A new 48" wall mounted Samsung HD flat screen TV and Blu-ray DVD player provided for your entertainment needs. Kitchen upgrades include a new refrigerator, stove, microwave and coffee maker. The bedroom features a CAL-KING mattress with a new 3" Novafoam Gel memory foam topper, new table lamps, and a wall mounted flat screen HD TV. The bathroom is steps away and refresh in the walk-in shower, providing convenience and style. This condo also offers an in-room safe, a washer/dryer for your convenience, and two putters and golf balls for use on the putting greens just outside in the common area.

- Contractors will be present on the property to begin quieter preparatory tasks as early as 7:00 AM.
- To minimize possible disruption, louder tasks will not start before 10:00 AM.
- Dates are subject to change. Not all units will be affected at the same time.
- We have been notified that the project is pending completion around June 2026. We have decreased rates during these dates to compensate for any inconvenience. ***
* The Resort Fee of $25 per day at Papakea includes one parking permit with each additional vehicle will be charged an added cost of $5 a day. This is collected by the Resort's Front Desk staff upon arrival and is not associated with My Perfect Stays.

Standard Cancellation Policy:
If cancellation notice is received 30 or more days prior to the check-in date, a 100% refund will be refunded within 5-7 business days from receipt of written cancellation.
If cancellation notice is received at least 14 days prior to the check-in date, 50% of the booking will be refunded within 5-7 business days from receipt of written cancellation.
For a cancellation notice received after 14 days prior to the check-in date, a refund will not be issued other than the departure cleaning fee.
