for our stay. The location was ideal being close to the fish market and the food trucks! VERY NICE AND CLEAN

The condo had nice decor and clean no complaints, or maybe just one but not a big deal. the wall plug in the kitchen the left side by the sink didn't work, just mentioning it cuz the coffee pot would have been much easier to work with on that side but we couldnt do it. one more thing the carafe to the coffee maker is too small i had to hold it up to get the coffee to drip into the carafe which was an inconvenience & the spare coffee pot doesnt work at all. I suggest they buy a new coffee pot and fix that outlet. We did enjoy our stay and the comforts of the condo.

The condo is as advertised. The kitchen had everything we needed. The resort has pools, hot tubs, and shuffleboard. It is a short walk in either direction beyond the sea wall to a sandy beach.

We had a wonderful time staying at the Papakea resort. Our two bedroom accommodations were spacious and perfect for our family of five (three adults and two small children). Our kids loved the grounds and the put put course and we enjoyed the wonderful ocean views from the Lanai. The property is just a short walk from Kaanapali beach and a short drive from Napili/Kapalua. My perfect stays made the check in and check out process easy allowing us to have a very relaxing stay!

Our large family rented two condos at Papakea Resort and had a WONDERFUL vacation! This unit wasn't quite as updated as another we rented, but it was very nice, very clean, had a well-stocked kitchen, a few beach towels, chairs, and everything we could possibly need. The condo was perfect for us. The view of the ocean was great, we were able to watch a humpback whale breach one evening from our balcony. Within walking distance are several food trucks, a grocery store and Slappy Cakes which has an amazing breakfast. The parking lot seems to fill up pretty quickly, although we were able to find a parking space every evening. Overall we really enjoyed our stay and would stay there again if we return.

Great location! We saw a whale breach while we were out on our balcony and could hear the ocean at night. The pool and hot tub was nice. Everything was well maintained outside and there was always chairs available at the pool and by the ocean. There were several food trucks and a grocery store within walking distance. You can also walk to Slappy Cakes which I highly recommend.

Papakea G302 was a perfect place for our family vacation! The unit hasn't been updated in a while, but it was clean and had everything in it that we needed. We felt right at home. There is no beach at Papakea itself, but it's not a far walk (the beach is at the condo complex right next to Papakea) and the pools are great, and there are a lot of great grassy areas. Checking in and out was easy and everyone was very helpful.

The condo was great, clean and as advertised. The complex was also great- nice pool and waterfront although the sea wall at the waterfront made me a bit nervous with young children running around, as it’s quite high above the water. It was also very loud at night which made it difficult to sleep. Lots of noises from other guests that I could hear in other units including a loud tv every night and a loud mechanical noise that happened consistently every few minutes (possibly from an air conditioner?) Overall we had a wonderful time and would recommend!

Great location…grocery store is nearby and other food trucks. Location does not have much of a beach but you can walk down the boardwalk to get to another beach. There were some spider webs, just wish cleaning happened more often. I wish they would have housekeeping clean during our stay. The place is big enough for four people and it’s comfortable. They provide most of the things you will need for your stay. I would stay here again. It is 45min drive away from the airport, just pay attention to that. Highly recommend a car for Maui activities. Use Turo app for cheaper prices on car rentals.

Maui Condo

Great place to stay for your Maui trip. They have beach towels and beach chairs, the condo is decorated in a great way. My checking in process was not the best, it was kinda of a rude experience and very rushed. The condo itself has AC units in the living room and in the rooms, including fans. It truly feels like a home away from home. The condo doesn’t have much of a beach, it’s very small. My only issue was that it was not as clean as I would like to receive a place. It is outdated in the bathrooms—but there is hot water with good pressure. Overall, I would stay here again.

Everything was ready to go in the unit. Had chairs, towels, and bare essentials to get you started in your vacation. Papakea is an amazing place to stay and our family had a great time. We had a great time during our stay at Papakea Resort. The grounds were beautiful and so well kept. The condo was extremely clean and had everything we needed (the only additional item that would have been nice to have is a small cooler to use during our stay). We loved walking to the boardwalk and spending time at the restaurants and beach. My Perfect Stays was fantastic about communicating, keeping us informed and providing activity information. The property was even better in person than it appeared in the photos. The kids having their own room and bathroom was fantastic for us so we could sleep in and have some privacy. The kitchen had every supply you needed! We ate breakfast in the room, maybe pizzas, and even grilled out when we weren’t spending money in restaurants. The view of the ocean was wonderful and never got old. I also enjoyed the sound of the fountain while I slept, it was just outside the condo so very soothing. The parking spots are narrow so rent a small car, but we made it work with a Dodge Journey which is sizable. Kids say they wish we would have just stayed here the whole time and not moved to three different places.

Great place to stay

We were delightfully surprised with our stay. For starters, the staff that works at the resort has customer satisfaction as their #1 priority. The room is charming and has just about everything that you could need. We used the kitchen quite a bit and found it to be fully stocked with the essentials. The resort itself is beautiful and very well maintained. We used the pool and hot tub daily and it met all of our needs. The six Weber grills around the pool for the guests to use are a nice touch and are also very well maintained. They were instrumental in all of our home cooked meals. While there is no beach directly in front of the resort, there are beautiful beaches mere minutes away, and it is a very short drive to Waler's Village. Again, this resort met or exceeded all of our expectations. Have I stayed in nicer/newer resorts? Yes - but I have also paid a heck of a lot more for them. I will be re-booking to stay here in future years.

Location very nice. Apartment is ok but we can see it is aging and requiring some remodeling. Internet was the negative for the stay. I arrived and found the router out iod order. Next day asked front desk to take necessary actions to get it working and nothing. Two days later asked again and they came to verify what I told, the box is gone. I am leaving today still with the promise that they will fix. I hope for the next guest. Anyway, location is the strong of this place.

Our January stay in G302

Overall the condo G302 was not very pleasant. The master bedroom did not have an AC and with direct afternoon sun, the master bedroom felt like an oven. Ocean view is more like 15% ocean view. The real view is the pond. Zac from “My Perfect Stay” was far from perfect. We had emailed prior to our arrival with a few questions which we never got a response to. I wouldn’t recommend this specific unit. The property itself is nice with easy access to stores, good amenities and friendly staff. But this specific unit was not a pleasant/relaxing one for my family.

Great place!

This place was great, nice decor, pretty view, decent pools. A few improvements are needed overall for property (seawall repair, pads for lounge chairs at pool,). The owners of this unit should invest in air conditioning units for bedrooms. Most of the days we were there there was no breeze so opening windows didn't help. It was probably close to 80 degrees inside the unit, the single window a/c didn't do the trick.

One of the best Papakea units we have rented. This was our 4th trip to Papakea and the unit G302 was spectacular. Awesome veiws, clean, well stocked, and property management was amazing. The property was great well kept beautiful Our unit had a bad air conditioner, at 88 degrees outside it was still cooler inside to just leave the windows open Too hot for people from Montana.

Nice condo on west maui

Condo was nice and provided items for the beach we did not. Eed to bri g or buy. The only concern was 1 wall unit air conditioner was not adequate for the space and not able to make the bedrooms.

This condo was well equipped with all of the necessities needed for a week with the girls! We appreciated having a well stocked kitchen, comfortable rooms and plenty of sand chairs for the beach. This condo was located in the perfect area for beach walks, dipping in the pool and watching the Maui sunsets at night. I would highly recommend this condo to couples or families. Great place to stay. Amazing views, costumer service was excellent. We had a few issues with the tv but it was because of the prior guests, Is a bit warm as the air conditioned is in the floor. And the back room gets very warm. A few fans that help. Love the place we definitely Recommend

We had a lovely visit in this comfortable, well equipped condo!! Though a little dated, it didn't affect our comfort. We loved the beautiful, well maintained resort and the more laid back feel of being in a condo, vice a hotel room. We feel the cleaning fee was a little steep, but imagine guests can really trash a place and have to spread that fee out for all guests. Overall, very pleased with our choice to stay in this Vrbo.

The property is located in a very good location. Within walking distance to Times Market for groceries and surrounding restaurants and food trucks for dining out. The grounds of the condo units are very well maintained and groomed. Very nice ponds with fish, waterfall and plants. There are adequate outside grills for everyone to use. Very nice swimming pool and hot tub, shuffleboard and mini putt. Our condo unit (G302) was nicely equipped and also included beach chairs, cooler, some water toys and beach towels. When we arrived, My Perfect Stays checked in with us to make sure the condo was okay and we had what we needed. The master bedroom was warm because the sun shines on that side of the condo in the afternoon. Even though it has air conditioning it still was warm. We asked for a fan and they promptly delivered it to us. This is a wonderful property and it was the second time we’ve stayed at Papakea. I would recommend the property.

Family Vacation At Papakea

Our family vacation at Papakea Maui was excellent! The condo was roomy and clean. Cute balcony with a nice view of one of the two pools available on the property. The staff was friendly and check in / check out was a breeze. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed for when we were not dinning out. The location was great also. Walking distance to stores and local dining but only a short drive to some of the popular beaches and shopping. Very relaxing! Mahalo My Perfect Stays. We had a great time!

Great place and great location!

We had an amazing time in Maui and this condo was perfect! The location to everything was super convenient! The staff is very friendly and having the Expedia person on site is extremely helpful. The property is beautiful, well maintained and the amenities for kids is fantastic! It is really nice to have a kitchen to make breakfast and store snacks and it is stocked with everything you need. They even have beach chairs and boogie boards to borrow! The bedrooms do not have AC, but we slept with the windows open and could hear the fountain and ocean outside and with the breeze, celling fans and the floor-fans provided by the condo, we were all very comfortable. We most of the time did not even use the AC in the living room because it was nicer to have the windows open and use the ceiling fan. We had one night where a neighbor was very loud and because we had to keep the windows open there was no way to dampen the sound. However, the property has a noise policy between 10pm and 7am and so we called the front desk and they took care of the noisy neighbors. Thankfully they only stayed one night and the rest of our time was peaceful and a wonderful place for our family vacation.
