Papakea G207 is a 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom condo on the second floor and can accommodate up to 4 guests. Featuring a recently upgraded kitchen and bathroom with beautiful finishes. Unwind in the comfortable living room with new flooring throughout the condo. A sofa that converts into a queen-size sleeper with a new mattress. Stay cool with a new split AC unit and ceiling fans enhancing air circulation throughout the unit. A new 48" wall mounted Samsung HD flat screen TV and Blu-ray DVD player provided for your entertainment needs. Kitchen upgrades include a new refrigerator, stove, microwave and coffee maker. The bedroom features a CAL-KING mattress with a new 3" Novafoam Gel memory foam topper, new table lamps, and a wall mounted flat screen HD TV. The bathroom is steps away and refresh in the walk-in shower, providing convenience and style. This condo also offers an in-room safe, a washer/dryer for your convenience, and two putters and golf balls for use on the putting greens just outside in the common area.

· Walkway Coating Project. Dates August–November 2026. Scope of work: Remove existing traffic coating, concrete repair and resurface preparation (including grinding), application of multi-coat traffic coasting system (each layer requires extended drying time). Work hours are 8am to 5pm Mon-Fri. During demolition, preparation, and repair work, walkways and the elevator will remain open to foot traffic. Occupants should expect construction noise and dust particularly during the grinding activities. During the walkway coating and drying time, AOAO staff will be stationed on the lanai side of the building to assist with screened access to occupied condos as the entry door will not be accessible. Work progression: Work will begin at the A building and work in building letter progression. Work on the G Bldg is slated for 9/29-10/08/2026.
· Phase I Seawall Repair Project. Dates August 10-September 2026. Scope of work: Replace rocks along the ocean side of the seawall and backfill the sinkholes that have developed adjacent to the seawall. General Construction work hours 8am to 5pm Mon-Fri. Ocean-Side Rock Restoration 6am to 7pm Mon-Fri depending on daily tide conditions. Work progression: Work will begin at the Lanai ocean side stairs area. Work will then progress from North to South, which is subject to change. Rock stacking will begin where ocean and beach conditions allow.

This was our 3rd time at Papakea with Perfect Stays and each time is better than the last. The condo was lovely, updated, beautiful view and very clean/quiet. The grounds are amazing along with the accommodations with the room to include a wagon to take things to the beach. I especially appreciated Perfect Stays as they were able to assist with everything I asked for. Thank you so much and we look forward to staying with you next year.

Just returned from a wonderful week at Papakea, Unit G207. We are repeat customers to this unit and always have a "perfect stay". The unit is clean, well appointed and the Papakea property is beautifully maintained by the staff. The furnishings in the unit are comfortable, overlooking the open space and just steps away from the pool and BBQ's. For use by the guests, the unit thoughtfully has stocked snorkel gear, beach chairs, beach umbrella, putters for the putting green,all the kitchen gear if you want to cook and more. There is even a foldable wagon for toting gear and more. So thoughtful. We've stayed many lovely places over the years in Maui and the view from this balcony is beyond a 5*. Sunrises and sunsets - breathtaking! Highly recommend Unit G207.

First, we would stay in the resort again. However, room g207 is a little dated and we never got to use all of the perks (snorkeling, golf, tennis,etc) we only got one mask and two snorkels, three putters and no balls, two tennis balls and no rackets. The ac cover would not stay closed. Finally, the day we got there at the resort in the sign in desk the lady, Honey, was extremely rude. When we got into our room the toilet wouldn’t flush. We had a repair guy come in and “fix it”. It would work once then not again. Because it was too late to have a repair man we were forced to use a different rooms bathroom in a different wing. They did fix our bathroom. Just a heads up the toilet was barely flushing and I’m sure they’ll have the same problem as we did. After all of that we still loved the resort and can’t wait for next year.

Perfectly located, all things you need for a easy stay, everything was clean and all items in the kitchen were well organized (and well appointed). The resort amenities were also very clean and beautiful, the view from the balcony of g207 was amazing, got to see so many whales! Would highly recommend staying here, and can't wait to come back! Only constructive criticism would be to remove the carpet from the bedroom, just didn't feel great on the feet from the nice cool flooring elsewhere in the unit. Felt it kept in more heat than it needed to.

Excellent vacation condo

This condo was exactly what we needed. Kitchen was stocked. Air conditioner and Wi-Fi worked well. We loved to sit on the patio and watch the whales early in the morning. There is not a beach right outside the complex but a short walk and you are at a beach. There is a very nice area to lay by the water. The carpet in the bedroom needs to either be cleaned or replaced. Also, the people at the desk were so very helpful when we first arrived.

G207 offers good views of the ocean from the lanai and is close to the pool and barbecue grill area. The unit needs to be updated. My Perfect Stays came in during our stay to measure for new kitchen appliances, which are definitely needed. The carpet in the bedroom is really old and dirty and should be removed. The same is true for the area rug in the living area. The bedroom closet doors should be replaced as they are old painted wood and difficult to slide open and closed. The kitchen was well stocked with cooking utensils, dishes, etc. Appreciated the extra paper products and dishwasher and washing machine detergent and dryer sheets provided for our two-week stay.

This condo was a very clean and comfortable stay for our family of 4. The property is in a fabulous location with an ABC Store next door and grocery store, shaved ice and food trucks within a 5 min walk. Just a 12 min drive and you are at a variety of different beaches to enjoy. The check in process was smooth without issue. Parking was easy to find each day. The grounds are well kept (staff are cleaning and prepping daily) and the pools were always clean. Even when a large group arrived at the pool each evening, the property was quiet with the 10:00 pm curfew each night. The condo is comfortable and very clean. The kitchen is well stocked for cooking and eating. Drip Coffee maker (including filters), microwave, toaster, blender all supplied as well as all utensils and some basic seasoning (salt, etc). The unit provides initial paper towel, laundry soap, dish soap and dryer sheets which were plenty for our 8 days in Maui. They also give starter bar soap and shampoo/conditioner, but we preferred our own as they weren’t that great for quality. The unit comes with all linens, towels, beach towels, 2 beach chairs, 2 boogie boards, a stroller, a beach umbrella, a cooler and sand toys. It was sooo handy to have all of that available to enjoy during our stay. Such a bonus! The best part of this unit is definitely the view! Stunning ocean and pool views from the lanai on this 2nd floor unit (conveniently by a set of stairs). Only 30 sec walk and you’re at the pool! From the lanai you can enjoy the sunset each night … they are breathtaking! (Important note- there is no sandy beach directly in front of the property, but you can walk 3 min and you’re at one). The pull out sofa was comfortable for our two teens. The extra seating in the living area even allowed for the occasional family movie night (thanks to the smart TV). The unit isn’t overly updated, but that didn’t bother us because it was so clean and met all our needs. Only thing I recommend is to bring ear plugs- there is a mass of birds that live in the pathway outside the master bedroom and they fight and squawk very loudly in the early hours of the morning. There isn’t anything the owners can do about that, I’m sure, so I just advise bringing some ear plugs. They worked just fine for us! The correspondence with My Perfect Stays was smooth and they were pretty responsive when we had questions. This is a great unit! We would definitely return!

The photos don’t do this spot proper justice - it’s absolutely stunning (the sunsets just outside of the place were AMAZING!). Very cozy space and perfect location. Loved having the chairs available and washer and dryer was super nice to have as well. It was a very quiet location with a great view. Central to a lot of restaurants and nice beaches just a short walk or drive away. The place was very clean and just right for what we needed! Communication with the hosts was great too.

My family enjoyed our stay during our recent trip to Maui. The location was great. There’s a lot to explore on the west side of the island and it was all within a short drive from the condo. Their beach essentials like a cooler, beach chairs, and boogie boards were nice amenities. We enjoyed having meals on the balcony where we saw beautiful sunsets. The ABC store in front of the property was conveniently accessible.

The Papakea Resort was all it was advertised to be! Unit G207 was perfect for us. Excellent sunset views from the lanai and a well stocked kitchen. The king bed was very comfortable. The extras for the beach were a huge plus as well (chairs, coolers, fins) This is not the most upscale place, but we aren't looking for that!! Kitchen cabinets and bathroom countertop were dated, but it was no big deal. Also, no swimming beach directly out front, but plenty of sandy beaches in walking distance. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and won't hesitate to book again in the future.

The property was just as described. Nice location right on the beach with two pools and beautiful sunsets. Everything was perfect. Even had cable TV with on demand options for our kids. It was nice to have all of the convenient amenities of home. We would definitely recommend staying here again.

We enjoyed everything about our stay at Papakea and the service we received! The front desk was very courteous and quick, the room was clean and the welcome basket was great! Plenty of parking available and so much convenience located near us and around us from beaches, to shops, to dining. We much appreciated the quick reply to our request for the additional beach towel and to adjusting the dishwasher door. The grounds are well kept and the pool/barbecue area are superbly kept clean and safe. We appreciate all the grounds crew and their dedication to providing a pleasant stay! We will definitely recommend and stay with you again!

The unit has a great view, is stocked well with kitchen, beach and sports gear, has good A/C, a good bed, newer nice windows/shutters in the bedroom, decent Washer/Dryer, a safe, nice TV's, toaster, blender, coffee maker, microwave, very nice shower. One thing the kitchen needs are some plastic cups so you can take them to the pool or BBQ. There are some annoyances that we tried to overlook. The furniture is very old hawaiian style and was very uncomfortable to us. The bedroom dresser is old and the drawers are hard to open/close. The bedroom has carpet, which should be removed as it is very old and dirty. The description mentions a memory foam mattress pad, but that was rolled up and in the closet. The kitchen cabinets are very old dark fake wood veneer. The kitchen counter top is old Formica. The fridge worked fine, but was not leveled properly so it stood crooked and you have to make sure the door gets shut all the way. The stove has a nice glass top, but there are rust spots on the oven door showing age. The dishwasher works great, but is very different. The top shelf is only a half shelf as the dishwasher goes in where the sink is. Not a problem, just never seen one of those before. There is a small table and 4 padded chairs on the deck. We would have loved a lounge chair out on the deck to enjoy the sun and view. Overall we had a great time, with a few minor annoyances. The only thing that really bothered us is our old aching backs from the uncomfortable furniture. The room could use an update to modern kitchen cabinets and appliances, newer more comfortable furniture, a new bedroom dresser and removing the filthy carpet in the bedroom. But for the price, we felt this was a good value especially with the primo view. Updates to the room will probably come with a higher room rate.

We had a wonderful and relaxing stay in this Papakea condo. The location is great - with view of the water as well as the pool and interior putting green area. The condo had everything we needed, including a kitchen with nice appliances, and good beach set up (umbrellas, chairs, snorkel gear. We had an issue with the safe in the condo and Zack from the rental company came over and quickly fixed it with a new battery. We'd definitely rent this condo again!

My perfect stays was amazing! Great communication and quick responses. I had a lot of questions prior to booking due to covid and they made the process much easier and answered all the questions I had. The condo is perfect. Great location, (grocery store in walking distance as well as some restaurants and food trucks) very clean (shower is brand new), ac unit works great, and comes with everything you need including beach chairs, snorkel gear, cooler and umbrella. We were there for 2 weeks so it was nice having a fully stocked kitchen. I couldn’t recommend this condo more as well as my perfect stays! Thank you!

The property is exactly as listed. Great location with an ocean view. Extremely well equipped condo for cooking and beach activities (chairs, umbrella, cooler etc). Resort is very nice with ample space at pools and enough chairs at beach. Check in process was very easy. Short walk to Dukes and Kaanapali beach/ Black Rock. Really enjoyed our time here.

The unit had some upgrades since the last time we had stayed, including a/c👍� The papakea had friendly helpful staff and the grounds were well kept. Our room had everything we could need including all the beach extras like chairs, towels, umbrellas, boogie boards and beach toys, perfect for our family. Quiet property, lots of green space and activities for the kids to run free and keep busy outside. This was our third time here and we’ll be back again.

Amazing ocean and beach view, the pics don’t do it justice. Stocked with boogie boards, snorkel gear, beach towels, reusable totes. Makes beach fun for visitors perfect! Bed was awesome, everything was great. The resort has pools and hot tubs and bbq’s. We weren’t there long enough to cook in but next time I would. I’d move in if I could. What more can I say?

My husband and I had the privilege of spending a week in Papakea #G207. The unit is updated, very nicely appointed – the bed is super comfy and new. It is located near the ocean end of the property with beautiful views overlooking the grounds towards the swimming pool. The sunsets are spectacular and there are plenty of lawn chairs to hang out under the palm trees. The Papakea property itself is very well maintained. The landscaping and common areas are in amazing condition and the staff is always smiling – rare these days! As far as Unit G207 itself, what a pleasant surprise as to all the extras! If you want to snorkel, sit on the beach under an umbrella, play putt-putt golf, pack a cooler for an adventure – this Unit has everything you need. Don’t stop to buy equipment if staying in this Condo. Overall, highly recommend this Unit. We will stay here again for sure.

The property and over all experience was excellent. Can’t say enough good about G-207 and Papakea in general. I have only one complaint for what it’s worth.. the parking spaces are way to narrow, which tends to ding up the rental cars in general. And hard to get out of your car. Will certainly rent this unit again, and or in this resort.

We were first at Papakea on our honeymoon 32-1/2 years ago and have been there many times. G207 through My Perfect Stays was our very best experience to date! The rental process and frequent communication during our stay were professional and attentive. The condo was well furnished and very clean. There were extra thoughtful touches for us upon arrival, and the location can’t be beat! We loved watching whales every day from the lanai, and being so close to the ocean and both pools and hot tubs was so convenient. We HIGHLY recommend this condo and My Perfect Stays. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here in G207 at Papakea. The unit was perfect for us- we loved having a kitchen and a washer / dryer to deal with our sweaty hiking clothes. The bed was soooo comfortable too! The only thing that was potentially a slight bother were the amount of children staying in the resort, but that’s no fault of the unit owners. We loved our stay and will definitely be back!

The condo we stayed in was amazing, G207 was absolutely on point and perfect, if we go back to Maui we will be staying in that exact unit again! My family of 3 stayed in G207 for a week and it was perfect. There wasn’t direct beach access ( you would have to walk a bit to the next property), but they have two pools and access to the other side of a sea wall that was great to wade in. It was also conveniently located and the staff was super nice and helpful. We will definitely stay here again.

My best friend and I decided to get away from the cold Oregon weather for a week and this condo could not have been more perfect for us. It was well priced and had everything we needed. We fully took advantage of all the cooking utensils and supplies to cook and save some money. We loved having EVERYTHING we needed for days spent at the beach (snorkel gear in a backpack which was amazingly helpful, chairs, umbrella, towels, and cooler). I am sure we saved some serious cash not having to rent these for a whole week and I felt bad for people who had only a towel. The view is amazing and we loved waking up and walking onto our balcony to watch and listen to the ocean (ocean view was a must for me). Breakfast on the balcony was one of my favorite parts of the day. The only negative was we did not realize we would pay $119 for parking for the week but I guess we should have expected we would. Overall, we were terribly sad to leave and will definitely look up this condos availability before any other next time we visit Maui. The staff and management company were very helpful and pleasant to work with. They checked in at both the beginning and end to make sure we had everything we needed and were satisfied. I would highly recommend!

This room has a beautiful view of the ocean and we enjoyed eating our meals out on the deck each day. We had a couple of issues during our stay with the room but they were quickly resolved by My Perfect Stays. This management company was very nice to deal with and helped to make our stay enjoyable.

We have been in this condo for six weeks and really hate to leave it today. We find it next to "perfect". It is well appointed and well supplied with the necessities to begin a vacation. The managers are extremely helpful if there is a problem. The view from the lanai is outstanding. We look forward to coming again.

I stayed in this unit in 2014 as well and it has been nicely updated since that time including new flooring and window treatments in the bedroom. This second floor unit overlooks one of the putting greens with a view of one of the pools and the ocean beyond. Upon entering the unit I found a very nice welcoming gift of a fresh pineapple, a package of Maui grown coffee and Honolulu cookies. The unit has AC in the living room but in the two times I've stayed I have never found it necessary to use as breezes seem to adequately cool the unit. I like the unit and the Papakea complex so much that I am making plans to rent the same unit in 2017.

We recently stayed at the Maui / Kaanapali Papakea Resort in unit G-207. The views from the second floor lanai were amazing…overlooking the pool and ocean - it was awesome! We really enjoyed listening to the breaking waves at night, serenading us to sleep. The recent remodel, new furnishings, up-graded linens, new flat screen TV's, lamps and artwork were beautifully done. The welcome gift was great - fresh ground Maui coffee, fresh pineapple and Maui Cookies, what a nice surprise! This location is the best - the ABC market right off the parking lot, and the Times Supermarket was right across the street, along with a Snorkel Bob's with new snorkeling equipment. One block north, we found the Fish Market and the best fish tacos on the planet. They also had a nice variety of fresh fish you can pick up for a wonderful BBQ around the Papakea pool. Duke’s restaurant and the Kaanapali Beach trail was a short walk and made for a wonderful stroll to and from dinner. Lahaina and Front Street were only minutes down the road. We visited Kapalua and Napili, two of the most beautiful beaches, with incredible snorkeling - we actually swam with 3 sea turtles - it was amazing! The Expedia concierge service in the lobby was also very convenient - Sharon was great! The Seawall repair was not an issue; we did not hear any noise. It really did not impact our stay in anyway way, didn’t even notice it. We'll definitely stay in G-207 again on our next visit to Maui!

All we can say is May in Maui at the Papakea Resort in Unit G207 was a little piece of heaven and just what we needed. It was everything the web site, the owner, and Ali said it was. The condo has been upgraded and is beautiful, clean, comfortable, with a great view of the pool, mini golf area, the ocean with all the boats going by, and especially the beautiful sunsets. G-207 was the perfect unit location for us. Everything the review that Ken I wrote as "Lucky Travelers" is true. You have the convenience of the ABC store, restaurants, and a lot of great beaches close by. Kapalua and Napili are great for snorkeling and we also saw sea turtles, even at Black Beach and in front of our resort. You can hear the waves all day and night. The weather was awesome, even when it rained a little. The ocean water is so warm and we swam for hours on a lot of the beaches. The pool was always warm and inviting, too. We even played shuffleboard, by the pool, and had a blast. We did most of our eating at our condo and used the many barbecues around the pool. A lot of good smells going on. The early mornings were glorious looking out at the beauty surrounding us while we enjoyed our coffee on the balcony. The evenings were fabulous watching the sunsets and the end to our perfect days. They did have nice new flat screen TV's, but for us it was the extremely comfortable King size bed. Wow! They had everything you needed in that condo such as: two great beach chairs, two nice snorkel and masks (rent your fins), 4 nice beach towels, plenty of linens, dishes, washer and dryer, you name it. This property is welled maintained and the grounds are beautiful. We never heard any construction noise with the repair on the Seawall. The staff and concierge are very accommodating and will do whatever they can (for you) if you need them. We can't say enough about our girl, Ali, and the owner. They were fabulous to deal with in every way before, during, and after our first renting experience, which just happened to be Maui. Yah! We haven't even mentioned we were there for our daughter's wedding. She was a beautiful bride with a handsome groom. She was married on the beach, and it was a touching and beautiful Hawaiian ceremony. Our vacation was memorable for many reasons. We highly recommend Unit G-207 at the Papakea Resort in Maui, especially G-207, and the team that goes with it. We made friends. We look forward to our return. Until next time. Mahalo!

What a wonderful 7 night stay! When we checked in, the management company, Elite Properties, provided an awesome Welcome Gift - Maui Coffee, Hawaiian Cookies and a ripe Maui Gold Pineapple, what a treat! The unit was fresh, clean and made us feel right at home. BTW - the front desk team could not have been nicer! They really got our vacation off to a great start. Papakea is a great family oriented low rise condo resort, that is immaculately maintained and serviced...nothing out of place. We decided to eat in half the time and eat out for the other half. The kitchen was well stocked with all the necessary utensils to make a gourmet meal. The pool side BBQ's, six at each pool, were clean and ready for action. The Times Market (across the street) and the ABC Store (right out the property side gate) are very convenient for stocking up and for the urgently needed ingredients for that special meal. The bed in the unit was extremely comfortable with top quality linens throughout! Our most favorite times at the condo were morning coffee and breakfast on the lanai...and watching the sunset from the comfort of our chairs just outside slider - what an awesome view! Elite also provides a informative welcome binder with helpful hints on activities and places to eat. BTW - if you like fish tacos, the Fish Market across the street has the best EVER! The unit was well stocked with new beach chairs, new umbrella, beach toys, boogie board, putters, golf ball, etc. We were very sad to leave, there is never enough time when you are in paradise! Great stay, great condo, very comfortable - we'll definitely come back and stay at Papakea and this wonderful unit!!
A Honeymoon birthday adventure to remember!

My wife and I arrived in Maui and couldn't wait to check in to the resort. It was a hot mid-day afternoon and it was so refreshing to enter pre air-conditioned condo. Instantly, we felt welcome. The place was very neat and clean and nicely decorated. We were so happy to see the generous welcome gift on the counter consisting of a Dole pineapple, a bag of local coffee grounds and delicious Hawaiian cookies. It was such a delight throughout our trip to get out of the hot humidity every so often and into our lovely little oasis. The bedroom was so cozy and the bed was very soft and comfortable. The linens on the bed were beautiful and really clean. There were plenty of towels in the bathroom and really nice beach towels too. The living room was comfortable with a giant flat screen TV and the kitchen was well stocked with new pots and pans, new silverware and everything you would need to BBQ or make a meal. A washer and dryer in the unit was a plus and came in handy. There was also brand new Tommy Bahama beach chairs, umbrella and a cooler for use at the beach, which was just across the lawn and located at the corner of the property (about a 2 minute walk). The location of this unit in the complex was the best. We had drinks and snacks at the beach bar while we hung on the beach at the property next door. At night off the balcony, overlooking the pool, the tiki torches were lit and the whole place glistened. Oh, and the sunset! What a spectacular and cinematic view- and we didn't even need to leave the balcony! This trip was celebrating my wife's birthday along with our recent marriage and it was a trip to remember. We would love to come back and visit!

This is our second time to stay in this condo at Papakea. It is so very well appointed. It is tastefully decorated, very clean, has beautiful towels, and a kitchen that was complete to the finest detail. We were welcomed with a fresh pineapple, Maui coffee and a tin of Honolulu Cookies on the counter. Sitting out on the lanai is one of our favorite and most relaxing things to do. It is the perfect place for morning coffee or the evening sunset. We hope to come back again; our time here passed all too quickly!

First time at Papakea resort and it will not be the last. We appreciated the grounds, ease of parking, low density of resort, pool and golfing greens. The unit we rented was clean and well maintained. Everyone we dealt with when booking were professional and quick to respond to any requests. Thanks - we will be back ( just not at Christmas when prices go up!)

Just a few things need to be changed to make this a great unit. 1. Remove all the blankets from the bed and extra pillows. Just sheets with a light cover on it. 2. Too many dishes and no cupboard space for food. Some of the pans could use replacing. Some utensils were flimsy and inefficient. Plenty of nice glasses but short on plastic cups for use outside and at the pool. The furniture was comfortable and the rooms were nicely decorated.The kitchen remodel is really nice. Great views of the pool and the sunsets. We would stay again and would recommend this unit. Thank you so much for sharing this unit with us. Cathy and Ted Klakoff Lincoln, CA.
